Dynamic Performance is a program built to help athletes and non-athletes of all ages reach their personal training and fitness goals. Here we teach our clients not only to have great physical attributes but also to be mentally prepared by training harder and smarter than the competition. Dynamic Performance endlessly stresses better character and responsibility to its clients for a more productive experience off the field. Dynamic Performance prides itself on the improvements our athletes notice in strength, speed, and explosiveness. Training at intense levels is a challenge to any person, but Dynamic Performance instills confidence and motivation helping clients reach their goals.

Be prepared to work! I think I cried my second day, been going for a month and have no regrets. The trainer is serious and will push you! But is helpful and always available if you have questions or need advice on your fitness journey. Conveniently across the street from a Rouses so itβs a little easier to get healthy food options right after the work out, when youβre still thinking about it. Plenty of parking and filled with the energy grind and sweat and results.
