Horrible!!!! Don’t join! Was charged $100 for “letting two people in behind me”. Never have I done that. Was told I would be sent the surveillance footage showing when it happened. NEVER was followed up with or sent any video of this happening. Not only was I charged but was never sent anything informing that I was being charged. I just happened to notice it on my bank statement. Called multiple times to try to get it figured out and pretty much got the run around. Manager, Alyssa, was always “busy” or “not in”. Left messages and never got a return phone call. Didnt call or asks about it for three months. Went to cancel and the manager, Alyssa, who I originally spoke to had nothing to say pretty much.
Have heard multiple people experiencing the same thing. BEWARE. Would not recommend.

Absolutely would not recommend getting a membership with Club 4. Canceling is a nightmare — they make you jump through hoops just to end your membership. Then, even after you cancel, they still charge you for another 30 days. It feels like a total scam and a waste of money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This gym has one of the dirtiest restrooms that I have stepped foot into and it was almost always out of paper towels. Also, at any point in which a member seeks to cancel their membership, Club4 intentionally makes this process as challenging as possible, even if the membership has been in force for over a year and the reason for cancelation is more than legitimate.

This is the worst gym ever to try and cancel a membership. Collecting money over a year I was told I have to come in and cancel. I go in and the gentlemen at the register gives me a card for myIclub online to cancel. Go online and have trouble canceling. Also find out you will be charged 50.00 for a cancelation fee. Horrible spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!

Unfair Fine, Faulty Door, and Poor Customer Service

I was charged a $50 fine by Club for Fitness simply for opening the door for an elderly woman who was already a premium member. The reason I opened the door? She couldn’t get it open herself—because the front door at this facility is constantly jammed. This isn’t just my experience—multiple members have complained about this door, and yet management does absolutely nothing to fix it.

It honestly feels like a trap. The door malfunctions, people try to be decent and help others in, and then they’re slapped with a fine. It’s sickening, exhausting, and feels like borderline fraud.

I canceled my membership immediately, and I won’t be back. I’ve already told my friends and family to switch gyms, and I’ll continue to spread the word. Club for Fitness is going to lose customers fast if they keep prioritizing fines over fixing a basic issue that’s affecting everyone’s access and experience.

I've been a member of this gym since 2020. Recently, new management has taken over. I notified the new management that the bathrom was very dirty, no toilet paper, and no soap. The next time I went to the gym I find out my membership was cancelled with no explanation. All because I notified the management the bathroom was unsanitary. The gym has gone downhill.My experience at your facility on Thursday, May 19, reflects a troubling combination of bad business practices, unethical conduct, and poor management. I believe the actions taken against me and others were not only unjustified but may also constitute an act of discrimination.

I was A former strong and loyal member of club 4fitness on Harvey since it’s opening !! However, recently I found out that management has canceled my membership without prior consideration due to A recent incident. I asked management to restock their bathrooms , Which were also kept in unsanitary conditions.The following day I found out that my membership was canceled. On Friday morning May 23 , while I was working out, an employee asked me to go to the front desk to scan my membership. I told her my phone was next to the machine I was using. The manager told me it was no problem and to just give her the account number. I felt weird because I had already scanned it before starting my workout. And they had seen me do it. I felt harassed by their insistence on proving I was a gym member. Then the employee said, "Oh, your face looks familiar." I will be canceling my membership after a few years at this location because I am so disappointed with the way they treat customers

I’ve been there plenty of times under my parents membership, your customer service is horrible and one of your employees cancelled my parents membership because they brought up the condition of the restroom to that employee. You have horrible business practices and aren’t even taking accountability for discrimination and breach of contract. Stop with the fake reviews! Your bathrooms have been dirty on multiple occasions, this is embarrassing standards for a "family owned" gym. This location has been cancelling the memberships of anyone mentioning the horrid conditions of the bathrooms.

I have been a member with the gym for a while and they have one of the best staffs a gym has had that I have been in. The equipment quality is outstanding, I always see the staff cleaning and trying to make sure it’s always clean for members. It’s a private owned gym so they uphold the respect for the members that have joined and use the facility and equipment like it’s meant to be. Definitely a 10/10 gym 💪

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now, always nice and never had any problems. But recently, the employees have been blocking the women’s restroom off to clean it (which is totally fine, it’s always very clean) but it’s both 1. At a really busy time at the gym (between 11:30-1:00) and 2. For a long time. This has happened to me the past four times I’ve gone to workout, and the most recent time it was blocked for my entire workout (45 minutes). I just really had to pee! Once again great gym and love using it, just a little annoying about the most recent bathroom cleanings.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS GYM. This gym will charge you to cancel your gym membership. The fees aren’t even mentioned in the contract they give you so they are just applying hidden fees and unnecessary charges that shouldn’t have to be paid. The bathrooms are dirty and it’s very crowded. Can also use some new an equipment. The cancellation process is also very difficult. They have it pending instead of paying and canceling it automatically. Why is they a pending cancellation? That makes no sense. They shouldn’t even be a fee to cancel and leave a gym if you paid for that last month. Yall need money that bad? It was very outrageous and extremely difficult to cancel this membership and shouldn’t even be that hard. You will be better off at planet fitness.

Been with this place since they opened. They’ve really gone down in so many areas. The locker rooms and gym floor are often out of paper goods. The water massage chairs often either give very low (useless) pressure and/or do not follow the stops you program. The workers and managers are well trained in apologizing and deflecting without actually helping you. And the terms have been adjusted since opening. If you look closely there’s probably a fee tacked on for the fees they charge. I might get charged a fee to look at their fee structure. Time to start looking elsewhere. If you joined at the lowest tier, stay there. Pay them the bare minimum and you might get your money’s worth.

Terrible customer service from the Regional Manger. Offered my help to fix a discrepancy on my account. Rather than allowing me to help she then dismissed me. After 30 minutes she sent over a black employee to confront during my workout to say that she corrected the issue. I called customer care to ensure the problem was rectified and it wasn’t. Very upset about this cancellation process. We have moved and are no longer about to come to this gym. We have been in to cancel and they say go on the app or online. We have not found any options on app. The online site is saying he doesn’t have an account. We have not got any help from staff to cancel. Club4 will not cancel your membership unless you pay 90$. You get charged 60$ for “maintenance fee” plus 25$ “dues” when you cancel. I was a member for 3 years. I love the gym but they tried to charge me because two people snuck into the gym while I was trying to scan in (the scanner also wasn’t working correctly). When I spoke to the GM she said she would fix it for me but when I go today I got told I cannot workout due to the issue not being solved. This issue has been going on for over a month now and they were made aware of the situation since day one but still nothing has been done and now I cannot do the one thing I look forward to everyday and they are trying the penalize me for what someone else did. -1 if I could give that!! This is the WORSE customer service at this gym. I’ve been trying to cancel for months and then was instructed to put my account on hold. After having a terrible 6 months, I realized that my account is off hold and they were going to charge me the annual fee so I made a huge push to cancel. Since I’m canceling 29 days before the 30 day window, THEY ARE STILL GOING TO CHARGE ME AN ANNUAL FEE!! HOW do you charge someone an annual fee when they are canceling? Not to mention I had to beg for someone to tell me how to cancel. It just seems sketchy!! I will never walk inside this gym after this and I discouraged all my friends from joining. Canceling SHOULD not be this difficult and come on guys be fair with your payments. And all the Rep said “well you signed a contract” but hey you also didn’t say in that contract that canceling was such a headache!! Bathrooms being dirty aren't on the employees it's the fact that within 10 minutes of them being clean. Like animals gym goers make them dirty. I have seen it with my own eyes. This is the greatest gym I have seen, especially for the price of basically 30 a month. They have everything you need to succeed in anything and any exercise, and Alyssa does an amazing job, and so does moriah. As a certified trainer, the trainers here are excellent

Bad management! Short story: My 2 sisters and I joined this club less than a month ago. 2 weeks ago, which was the 2nd week in this club a random girl asked my sister for help since it was her first day at the gym not knowing nothing about workout or how to use the machines (she don't speak English) my sister told her that she could do the routine that she does so that the new girl would learn at the end of the day this a girl maybe a 18 years old employee told my sister that she cannot be a "trainer" she is not able to train nobody. My sister explained she was not training, just explaining to the new girl, etc.. anyway this was 2 weeks ago, all the sudden yesterday when we got there, one of the employees followed my sister to the restroom (very creepy) and told her that she needed to leave and her membership was canceled because she was training people and my sister explained again she helped ONE DAY a new girl and that was all and the employee said that nobody is allowed to workout with 2 o more people??? (Stupid). Anyway, 3 weeks ago, she paid $61 to join plus $55 the year fee for new members? I tried to call this gym to talk to the manager, but they don't even have a phone number. The phone humber is for the company God knows in which state.
3 members are gone now. Ver disappointed they did not even ask or gave warnings or did investigation.

I'm going to beat a dead horse here however, the restrooms at this location, specially the men's, is FILTHY. It's rare that there is toilet paper in the stalls, yet there is plenty on the floors. The morning staff is more worried about working out opposed to checking their daily duties. Even the cleaning stations on the floor is missing wipes to clean the equipment.

Don't even mention the fact that if equipment does break it wakes weeks/months to get it operational again. It's sad because it's a huge gym in a great location but your staff is 100% failing you.

I was singled out and targeted for breaking Policy #8: training another individual. My membership was “revoked permanently” from ALL CLUB4 locations nationwide. I’m also “NOT PERMITTED on our premises, including parking lot, nor visit in person or contact via phone, text or email any Club4 location or Club4 personnel.” Therefore, if I was to contact anyone about my issues, It would be considered “trespassing” & “harassment”. So I’ve submitted on BBB and now I’m here on google.

I was targeted and singled out on the assumption and insinuation that I was offering personal training services to another member. A member that solely got a membership because she was recommended by me. I was not training whatsoever. I’m a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST therefore I provide injury prevention, pre and post workout care and foam rolling and stretching. This is a gym environment and we’re all here to better ourselves and help others in need.

It was my friend’s first time in the gym in years. As we were simultaneously doing jump lunges, her knee began to give out. I suggested she stop jumping and just do alt lunges. We were in the turf area, not knowing there were two PT behind us, one being the PT Manager, Mariah or Baraa Nassar who was watching us the whole time. Mariah proceeded to walk over to us and tell us to come to her office. There she told me that I’m violating Policy #8 and explained it to me. I then told her, I’m not training my friend and showed her the app in which we were following along to. She proceeded to still insist that I was training. I then asked her “how do I workout with a friend and it not be considered training?” She ignored my question She said that it doesn’t matter what I say, it’s based on what it LOOKS like and that the cameras are watching and management will see. After I said that question she claimed I was being rude and making “snarky remarks” and said she will cancel my membership on the spot. I then began to just upset because I was so confused on how this escalated so quickly over absolutely nothing. I asked to speak with a manger or someone above her and she said “there is no one” so I asked for the owner, she said she is the owner of the facility. I walked out of the office because of pure frustration and to the front desk where an amazing lady told me when the GENERAL manager would be arriving. We waited to the GM, Alyssa Sisung, to arrive. Upon her late arrival, it was clear her and Mariah had already spoke because Mariah pulled her as soon as she came in, before we could even speak and possibly before she even came in. In conversation with Alyssa we explained everything in detail. She even remembered me from her previous job (or said she did) and has seen me at club4 since. I was told by Alyssa that my membership was SAFE and that only SHE has the power to cancel it. She even told me how Mariah and the PT department gets so many complaints. So we leave her office and continue our workout. When my friend did need assistance beyond my scope, I called over a PR to show her how to do a exercise properly, which he did (white man low cut, I didn’t get his name unfortunately) and I do appreciate his help. Finished our workout and left.

Around 6pm I received an email, with Baraa Nassar aka Mariah (PT Manager), Alyssa Sisung (General Manager), Verushka Lagos (Regional Manager), Stephen Trapani (Detective at JP), Monet Franklin, and Deylon Foy (Asssistant General Manager) who was the original sender while everyone else was CCd. Stating my membership has been permanently revoked and I’ve been banned across the nation.

Update: Clearly still claiming I was training & “broke policy” despite doing nothing but showing a friend how to foam roll as a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPISTS. Moriah is just a 19yo girl & her bestie Alyssa is just as bad! They are very very jealous women. After reading other reviews, I’m glad my members was canceled! Seems like a weird place LOL. ALSO only Alyssa replies to these.

Just thought I’d let guys know. From a few guys that I know of that go to this gym, have spoke about how disturbing it is when the girl workers hangout in the guy locker rooms while guys are changing. Or they come in unannounced laughing. They have signs all over the gym stating you can’t take pictures or videos with other people in them, but yet the girl workers walk around videoing & taking pictures. The girls also stay in the guy locker room taking pictures while there are other guys trying to get ready. For a few men this can be extremely uncomfortable. I think it’s a violation of privacy, & should be corrected IMMEDIATELY. The women should have no right to enter mens locker rooms without their consent, there is enough male workers to do the job honestly.

Restroom is very dirty; it appears it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks (sinks are filthy, toilets haven’t been scrubbed, floors never mopped). Many of the equipments have been out of order for several weeks. The napkins dispensers are never refilled. It seems as if the employees are just standing around hanging out. This gym is slowly falling apart. Management needs to get it together.

New to the area so I was in search of a great gym with childcare services. Needless to say I found that gym in the area. Staff is attentive and you’ll always see them cleaning equipment making sure it is in top-notch shape for the next person to use it. Our kids enjoy spending some time with other children while we get a good workout in. Daycare teachers are very sweet!
Bottom line, would recommend.

The place is cheap and you can get a good workout there; however the bathrooms are just plain nasty. I have had to go home to shower because they had the same trash in the showers for three days in a row. The urinals have dust on them and smell terrible. I scanned the QR code in the locker room to let them know and there was no change.

I want to start off by saying if i could rate this gym a 0 i would. Me and my best friend started going to the gym for the first time about 4 months ago. We were super excited to get into the gym even knowing we know nothing about it . I previously went to the one in kenner but never went so stopped paying for it . when i went to renew my membership i paid my fees and went on about my day until i was approached by one of the employees telling me im banned. i was in shock because i know i paid my pass due fees plus the membership. Alyssa and her buddy buddy fixed it for me no problem. Me and my friend were offered the free consultation we asked if we can do it together and they said yes no problem. The consultation went great but i felt he was trying to push it onto us even after saying no . We were even offered the buddy package. 4 months go by me and my friend are at the gym working out and after being rudely interrupted by the same guy who told me i was banned and was wrong says “you can’t help each other workout or show each other how to work out” it’s our policy. If you workout here you know everybody is with someone. So why were me and my friend targeted i’m not sure . The next morning i wake up and seen through EMAIL my membership was revoked HUUH? EXCUSE ME ? Why wasn’t i told if i didn’t stop working out i would get my membership revoked . We walked passed the manager Alyssa and her buddy as they were doing nothing just standing there laughing NEVER said a word to us . i feel as if this was very unprofessional and unkindly . Also it’s always packed and very hard to even finish your workout because every machine is always taken

They lock you in the contract by making it impossible to cancel it. Give you a member # and tell you to go online and cancel it. It doesn't even work. They don't assist you with cancelling it afterwards because no one ever answers any phone calls to the gym, HR, corporate office, etc. I left messages no response. I wrote emails no response. It got to the point I had to block them from taking money out of my account. I filed a complaint against them because they scam you by giving you a prolonged run around trying to cancel but it never works...

Buckle up because this is a long one.

Background: I went into this location in an attempt to get a membership. I filled out my information and began reading over the contract. Before I signed the agreement I asked the person helping me if they could exclude the 30 day cancellation fee. He stated they couldn’t do that so I stated I no longer wanted the membership.

The issue: I received a few days later a fully completed membership agreement with signatures in all of the areas that I refused to sign. They then charged my bank 90 dollars without me ever stepping in the gym after that. When I asked why they charged me they stated I had activated my membership and they somehow had all the signatures they needed even though I refused to sign it. I had to file a police report for forgery and reversed the charge to my bank. When I went back into to formally cancel the membership with the police report number in hand, I was told by the manager “Moriah” that “that’s not how that works”. When I attempted to show her the forged signature she refused to even look at it and rudely told me to step back and have a seat.
Stated a general manager would review the information and get back to me but wouldn’t give me a timeline of when this would be resolved. Altogether horrible experience and the deceptive business practice just highlights why people stay away from gym memberships.

Im a premium member. Monday morning I came in and had to use the restroom very bad. I walk in and tell the counter I’ll be right back it’s an emergency about to pee on myself. Moriah says no you have to sign. I said no problem, are you ready for the number. She takes the number I take off, she tells out wait come back here. I say is there a problem. She says I need you to go and get your drivers license. Mindful I come to this location almost every morning. I say well let me use the restroom really quick she says not until I verify your license. I say what’s the problem. SHE FLAT OUT ASKED ME TO LEAVE. I asked the other lady Monet what was the problem( Monet who said she see me every morning. Moriah interrupted and said this don’t look like you with the number I gave.

I ask for the manager she says I am the manager. And she wouldn’t give me her name when i desired to speak with the GM. Come to find out she’s the manager of personal trainers. No buisness at the front desk.

I’ve never been so insulted in a gym in my life. Moriah treated me as if I wasn’t a valued member.
If it wasn’t for Devon Spencer and Ethan I would have terminated my membership.

Moriah is the rudest employee at a gym I’ve ever encountered. I found out she was 19 and it all makes sense. Please teach her to deal with people.

I don't usually do gyms but just started going to this gym, it was recommended by my coach. I lost 110 lbs last year working out outside doing crossfit and at a small fitness studio for weight training. I'm terrified of the gym because I don't know how to use the machines. I was assured that gyms have people working there who can help. Well the guy who works at the front said don't worry, I can always ask one of them, so I felt great coming back. Unfortunately, I had my free consultation with their PT manager and I wish I wouldn't have because she's the worst. I didn't want to meet with her but I was told to take advantage of it. Once I told her I already had a trainer (one in which she knows and obviously has animosity against because he doesn't want to work with her) she was smug and just uncaring. She made the comment that theyre certified there. Well he's certified as a MASTER TRAINER and ex military so please sweetie, Miss me with trying to discredit someone. She tried telling me basically he doesn't know what he's talking about and to just weight train only. Opposite advise than from my coach whom helped me lose 110 lbs in 7 months. When I asked about if I needed help on a machine she said she's not showing anything til She gets paid and 6000 people go to that gym so no she can't help. "You need anything else from me" Nope i left her little office. (opposite what the guy up front told me) She's a little girl so I just let it go. I've been a general manager for some time now so I know how to deal with people like her. I told my coach and now we will stop sending anyone to this gym. Planet fitness and youfit workers are so kind and helpful. Especially if you are new. I wouldn't recommend this gym for anybody who doesn't know how to operate every machine. If you dojoin, id advise you to stay away from the PT manager. She is just a smug little girl who only cares about getting a sale not helping the client. Oh I'm also halfway through getting my ISSA credentials as well so thank you Moriah, for showing me exactly how not to treat new members anywhere. I contemplating if I ever want to go back. I'm disgusted with the little girl. She's got some growing up to do and needs training in management and customer service.

I have been a member with club4 for over 3 years. UNTIL last week after taking 4 months away from the facility in the middle of my workout I was very rudely approached by one of their trainers MORIAH ROSALINA as she started screaming at me in the middle of the gym in front of everyone. She was clearly jealous of me but I still have no idea who this little girl is or why she felt the need to come up in the middle of my workout and disrespect me in her place of employment. I am a personal trainer and I train my clients a 3 different private facilities I’ve never once even thought of training anyone in any club4 facility. I was by myself working on myself when this young lady decided the best approach would be to loud cap me in the middle of the gym. I do not deserve to be talked to the way this girl was speaking to me I was appalled as were several other members that I don’t even know! So I spoked to a “manager “ ALYSSA SISUNG” and WOW JUST WOW! This woman agreed with me she said her employee was out of line and she completely understands my frustration. She even went as far to welcome me back to the gym. After I spoke to her she apologized and that was it. Several other members then went in to complain about the trainer MORIAH ROSALINA and the way she handled herself in her place of employment, I mean I could NOT BELIEVE THIS CHILD SPEAKING TO ME THIS WAY, FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHATSOEVER! If she had something to say there is a right way to approach someone and a completely rude and disrespectful way.Also why is a trainer coming up to me to say anything ? If anyone was good to approach me it should have been ALYSSA SISUNG, the manager, and she should have asked me to come into the office and say whatever they had to say privately. I know ALL THE RULES! Clearly the” manager” and “trainer” are buddy buddy and friends and they planned this attack and thought it was funny. After leaving peacefully I wake up the next morning and after taking my payment the day before they REVOKED MY MEMBERSHIP BY EMAIL!!! WHAT!!??? This is completely unacceptable. The rest of the staff at club4 in Harvey is not to blame for these two girls. You have a responsibility as a manager and an employee to treat your paying customers respectfully. I would not want this trainer MORIAH ROSALINA OR THIS manager ALYSSA SISUNG representing my company as they have clearly shown they do not understand how to handle the responsibility that they have been given as an employee of this company. Love coming here. The only issue I’m starting to have is the kids club being randomly closed more frequently on the weekends, which is when most of us parents get a second to hit the gym. If they’re not going to have it opened on the weekends then they should take it off their website. Really irritating. Fire those who aren’t reliable to show up for work and hire reliable people. The equipment is great and I really like all the offerings of this gym... but I've about had enough with the lack of cleanliness. Recently the paper towel dispensers are nearly always empty, which means dirty machines covered in another person's sweat. The floor is filthy and is not cleaned regularly. If this gym doesn't, at minimum, start stocking paper towels to wipe the machines, I'll be canceling my membership.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with General Manager Alyssa Sisung at Club 4 Harvey, and it left me thoroughly disappointed. Ms. Sisung's demeanor was remarkably rude and unprofessional. Her lack of courtesy and disregard for customer service made my experience at the club less than enjoyable. I expected better leadership from someone in her position, and unfortunately, her conduct significantly marred the overall atmosphere of the establishment. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and improve the customer service standards at Club 4 Harvey.

When I first joined last year, it was a great gym. Staff was very helpful, machines and equipment were kept operable and clean, paper towel holders were always filled, and access to equipment was easily obtained. This year is very different. Maybe it’s new management but the gym has significantly gone down. Paper towel holders are always empty, antibacterial spray bottles are broken or empty, machine rep. counters are never working, employees are never at the desk, and it is always crowded! Definitely a visible change from last year. The gym isn’t kept up like it used to be.

Not from this area, but I travel a lot. I ended up purchasing a one day pass so I can get my workout in. There was this guy named Trent working the front desk. He was one of the most courteous people I've seen. He was extremely kind, and was very willing to accommodate me. He also gave me a lot of recommendations on places to go after working out for food. As well as some local gems for tourism.
