Love the work they are doing with my son!!! We've tried other activities (karate) and I felt like he was just there doing the movements. They actually take the time to teach him the appropriate ways to do the moves. With only 2 weeks of classes so far he has progressed already.

I never thought I would enjoy boxing until I took these classes!! Box n Burn is one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. It’s different every single class and works on your entire body. I’m very happy we finally have a gym like this in the area

Such a welcoming place, I didn't join them yet, but walking into a boxing gym was a bit intimidating at first but the team and coachesdid so well at making me feel so welcomed and like I belonged there. They seemed like they really know what they are talking about and these guys are legit. Great facility and envoirment. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone near the hammond area
