They act super attentive to sign you up. Once they have your money they don't ever answer their phone calls or emails. I've been having account issues for weeks and have been trying to contact them to straighten this out to no avail. Even the 3rd party business they use for billing is shady AF. They can't find my account but are still charging me. I've been trying to speak with an actual person but that hasn't happened. I just keep getting the run around by a machine that can't find my account.

Update from original review: 9/25/2022 - I was recently approached by a male who made an inappropriate comment about my physique and interuppted me during my workouts. When I told him to leave me alone he became angry and made up false accusations to have me reprimanded by management. Fortunately this was caught on video and the male was eventually kicked out.
I appreciate the management for handling this and insuring that the gym is a safe place for a woman to train without having unwanted advances.
I've been a member since 2016. It must be a decent place to go. 😉
Jordan, manager, is keeping things neat and clean.
Equipment needs to be tuned, upgraded and maybe some new pieces. A hack squat would be a dream come true.
Cardio equipment really needs to be upgraded. A stair climber is a needed addition.
But, in general, if you know what you're doing you can get a great workout here.

I had tried to setup an appointment with them three time one of the time I will say I had to cancel on them but the other times I had been there on time and tried to get in contact with them and no answer from the phone nor email DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Their building is always clean! Anytime I have a question if no one is at the gym I can email them and get a response back within the next business day. Jordynn is awesome she is the manager of the gym and does all the work of cleaning and prepping. She is very professional and kind hearted and truly wants her members to be happy!

I go there because it is convenient always some equipment needs repair trash cans always seem to be full. There are signs up threatening to fine you if you don't put weights up never see or talk with a manager they stay in office overall not very friendly.

2 year contract I should of read the whole thing. Not useing it .And now u can't or won't let me get out of it . And then u charge me 30 dollars twice a year 4 upgrades what a joke. Will never ever recommend. Yes jokes on me read everything before u sign with them....

I'm a member only because of convenience. Its way over priced. Lots of broke equipment. Join planet fitness if you have the choice.

Missing and broken equipment. Improperly maintained. New manager with new hours every other month. Price of membership has doubled for me since I signed up last year. Temperature is often way to hot and these complaints are usually echoed by the people I meet there. Not to mention one of the previous managers scammed money from members before quitting, and the personal trainer was hiring people without any credentials to train her clients.
But it's the only gym in pearl river, so it's monopolized.

Small gym, but I like the small gym atmosphere. Have been at all hours including early morning. Nice crowd. No too many jabber mouths or meat heads. Can get in and get out and that is very important to me. Aerobic room not utilized very often so you can spend some time doing whatever you like. Bathrooms/Showers are modest and only real thing I think they can improve upon. Overall, its my kinda gym.
