Don’t do it! If there is any billing discrepancy you will get the full run around. I have been passed to 4 different people over 4 months and finally got someone that is competent to figure out that my daughter who is only 13 was still on the membership.

I canceled in July and finally got a resolution on why I was still getting charged monthly in October. If they say that they have to Email a manager to have them look into it don’t count on any response unless you push the issue. Poor communication at its best.

There are many gyms in Slidell. Choose another.

The place is clean, the space was massive, big fan of the women only section for my girlfriend’s comfortability!! Bathrooms are a bit run down and neglected. Really disappointed with how frequent the men in the public sections continue to slam weights on the floor. If you can’t lift the weight and bring it down in a controlled manner, it’s probably too heavy for you to lift.

Best gym! Great classes like 360, body pump, Pilates, barre, functional strength, core, strength development. Top notch instructors make working out challenging and fun. And the hydro massage chairs are the perfect ending after a hard workout.

Club4 in Slidell is very clean and people friendly. It’s a no judgement zone with tons of equipment and free classes taught by a professional. There’s a room just for ladies to workout in, offers red light therapy and tanning beds plus the hydro massage beds. And There’s always someone behind the desk if you need help with anything, trainers included. They’re open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week and holidays. This gym is my happy place. I come here regularly for my “me time” I know that I can drop everything going on around me and always be welcome here to have an enjoyable workout

Very clean and organized.
I like the way all the equipment is set up throughout the gym for which ever body part you are working on.
24/7 access hasn’t been used yet, but that makes it better to have that ability.
Tried the Hydro Massage today and it was awesome.
I would love to see the membership have a family plan, instead of a family having multiple membership fees.
I graded the rating as a 4 out of 5 stars, because it’s like a job evaluation where 5 stars would mean no room for improvement.
Still overall, it’s an awesome place to workout !!

As it regards the equipment they offer so much and I love early morning workouts so the ability to access the gym very early in the morning is a plus for me. There are also several classes etc so that works for me however the cleanliness of the gym is another story. The women’s bathroom is almost never clean it’s filled with tissue etc but if you see a dirt stain on the floor Monday I guarantee you’ll still see it Friday which as a woman causes me concern because if the restroom isn’t being maintained what else is being left unclean! It’s evident the bathroom is not being mopped consistently and it doesn’t smell good. If the cleanliness of the facility would be addressed I’d give it a 5star!

Honestly I really enjoy the gym itself, but lately it's overly crowded. There are not enough of the more popular machines and the lack of gym etiquette is insane.The new and younger members do not put the plates up they leave trash all over the place and 80% of the people training don't have a clue what or how to train. Im actually thinking about going somewhere else. There needs to be a time limit on these machines. I could go on and on. I truly like the gym but it's becoming harder and harder to get a good training session in.

i pay 12 dollars a month for the equivalent of what cross gates offered for 50 dollars, in terms of gym equipment. this gym is also always clean, organized, basically empty, and cool. my only complaint is that the water fountain either tastes like chlorine or warm tap water so just bring large amounts of water when coming here.

I really like this gym. The one I'm Slidell is not usually that packed. There is a separate private room for women as well as a sauna and fitness classes. Plus it's 24/7 so everything you could want in a gym...also they have a daycare for the kids. This was the real game changer for me.

I was told my motorcycle would be towed if I parked it anywhere that wasn't a parking spot even though it is not in the way of anything, I've come back to new dents in my paint from car doors and mirrors pushed in so I don't park around cars anymore. Also their showers are low pressure and very slow to get warm which is one of the more important areas for me in gym.

The equipment is better than the equipment at Planet fitness. Once you sign up if you decide to upgrade or downgrade, they charge you. So sad. My husband and I go workout at least 5 days a week. There is one female that follows me and my husband. She is pathetic. She dresses half naked. A few of the females there has no class, no clothes either.

The gym is nothing special, add in that the employees stand around gossiping or using the massage beds it starts to become less. The toilets rarely work so you can't stay for too long, now we are at sub par for a gym and then the coup de gras; they charge whatever they want whenever they want. Already paid, too bad they're gonna draft the monthly fee anyway. Maintenance fee- is it due in two weeks (like I was just told today) is it due in 45 days like it says on their website or is it due in 6 months like it says on the contract? Point out they're wrong and suddenly no one can find your agreement. It's absurd, and illegal. I think the owners feel like because it's $30-50 no one will care but if you consider how many people they're doing it to, it becomes a big deal.

Just canceled both mine and my husbands memberships.
Gym was ok. But staff really could care less about anything or anyone. And doesn’t even use common sense.
For like a week the women’s bathrooms were not functional which is actually illegal to not not provide a bathroom for a female to use they told me to go to buffalos if I had to use her bathroom. There’s like 10 different leaks in the ceiling a few times I was on a machine and felt drops on my shoulder.
Then there’s women who dress half naked where their butt cheeks re out and almost their boobs but my husband was told his shirt was proactive. Which was a normal shirt they just didn’t like what was on the front. But two other members later that same day went on the exact same shirt and purposely spoke to staff and they were told nothing. The only reason this place makes money is because of the teenagers in there being obnoxious and playing around in the gym while actual people try to work out.

i’ve never given a negative review but wow. garbage, soulless, money hungry ownership and employees who don’t give a shit about their job. if you miss payments they’ll just send it to collections, no matter the circumstance. just go to anytime or somewhere with a more reliable team, which is anywhere. worst experience i’ve ever had with a gym. hope your business fails horribly!

Charged me $50 for holding a door for somebody I don't even know , when asked why to the GM she refuses to show me any information that who was the guest that she is referring to and what day and time that was, she refuses to give me her name or anyone above her I had to call cops and let him ask all this information and i ended up with regional directors information!!
Guess what you get for asking questions that was placed on your card incorrectly , permanently banned from the gym meanwhile stating I broke rules and harassed the GM in broad daylight meanwhile every customer right there was checking inn at the fd , this is so wrong and ridiculous. They ended up stealing $80.25 from me and suspending my membership.

Club 4 fitness has a new policy where any kid with congestion are not able to be at the daycare. Since I have a baby with asthma, I am basically being told that I am not allowed to use their gym until my child turns 2 because “she will always have congestion” (quote from her pediatrician). Additionally, the staff believes they are smarter than the folks with medical degrees kicking her out of the daycare after she has already seen a doctor who said she was fine. I would love to see their qualifications to think that they are smarter than doctors who have eight years of college education and experience in the medical profession. I do not recommend this gym if you have children. There’s a reason they have an F rating with the BBB.

It’s a nice gym and the staff is friendly but the gym lacks hygiene….most of the floors are always dirty and it is uncomfortable trying to do certain sets when you must worry about the dirtiness of the floors. Try doing a push up or a lunge and you’ll see how dirty the floors are. Sure you could use a mat but if thats an excuse for the floor to not be cleaned properly, then is it just last of staff or equipment? And the men’s restroom is horrible. I’ve been inside public porta potties in New Orleansthat are cleaner the restrooms at the gym. Most of the time the floors are dirty and sticky in the restroom. I believe that the restrooms need to be cleaned more regularly and perhaps maybe getting a stronger or commercial use vacuum because whatever they are doing is not working.

This place is a joke ! Machine out of service since Aug because it is missing a pin to hold the weights. Gym management too lazy to get things handled properly and would rather members canc membership… Now we know why membership is so cheap .

Okay so i been going to this gym for awhile. Respectful staff, and polite also a clean gym. But the payments are crazy. I have been charged 40$ just because they tried to pull money from my bank account bit they couldn’t and they for some reason do this before the night it is due. I tried paying in cash today but i cant do nothing regardless and have to pay the service fee with the membership pay due. You cant pay in cash on the day its due, also they have machine that has been broken since august, a machine that primary works on the front glute muscles, and many of my friends and other people have been complaining about this all because they cant fix the pin that holds the weights up. At least pay some money towards your gym to make your members happy and more positive. And strictly remind others before joining the gym that these such fees can occur because i spoke to the GM and she said this was a first time occurance! They also charge you more if you try to get the 10$ membership so if you go here get the 28$ one.

I do love the gym but please beware— I have the $25/mo plan and this month was charged $44 and have yet to hear from customer service as to the reason for the sudden up charge. Plus, they make you pay for another month (30 day notice… why do you even need notice) before you can term… why pay for something if I’m not using it? I even wanted to downgrade because of finances but they told me that I have to pay an enrollment fee.. even though I’m a member of the facility. Again, great gym but PLEASE inquire heavily about the terms beforehand.

It’s a great gym ! But if you have your child they won’t allow you to bring them to the restroom with you . Child care was closing and I needed to use the restroom. I tried to bring my child with me but I was stopped . I was told to use childcare restroom. By the way the toilet is built for 6 year and younger. Wasn’t happening … thanks club 4

I visited Club4 for a three day pass, and I was amazed at how clean the gym was! The staff was cleaning periodically the whole time I was there. I spoke to the manager (India) about a future membership and she has me SOLD! She encouraged me when I opened up about how nervous I am to start a fitness regimen, and she helped me get started. Management was very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate all of her help!

I am military so I signed up for the hero version of their membership. It is supposed to waive your enrollment fee so you pay nothing down. I explicitly asked them about my first payment and they assured me that it would be the 15 dollar monthly amount I signed up for. I again asked them to verify that there would be no hidden fee and they said my charge would be 15 dollars. My first bill comes and it's 54 bucks. They said it was a yearly maintenance fee. What a shocker that they did not disclose that. Despite me repeatedly trying to clarify if that would happen. When I asked about it they were so rude and did not care about my poor experience. Oh and the best part is I have not even been able to use my membership because I cannot set up the app and an account. No one at the gym knows what they are doing and couldn't help. Customer service has been no help either and they take over a week to respond. This company is such trash. The only thing the got right in this situation was my bank account information to charge me. Go elsewhere.
