I really like it here — it’s never too crowded, and it’s great to see the renovations and new furniture/amenities in the bathroom. The updates make a big difference! That said, it looks like some of the cleaning has been overlooked. A good deep clean — especially the floorboards and shower — would really take things to the next level. A little soap, bleach, and a scrub brush could make the place feel brand new again. Just a friendly suggestion because it's pretty gross.

I recently visited Anytime Fitness in Walker, LA to set up my membership, and unfortunately, my experience was less than welcoming. As a paying customer, I expected a friendly and professional greeting, but the manager's attitude that day did not reflect that. The environment felt dark and uninviting, and while I understand that the air conditioning was under repair, the overall atmosphere didn’t make for a positive first impression. Additionally, I found the selection of workout equipment lacking compared to my experience as a member before the flood of 2016. I hope Anytime Fitness takes this feedback to heart and works to restore the vibrant, welcoming energy it once had.

I lost my fob a few days ago and there is never a manager available to replace it. I’ve called on numerous occasions still no luck. I went to another location in which I was informed I had to get my replacement from the Walker location. When will a Manager be in house?

Nice gym! Only thing I thought could have been better is the "tour" of the gym. Literally took 5 min tops lol. The guy seemed uninterested (maybe it was me) and wasn't too thorough in info regarding membership, employment discounts, etc. I felt like just another number and maybe that's the culture of this particular gym. Showing some enthusiasm and attention to potential customers is key in this competitive industry. Anyways, I enjoyed the workout this morning...compliments of a 7 day pass I was given.

For the time they shut down during the virus they still took money out of my account for a contract I had signed up for, after I called this to their attention and expressed my desire to be let out of my contract they had the nerve to charge me $400 to be let out even after they still collected money from me during the time I couldn’t use their gym, and never apologized for their oversight and only now was I able to get in contact with them after continuously calling them for weeks.

Very outdated ugly machines if your not 5"9 and up don't waste your money you can not use the machines because they are so old and broken save your money
