If you are looking for PERSONALIZED plans and someone with knowledge- Nali is your girl!! I did not know much about working out or strength training before starting with Nali, but now I am so confident in my ability to use different machines, to stick to a workout plan, and how to train my body. I have gained such confidence and discipline in being physically active. The owners Forrest and Nali have done a great job running the gym. The gym is always clean and in order. No matter what time of day I went, it was always well taken care of. The employees are so kind and are always working hard. Forrest and Nali treated me so well and made me feel like family. If you need a place in Ruston to workout, this is your gym!

Going to their facility was always the most peaceful part of my day! It was never crowded, equipment was in good shape and I always had whatever I needed for my workouts. Everyone was respectful the few times I needed to share machines with other members. Highly recommend!

this is the nicest time fitness we’ve been to out of the 10 we have visited throughout the southeast. Looks clean. Smells clean. Air conditioning is perfect. Not overcrowded. Nice staff. Lots of different rooms. All the equipment you want. Including things like freeways and machines. Snacks you can get and pay for with Venmo, cash, or PayPal. 10 out of 10.
(my only complaint/suggestion would be that they get a pair of alternative wraparound plastic clips for their 45 pound dead lift bars. The metal squeeze clips are very tight and difficult to put on. so having a choice of another clip type would be extremely helpful.)

In 2021 this place charged me membership fees for 3 months after I cancelled. I called every day, sent texts, emails, and the manager was always “unavailable”. Called corporate and they said to take it up with the gym. Only got my money back by filing a charge dispute with my bank.

I would like to start off by saying the gym itself is pretty nice and small. I joined about a year ago when my boyfriend and I first moved to Ruston. In August 2023 I went and cancelled my membership and let them know I’ll be traveling a lot and won’t need it anymore. I filled out the information on the iPad and turned in my key fob. In October 2023 i noticed they were still charging my account so i went up there and told them I came up there in August and cancelled my membership, the guy acted like he never seen me before and i filled the cancellation form out on the iPad again! In December 2023 i notice I'm getting charge again so this time i called and asked for the owner and i explained the situation and he asked to call me back. I never got a call back and they still charging my account. I even called back and someone answered and said they’ll have the owner call me back. It’s January 2024, I no longer live in Ruston and still being charged at a gym I haven’t stepped foot inside since August 2023. I need to be back payed from August til now! It’s sad because i really did like this gym but the lack of professionalism is terrible.

There is not much I can say than the owners treat me...and every client there...like precious family members. Nali and Forrest are caring and this AF is well equipped and kept in top notch condition. I stayed away through most of the last two years because of Covid-19. Walked in to be greeted with heart warming welcomes.

The atmosphere in this gym is very open, friendly and cooperative. They have excellent trainers that share information about nutrition as well as exercise and cardiovascular conditioning. There are enough workout machines including treadmills and Stairclimbers as well as dumbbells and heavy weights. It is a clean gym with a great group of clients.

No complaints from my son about the gym itself. The complaint I have is on the cancelling of his membership. He went to cancel his membership in May, 2021. They indicated they would email him a cancellation form, which they did on May 5. He returned it via email on the same day. As of today, they are still charging the monthly gym membership fee to my bank account. Over the course of the last several months, I have emailed them several times through their "contact us" email on their website telling them he cancelled his membership and to please stop charging my account. But as of November 30, they are still charging the membership fee. I called them today, but there is no one in the office on the weekends. I left them a message that I have placed a stop payment on their fee because filling out the cancellation request back in May did not cancel his membership.

I recently came across this gym due to my WFH(Working from Home) transition. I decided to leave the Golden State and came here simply due to the low cost of living, and the environment to start a family.

I decided to make a change of my chair job and decided to come in.

I met Russell "The Frog" Martelero who happened to be assisting other members.
He ended up giving great advice in order to do starting strength. This is a great gym environment where you can count on one another to push you to your limits.

Nice facility but it's not worth working out in. Typical college kids that hog equipment, take 15 minute bathroom breaks in between lifts but expect to reserve the equipment they use. No gym courtesy amongst patrons. I typically make the drive to the Jonesboro anytime fitness facility to avoid the douchebags. That facility isn't as nice, but people maintain proper gym etiquette.

I really enjoyed the Silver Sneakers class! I miss it, truly! I have really enjoyed the structure of having a Class! LaRon is excellent! Even though I still don't like squats, the repetition in exercises, weekly , DOES Help!!! We are on Lockdown! Wow! Even so, there aught to be one day Seniors can go, now ! Just Seniors.
