I have been a member of Crossfit Lafayette for more than 4 years and my wife has been here even longer. As a converted Crossfit Skeptic, joining Crossfit Lafayette has been one of the best decisions of our lives.
Over the past 4 years, the coaches of Crossfit Lafayette have been pillars of our health and wellness.
The team of coaches are extremely professional and can offer assistance regardless of your stage of fitness, physical limitations, or lack of motivation. They are not only knowledgeable, but regularly compete at Crossfit Competitions and make our gym look good!

Crossfit Lafayette is one of those crossfit facilities that is a rare find. I contacted Taylor over the phone and asked to drop in for the day. (Rarely do crossfit affiliates answer phone calls.) However The owner did. 🙌🏼
Taylor offered a free consultation of the gym which was very informative. They have a wide variety of new equipment and is well taken care of. The community there were all very welcoming as well.
Taylor the Crossfit owner was very inviting, positive, knowledgeable and friendly. Both Taylor the owner and Trey whom was the coach for today’s 5:30pm class were both very passionate and completely invested in fulfilling my goals physically.
Trey is one of the best coaches Ive been coached under for the drop in my time being there. He is very friendly ,focused in terms of making everyone better in meeting their fitness goals.
He educated me on proper breathing techniques and also proper form prior to working out. When class began,he explained movements in great detail.
My 6 years of jumping around crossfit gyms there is no coach or gym comparable to his level of focus on each individual.
I definitely recommend this gym for anyone in the area that wants a friendly community and to have their fitness goals met.
I would definitely return here again.

I purchased a one month membership on groupon after visiting the gym and discussing it. When I went to redeem it they didn’t refused it and tried te replace my one month with a week (they were giving away one week trials in the beginning of this month). Now I am struggling to get my money back through Groupon.

I was in town for a conference and dropped into the 5:30 pm class. It was a wonderful experience. The coach and members where very welcoming. The facility and equipment are also very nice, you can tell that they have recently upgrade equipment. I would recommend Crossfit Lafayette and plan on dropping in again next time I'm in the area.

My son had been doing CrossFit Kids training here for about 7 months. His overall transformation has been remarkable. He has gained soooo much confidence, strength, and determination in just a few short months. This has been such a wonderful outlet for him. CrossFit Lafayette is awesome. I’m a total newbie to CrossFit style training, and I loved it. I have an MMA background but I wanted to start strength training. I really like the class setting where everyone is working out together. The coach/owner was great. The vibe of the gym is great. It’s just a good spot. If you’re like me and you’re thinking of trying it, this spot is legit. I recommend it.

If you love CrossFit, this is the place to go in Lafayette!! The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment. Taylor is an amazing and motivating coach! The classes are challenging and modifications are offered so you can scale the workout to fit your personal ability and goals, no pressure.
I am from out of town and I feel like I have been going there for years, the members are very welcoming. The gym has great energy and is a positive and fun environment, I will definitely be back every time I am in town.

I dropped in for a few days while in town for work. I can’t say enough about how friendly and hospitable Justin, Priscilla, and the members have been this week. I immediately felt welcomed and looked out for. The workouts were challenging and helped with all the delicious food Louisiana offers! Definitely drop in if you’re looking for a box away from home!

My wife & I were in town visiting friends for a couple of days and I was looking for a box to drop in on to justify my Meches intake. I paid CF Lafayette a visit on a Saturday morning & was greeted by Justin. He was super friendly, very accommodating & just an all around delight to hang with.

The box is a good size with big bay doors to let the air in. They’ve got plenty of equipment including bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers and assault bikes, all in good condition.

There were 3 other people there when I dropped in, all were very friendly not to mention WOD beasts. Using them as a metric, this box knows how to train its athletes.

I’ll definitely come back again when we’re in town and I suggestr you do the same. If I lived in Lafayette, they’d be the box I pay my dues to. Thanks, Justin!
