Really inviting place always clean, always an inviting face in the front to greet you, I go mainly to see my massage therapist, and the pricing for what all you’re getting is probably the best bang for your buck if you live out in the bossier areas only complaint is traffic

Like always a great experience and extremely satisfied. Definitely continues to be best in sports massage with the benefits being unobtainable by a basic massage therapy. You will not be disappointed but you will feel relief in ways you never thought were possible. Every 3 months I feel normal again.

Great place just bring a towel
and soap and you'll come out a new creature. I was able to polish up on each sport I'm in business with and get all toxins and waste out of my body by using the indoor field, upstairs gym and dance room and the sauna. I walked I feeling bad and came out feeling good as new.
Looking forward to coming back.

Sadly this is one of the better options in the area for an all around gym. Its turned into a freaking teenager hangout. These kids don't clean up after themselves, they just stand in the way in groups of 5 or more flexing what little ligaments and sinew they have. They are breaking equipment, mirrors, and bathroom stuff while management is not addressing it. Might just be the sorry owners 🤷.

Great all around fitness center. Great, new Pickleball courts, wonderful fitness center with lockers and Sauna. They even have their own Chiropractor doctor on site.

Great place, gym well equipped, lots of room, free weights, machines and classes. Swimming pool of 25m, Cafe doing smoothies and food etc. Squash Courts which are the only ones I ha e found on SXM, love the game. Rental equipment available. Locker room was clean and lockers, bring your own padlock. Staff were real friendly.

Have had Pilates classes 2020 and 2021 while spending 2 months in Belleair Beach. Amber was very knowledgeable and changed up the weekly routines as to keep it interesting. Would highly recommend this Pilates studio!
