Quality has fallen significantly with poor management at the regional level taking experienced instructors away from this location and filling it with mostly brand new instructors that haven’t even finished their training yet. Hope they can return to their former glory at some point in the future. I really used to love this location. It used to be a 5 star location for practicing pilates but it now has a long way to go to get back to that.

I recently visited the studio for an introductory Pilates class and appreciate the opportunity to try it for the first time. The class itself was good, and while the instructor did their job, they were not particularly enthusiastic or engaging.
What concerned me was the sales approach. Before the class, I received multiple emails and phone calls. After the class, there was a strong push to purchase memberships immediately, with various packages and deals presented in an urgent manner.
I’m looking for a fitness routine that’s enjoyable and helps me stay healthy, and I’d like to learn more about the benefits of Pilates and how the community at the studio is organized. I’m not just looking for a discounted membership—I’m seeking a supportive space that encourages wellness and community.
Overall, the intro class was fine, but the aggressive sales tactics made it hard to feel welcome. I hope the studio can adopt a more balanced approach that prioritizes fostering community and supporting members’ health over immediate membership sales.

Traveled in from Atlanta and was able to take a couple of Reformer classes while I was here. Rebecca was so helpful, kind, and inviting. She made sure I was able to get into classes during times that fit my schedule. Today I took a level 2 class with Rain. I loved her energy, her passion, and ability to challenge the class to do what was best for each individual. I will definitely come back to the Mid City studio the next time I in town

Turnover is really high. Inconsistent. Expensive . Classes full online and you can’t get into classes but then many empty reformers in reality?

This should be a five star review!! It really should! I love Club Pilates, Specifically the instructor Kristina. I and many other members have become accustomed to our schedules and seeing what happened to the schedule in June is upsetting. Taking away the Tuesday 6:30 1.5 with Kristina really sucks and then the Friday suspend with Kristina is gone too 😡. I'm not sure who's in charge of this decision but we hate it.

Club Pilates is simply amazing! The staff and instructors are not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable. The reformer classes are challenging and effective, giving you a full-body workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. If you're looking for a top-notch Pilates experience, I highly recommend checking out Club Pilates.

During cancellation I was told something different from 4 different people that ultimately ended in me paying for an additional month. I even let the person know when I signed up I needed to be done in Dec because I was only in Nola for work and would be moving home in January.
I never recieved a call after I was told the manager was going to investigate whether or not I called in time for the cancellation. I got charged without the phone call.
The owner definately needs to RETRAIN the front desk and management team on protocol, as I was told 3 different situations on how to cancel. This on top of being PROMISED by a front desk employee that I would not be charged due to her negligence. And no follow through from management after we spoke on the phone. I should not be out 220 because the lack of training for staff!
Its so sad because i enjoyed the classes I attended. I will never recommend anyone to sign up at this or any location due to the lack of protocol and follow through.

Started Pilates here a few months ago and I still love it 😍 The instructors are awesome and very knowledgeable. It feels like I’m doing a different workout every time and I go 6x a week. Highly recommend. Update…still love it 🥰

On 06/23/23 I was informed via text from a 314 number that I had missed my Introductory Reformer Pilates Class. The class I was scheduled for was planned for 130pm CT.
I rearranged my work schedule on Friday to make this session and then you people mess it up with your terrible and horrible means of communication.
Do a better job at managing schedules and understanding Time Zones.

The facility and instructors are well and fine enough…. But buyer beware! If you make the mistake of signing up for a membership, keep in mind, there is zero flexibility for medical emergencies or injuries. You will be billed- on crutches, in a wheelchair, even on your deathbed… because “we are a franchise and must adhere to franchise rules.” The drop-in rate is $30 ish, so the membership is somewhat enticing… but the minimum spend is $300 once you sign up- even if you fall off a mountain (3 days after paying $200 for a month of unlimited visits), and may never walk again! You will be told “we are a franchise”…. and you owe us for 2 more months, because your money is our priority, not your wellbeing.

I love Club Pilates Mid City. The classes are challenging and humbling in the best way. The equipment is great and adds a lot of variety to the work outs. There is not one instructor that I don't like. They are all friendly and knowledgeable and quick to help modify and encourage. I just reached 100 classes and it's no less challenging and I still look forward to every day I get to go to class!
