10/10. Amanda is an incredible instructor. I came to her for one on one sessions and was unfamiliar with the reformer. She tailored the sessions to my skill level, and I’ve grown in our sessions. Amanda is an incredible instructor. I have been to plenty of studios and this one takes the cake! Harris Pilates is incredibly welcoming, and I always feel safe to be myself in this space. I love how Amanda has so much equipment (Reformer, dumbbells, Exo-Chair, etc) plus, she tailors each exercise to my personal goals and needs. I've been taking private Reformer Pilates with Amanda at Harris Pilates a little over a month now. In this short time, she has found a way to find solutions to my weak areas quickly. She gave me a day-to-day core workout routine I can do at home. She also provided me with a bender ball to go along with the day-to-day home routine. We even got to do some TRX suspension training in some sessions. She definitely keeps each session interesting, fun, and she is very patient with me.
