God Girl Gym is a place where you can experience spiritual growth and build muscle strength. Clare and my sisters are incredibly welcoming. I’m 40+ and have never lifted weights or challenged my muscles before. Here, I feel comfortable being vulnerable when I show signs of weakness, and my sisters are always there to motivate me. They also have a word of the day that we start our sessions with, which plays in your mind throughout the workout. Lastly, there’s the cool-down where we talk about God. Being around women who truly love God and aren’t afraid to express it loudly is the most beautiful thing ever. I’m almost three weeks in now, and I can confidently say that trying God Girl Gym was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Excellent gym and program. Extremely professional all girls support group. Non-judgmental. Faith based bible study at the end of the workout (optional). All the ladies were warm and welcoming and encouraged each other throughout the workout. I hadn’t worked out in over a year but didn’t feel out of place. Would definitely recommend.
