I have been training with JP for over 2 years now. Besides being the longest hitter in my close group of friends, I am also the strongest and most limber I have been in years. I am in my early 60’s and was looking for aTPI instructor that could set up an exercise and mobility program to keep me injury free and try to increase my club head speed. We worked together to develop a program that would help me achieve this two goals.
When I started with JP my club head speed was 102 after working with JP for 6 months my club head speed is now 107.
I am very pleased with the results. I have never had any injuries playing golf and this program just makes sure that I can maintain that. I would recommend JP to anyone that is interested in improving their game through flexibility, power, and strength

I’m 76 years old and I’ve always had the dream of shooting my age. Around March of this year, the majority of my drives through around 170 yards sometimes less And that was pretty frustrating. I felt if I could get my drives to near 200 yards that would be part of the puzzle of shooting my age. I play Tees appropriate for my age in driving distance about 5000 yards.

So I started off-season 12 week program with John Paul. At the start of that when I tested my swing speed, it was around 80 miles an hour now in tests if somewhere around 85 and even sometimes closer to 90 miles an hour. I don’t always make a great driver swing, but when I do, I hit my drives in the range of a 200 yards sometimes longer. But also, I’m hitting my fairway woods much better than in the past.

About three weeks ago, I accomplished my goal! I shot 75 one shot under my age. It was very satisfying in many ways better than making a hole-in-one.

I’ve started a new 12 week program with John Paul because I want to hit my drives further. I’m moving up to the 5400 yard Tees now and I’m confident That I can shoot lower scores from there and even shoot my age again

John Paul has been encouraging every step of the way for me, And also provided suggestions for different drills to do to work to improve my swing speed. I love his program! I’ve loved what it’s done to help me achieve one of my lifelong golf dreams.

As much though or maybe more important at my age, it’s important to be stronger and more fit and doing his programs have helped me to do that. Thanks John Paul!!

My golf skills (and physical skills...) had been diminishing for some time with the onset of age. The game wasn't as fun as it used to be for me. I read some excellent comments about JP's coaching from some well-respected people in the golf business - so I decided to sign up. Needless to say, I haven't been disappointed! In a relatively short period of time - using the exercises and training techniques he gave me - I have seen noticeable progress in terms of improvements to my strength and stamina. Hello,
I began with JP about 3 weeks ago. I’ve been working out for a long time but JP discovered that the intensity level was not there. I began with a swing speed of 101 and after training with JP for 6 sessions my swing speed improved to 119. Love working out and getting golf instruction from JP! I fell in love with golf when I picked up a club for the first time on Labor Day of 2020. But .. at the age then .. of 55.. I was not only weak with no muscle but also had afflictions from my profession of hairdressing. I started working with JP in Dec 2020. Since then, I have dropped 5% body fat, I increase strength and muscle mass. I am in the best shape of my life at age 45. I am the same weight I was in college and much more muscle. Second, when I finish a round of golf, my body doesn’t hurt. One unique aspect about JP is his physical therapy background.
