Adam is an excellent personal trainer! In the past working out consistently has been a struggle for me, but Adam has a very uplifting and fun energy that makes working out fun. I have tried other fitness programs, but none compares. This place has a great family environment which speaks to the truth of the environment here. His approach is very realistic and for the range of a lifetime. I instantly noticed an improvement with my health and I am more than pleased that I found Breakthru fitness. After struggling with my fitness and other fitness programs for so long, I finally feel like I'm okay! Helping you achieve your goals seems to be at the minimum an expected requirement of any fitness program, but from experience, this is not the case. He is definitely very knowledgeable and passionate about helping you achieve your goals! What more could you ask for? This place is it. Thanks Adam!

I use the Banana foster's protein to make pancakes and banana bread and absolutely LOVE it! Makes it a very convenient way to squeeze in protein. I am often on the go and being able to bring a banana bread square with me is a great way to keep me on track with my protein intake.

Adam is the best when it comes to physical fitness and overall health. It’s only been about a month and I’ve seen gradual, but great results. He is very patient, motivating, and knowledgeable; and each session is tailored to the client. Okay. So let me start at the beginning. I was randomly looking for a personal trainer. The 1st number I called I didn’t like the vibes. The 2nd number was Mr. Adam with BREAK THRU FITNESS. He was very inviting and attentive. He listened to my spill as if he was my friend for years. Right then I knew this was the place for me. I scheduled a free visit and was very pleased with the outcome. The gym was small, clean and from the looks of everything very productive. No more than 2-4 people at a time in the gym. Mr. Adam sanitized constantly after each clients use(scored big points with me on this one).

Now on the the workout session. Keep in mind I have not worked out in years. I thought to myself I’m getting older so I need to get things together. Mr. Adam was very spot on with the individual program he designed for me. I personally gave him the nickname (KILLER); but don’t take that in a bad way, it comes with the utmost respect and gratitude. I am seeing results and loving my curves. Granted there are those days I truly don’t feel like working out, but when I think about the atmosphere, I can’t help but to go. I have come to the realization that the reason behind this is the feeling of family. The actual combination of meeting new friends and a KILLER. All jokes aside.......If you need that personal touch, that one on one, no crowds, a clean environment with a coach that cares about you and your results?! BREAK THRU FITNESS IT IS!!!!!!! I know it is for me. 🥰 Thanks Adam for everything!!

Break Thru Fitness is the gym studio where you want to go! The small amount of people in the gym at one time allows for devoted one on one attention. Everyone is friendly. You cannot beat this environment for getting back into shape or continuing your workout routine. Everything there has levels and accommodations to fit your needs and your goals. Adam is one of one. I’ve only done 4 sessions so far and I already notice a difference in my endurance, muscle tone and self discipline throughout the day. Adam takes the time to understand your goals then creates a custom workout regimen to achieve them. He understands the body on a scientific level so his approach isn’t one that only yields surface level results, Adam takes the time to learn your “outside of the gym lifestyle” and makes crucial suggestions on what changes need to be made to achieve ultimate health. Great place! Adam is really passionate and serious about what he does. I’ve been working out with him since October and I have lost 20lbs and have lost inches from my body. My BMI has also gone down. He tailors you’re workout for you and the session are small enough where you feel safe and Not judged by your abilities because hunny by the time he done working with you you so out of breath and tired you wondering if you need to call an Uber home cause your arms feel like spaghetti 😂. He is very flexible in his scheduling there have been so many times I’ve had to cancel a workout or jump into another slot and he is always very nice about it. It’s a very friendly and motivating place to workout. I highly recommend

When I first walked into the studio, I had no clue what I was getting into but I trusted Adam blindly. I'm glad I did... although his way of training may not be of the norm and out of the box, you can't deny the results. I was more motivated with joining the BreakThru family - to want to be in the gym training, bettering myself. I started with Adam and my weight fluctuated around the 140's and ultimately got down to the 130's BUT with being leaner and a hell of a lot stronger. He helped me to put some men to shame...lol. I think I needed BreakThru Fitness just as much as Adam needed me for his weekly laughs. No other gym compares!

You will definitely show gains and losses with BreakThru as long as you stay true to the process.

If you are looking for results, check Adam out. His workout plans are individualized according to your abilities. He teaches you the correct way to do each exercise. He encourage from the sidelines and becomes one of your biggest cheerleaders when you didn't think you could do it yourself. It's easy to go to any gym and workout on your own, but what Adam provides its way more productive. I don't know about you, but when I use to go the gym I would stay in my comfort zone...lol. With Adam he definitely takes you beyond that zone and there is NO way you'll do the same thing every day.
