This gym need to be upgraded. It hasn’t been upgraded since they built it. There’s hardly any weights, equipment broken. And it’s barely kept clean

I also was tricked into a 2 year contract (original told it was a 1 year)and they charge you biweekly for your monthly membership. Also 2 times a year an annual membership for a "gym enhancement" fee which I can't tell you what they spend the money on but its not the gym or equipment. Asked for a copy of my contract a month ago and still nothing. Don't sign up under any circumstances. Also when your contract is finished they charge you for one more month they call it a 30 day cancelation fee. Never get a membership with this gym franchise...ever.

Do Not sign up here they don't tell you it's a two year contract. Then twice a year they bill you cleaning fees on top of a membership!!!

Gym would be good except that when equipment breaks, no one fixes it. Also, they finally brought in a manager that was working to fix broken equipment and bring in new equipment, and then fired him after a month. Unlike the previous manager, this guy was here during office hours. The previous manager lied to me when I called to add my son to my account. When I signed my contract,I was told that I could add immediate family members for $20 a month. I called her and asked if that was correct and she said yes so I added him to my account. She called me back 5 minutes later and told me she got me a discount, and that it would be $15.99 instead of $20. But that was a lie. She signed him up on his own account, and it wasn't $15.99 extra a month, it is $15.99 plus tax every two weeks! That's an extra $18 a month above what I was told over the phone. If there was a different option in Jonesboro, I would leave.

I’m leaving this review to hopefully get some attention. My husband signed a contract to cancel his membership yet they are still charging us. We’ve contacted them and they said they were sorry and would refund our money. Next month.. still charged. Called again said the same thing. NEXT MONTH.. STILL CHARGED. We are out $120 and nobody is doing anything.

Attempted to workout the location in Jonesboro Louisiana as an out of town guest from Virginia. I called the facility 4 days straight multiple times throughout the day with no answer. Visited the online website and it stated that staff hours were from 9-5, but that was completely wrong because I had been calling during those hours. Went to the facility during staffed hours and there was no staff there. A member of the gym came to the door and stated that the staff member is rarely there and that the website hours were inaccurate. Very disappointed with the false information given online and unavailability of staff. Hours should be updated online to reflect true staffed hours.

This is a awesome gym. Has an abundance of workout equipment, including treadmills, pedal machines, free weights and cable machines. It is a new fitness center in Ruston Louisiana and is very reasonably priced.

I love this gym! It is my home gym and although it isn't very big it has a very friendly staff and community that also uses the gym! Wouldn't change a thing!
