HOTWORX studios are also equipped with a Functional Exercise Area with free weights, bands, ropes, and more! The staff here is so friendly and the workouts are actually addictive! I love that you can have a short and effective workout in a quiet sauna. It's unlike any other workout I've ever done before. Love this place!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff at HOTWORX of Houma give the warmest greetings, encouragement, and bring a great energy to the gym from the moment you walk in. It’s very clean at all times and has all the equipment you need to succeed in your journey. I’ve run into the owner on multiple occasions at the gym and community functions. He and his wife are always pleasant to chat with and are very involved. The GM, Lance, goes above and beyond to take care of members’ needs. He’s very personable and dedicated to offering a positive atmosphere. As someone who has been a member of various gyms over the years, HotWorx is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The workouts aren’t only enjoyable, but also help refresh my mind and give me a mental break. I’ve helped several friends of mine join since becoming a member and they love it just as much! It’ll become the one place that you can’t wait to go to everyday very quickly. Five stars isn’t enough!

This is the cleanest and coolest gym / yoga studio I've ever been to! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I really find it hard to motivate myself to work out, but these workouts are almost addictive! Highly recommended
