Convenient location. I truly get a good workout so I absolutely love it! Super kind staff
Only thing is that the saunas are pretty dusty, I’m not sure if anyone is cleaning the saunas thoroughly. Also between cubbies I see dust and recently found an old Press on nail in between one of the cubbie spaces.
Straps don’t really hold feet well for hot thunder and are pretty worn out but other than that I think it’s a good place

I love hotworx- it is such a great and diverse gym which makes working out fun. Definitely read the membership agreements before signing up but the staff is kind and owner is always willing to work with clients!

Their membership is a scam. If you want to cancel, you gotta let them know 2 mo ahead of time, or you pay a fine. Typical gym contract stranglehold. We completed the 90 days (107 days) on a family plan but were told we didn't honor the contract, and we would still receive a $99 penalty. We got a $200 fine because we were in a family plan. Besides that, the gym is a gimmick to up sell mats and merch.

Read the contract before signing!!! Word for word! There were several things that have come up since signing up that the response was “we have your signature on the contract.”
Brittany was extremely rude with no customer service skills. When I called to discuss cancelation, I was told “can you stop talking so I can talk.”
When you cancel you can either pay a cancelation fee of $100 OR pay two months of your membership (for me $120)! Be wary of what you are signing before you sign!

I absolutely love Hotworks , Metairie Location. I started April 2022 and hit the ground running . Jacob has always been so encouraging , pushing me to do my best. I love the fact that he makes himself visible to the clients. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well , especially my girl Brittany. I thought I wouldn’t last 2 months , but I am still there. Kudos to Jacob and his staff , they are the bomb. ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

It's 24 hours with separed hot room. You don't need any staff for service. All area is very hygiene and clean. More flexible for me to meet my available schedule.

SCAM!!!
My son had to have surgery along with several on going treatments and was unable to do any physical activities for months. So I needed to cancel my membership. In order to cancel I'm told I need to pay for two months in advance before I can cancel. I got charged 4 consecutive months. Once during evacuation due to hurricane ida. When I called to speak to the owner i was told she's on vacation and will call me back once she returns. A month later no call back so I assumed the issue was resolved. Until my bank statement showed another month of charges. So i now go in person and im told my account has never been canceled and in order to cancel my contract they would need my signature and 2 more months of payments. I ask to speak to the owner once again im told she is on vacation for a week and will call me once she returns. I have been a Loyal customer for over a year. I supported small businesses during these hard times. This is just wrong! I was hoping to return once my son was well again but after this experience I would never ever go back! My last visit there my kids and i were stopped to show ID when I just put my pass code in at the door? What a horrible experience! STOP TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!

SCAM
They make you sign a 5 month contract without any kind of notice. They did not explain this when signing up, just hand you over the paperwork to sign. I even asked what their policy was and she told me 60 days after canceling. (it’s actually 90 day commitment then 60 days after that). Super dirty they wouldn’t tell you this so that when you go to cancel they basically say you’re screwed. Hope you only sign up if you know for sure you’re never going to cancel it!

Love that you can do this as small group fitness or solo depending on you fitness companion needs/wants. Throughly enjoying having a variety of classes and flexibility in the hours when I can take the one I want! And 100% certain I’ll get a great sweat session in! When I signed up during the promotion month back in Nov or Dec 2018 the manager Molly helped me and was very detailed when explaining the purpose of hotworx and was able to answer a lot of questions I had.When the doors opened I. February I had a chance to meet briefly the owner and her partner they both were very nice and professional.The place is so cleaned and so nicely set up!! Adamantly proceeded to book a session Molly was very supportive and eased me through my nervousness.I find the virtual trainers were very detailed and easy to follow and the sesssion which I took the hot bands as my first session really found it was easier than I thought and I really sweat like never before in my life!!! I am so excited to be a member of hotworx and hope to reach my goals of being healthier and more fit and toned in a couple of
months!!!!
