Bri was the trainer I talked to for an hour. She gave me a body scan and told me the results. Listened to what I wanted and my concerns. She did an assessment and we tried different areas of the gym. I was totally impressed and really feel good about the plan for me. I would recommend her and this gym. Everyone was inviting, warm and friendly.

Literally my second home! Almost don’t want to leave this review because I want to gatekeep how amazing this gym is and the coaches! It’s ALWAYS clean and plenty of machines, I rarely have to wait for anything. The personal training is top of the line. I truly feel like all the coaches care about me. Coach Bri and Coach Peyton always take the time to help you figure. I have to give a special shoutout to Bri because she is my PT coach and she will literally work extra hard to change movements to get you comfortable and get your body where you are looking to get it. Not to mention she helps me with nutrition as well. 10/10 worth every penny! And definitely can’t leave coach Dave out, he always has the absolute best attitude and greeting when I walk in. Truly never been anywhere like this where I always feel welcome! I appreciate them all so much!

Love this place. I was very happy when I joined. The crew over here is a 10. Very loveable, very friendly. First time I met Dave he was so patient with me. Coach Peyton and Coach Bri or some beautiful ladies. They have so much patience and very informative, love them dearly ❤️ 💖 ♥️.

I spent a long time out of the gym due to an injury, but the staff was very welcoming and supportive. They make it very easy to go back. Coach Peyton was very understanding of the physical limitations I had. Coach Bree was very patient and informative. The coaches make this gym more than a business, but a home.

Been going to this gym for a while now and I have to say it has been an amazing experience they have so many equipment options and the coaches make you feel like you've been there for years coach Bri and Peyton helped me with my workout forms and diet to maximize my gains and coach Dave is always fun and he is always willing to help and answer questions they make it fun to go to the gym definitely recommending this gym to my friends

What a gem! Pun intended. 🤭 I’ve been a member of this particular location for a little over a year. Walking in to Dave’s hearty “Hey ma’am! How’s it going?!” to Bri’s concerned “Hey momma’s! I became a member a little over a year ago, the gym is always clean and equipment is in great condition. The staff Bri, Peyton and Dave make it a point to know the members. I would definitely recommend this gym.

I’m in town visiting, so I’ve been utilizing this gym. In true Anytime fashion, everything is kept so clean and in working order! The gym layout is convenient, and everyone is so encouraging and helpful. The coaches/staff (Bri, Peyton, Dave) are friendly and care about and recognize members (thanks for the little coffee stand and freebie station) The Anytime family is the best. Great job!

I wrote them in the morning a mail in order to make an appointment for the afternoon. Everything went well and a young lady was waiting for me in the office. She was very friendly and showed me the location. She gave me a batch for a one week access. I am now here since 2 days. The gym is never too busy and I could do all workouts in the order I planned them. Who looks for a place with a more familiar appearance will feel comfortable here. If I would live here, I would definitely become a member.

The manager, Real nice guy working there, BUT I was working & he stop me from working out that day, ONLY because I was waring SLIDES.😂 it’s funny because like I told him NEVER had that issue before, trainers look pretty cool people. Didn’t seem like they had n issue with it. That’s why am giving a 2 start honestly. Y’all need to update half of y’all machines also! I have never seen this brand of equipment before and I love it. The back equipment is the best. I wish they had an ab machine and a heavy bag but I have yet to see an anytime with a heavy bag. Nice mats, clean, staff is awesome and super friendly. Great gym.

Terrible customer service. My son went in for a " tour" appt and was immediately asked for credit card info to sign up for services. Noone told him what they offered or offered to walk him around. When I called back Rebecca was so rude and wouldn't speak to me but gave the phone back to my son. They obviously don't need my money. We actually signed up for Snap Fitness today instead

They are an okay gym with good coaches but the financial part is so scammy. The contract, how the coaches talk you into not canceling, how they keep charging you 2 more times after you cancel. Had to change from a 5star because of this garbage.

I love it here. I went here for a year before I moved back to Carencro, just moved back to Lafayette and I’m so glad to be back. Chelsy is AMAZING! She’s so sweet and runs the gym so well. She knows what she is doing. They always have stuff going on to make you want to stay active like challenges and group workouts. I highly suggest joining!

Have been a anytime member for around 2 years, finished a 18 month contract and got convinced to do a month by month agreement until I was ready to move on and was told I could cancel at anytime. Put in a cancellation and signed a form two months ago. Got charged 1 month later and called to find out what was going on. Could never get in contact with the office to figure out why I was charged, come to find out you have to cancel 30 days prior, so no big deal. Two months later and I got charged once again, called in and this time I got in touch with someone. Apparently there’s a draft date that begins 3 days before you actually get charged that led to me getting charged for two additional months after cancelling. Moral of the story, stick with your contract and move on so you don’t have to deal with invisible things such as a 3 day draft that can lead to TWO additional months of non service. You would think after being a member for so long you get some kind of customer service. Two months worth of being charged without stepping foot in that gym for absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and pay $20 more a month to get a gym quality that’s 20x better. Coming from someone who works out a minimum of 5 days a week, once I started at my new gym I instantly regretted not having done so before even starting at anytime. Hopefully this review will help people to avoid losing out on money and the hassle that comes with it.
