Our mission at Cajun Fitness is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We understand that meeting wellness goals can be demanding with a busy lifestyle and that is why we offer child care within our gym and online classes for outside the gym!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Cajun Fitness Broussard. While I understand the terms of my membership, I expected a more professional approach when attempting to cancel. My contract was set to end in December 2024, yet when I went in to cancel, I was met with repeated responses of “Well, you signed the paper” instead of any proactive communication or help from the staff.
It’s disappointing that the gym didn't notify members about rollover policies in advance. As eager as they are to sign people up, you'd think they'd make it just as easy to terminate a membership when services are no longer needed. What stood out most was the lack of involvement from a manager—it's concerning that even a local gym doesn’t seem to know how to effectively handle these situations.
I really think the employees would benefit from better communication training. A more customer-focused approach would go a long way in making members feel valued, especially when trying to end their membership.

I belong to a huge mega gym in Atlanta and was visiting family and Louisiana and sister brought me here. At first, I thought it would be like a hotel fitness center based on size, but was very impress with set up and the equipment was better than the mega gym back home. Equally impressive, this wasn't a boutique setting. The members were serious gym goers. Atmosphere was contagious, members friendly and staff very professional. I came in to work off Thanksgiving dinner and felt like I was training for crossfit. One of the best facilities I've trained and look forward to working out there upon next trip.

Very good real gym, not a plant fatness or other cardio gym (they do have cardio equipment). You can make noise and get a good workout in. Sometimes the music they are playing isn't great so bring some headphones if that bothers you.
