I had such a friendly and great experience at this Hot Worx. I went to try a class on Friday and fell in love so I signed up then and there with a nice healthcare worker discount. For personal reasons I had to cancel before I could really use the membership. The team was very understanding and helpful in getting my account settled and arranged. I am very grateful for their understand and kindness in this process. Would 10/10 recommend

I transferred to hot worx from a sister company because of the location, being that it’s close to where I live and the bonus catered work out plan offered on the initial visit and 3 month check in to make sure your on track. And of course awesome several options to mix for work outs and the FX zone. Jarden gave me an awesome tour and mage my first experience awesome and I was in! I just joined last month and there was some misunderstanding with transferring my membership. I called in and Fletcher took care of the issue immediately. He polite and understanding. He explained the process and reassured me after the correct steps are taken to cancel the other membership I wouldn't have to worry about anything else. I was so excited to join initially, but now I’m totally convinced I made the right choice!!!! I appreciate you! Thank you again!!

I was able to make it in to tour the studio and try a session, finally. Olivia and Aalyiah have been so encouraging and helpful. The facility is tidy, clean, encouraging and an overall “safe space”. I had a wonderful first experience at this place! They thoroughly examined my biometrics and presented me with a nice plan for me! Jarden was extremely friendly and helpful making my time there very enjoyable! I am now a proud member and I look forward to seeing results! It’s also super clean and smells nice which is something that I truly appreciate! Very friendly & helpful staff!!! The facility is always clean and the workers are ready to help at all times. After hours is my preferred slot but that’s only possible because the day staff makes sure that the operations can continue successfully then as well. Jarden always smiles and greets me when I come in and even after he leaves to go home. All these things make my workout after a long day of work enjoyable and worth the trip.

I joined Hotworx Lakeview about 3 months ago and let’s just say I’m hooked! The virtual training in the sauna was everything I didn’t know I needed. This is the first time in years I have been committed and eager to get my workout completed on a daily basis. The results that I’m seeing is just the cherry on top! The staff at this location is top tier! I wouldn’t trade Hotworx or my home location for anything, it’s been GREAT!!!!

This location is a great place be greeted like family by the most pleasant staff, they care about their clients and the gym. It always clean no matter when I have come in for a workout. The tour of the location was so thorough and inviting.
Hotworx is the most challenging and rewarding workout, it pushes me out of the comfort zone to burn calories. I love tracking of calories which push you to exert more into the workout. This location is greatest hidden gem to workout.

I started at hotworx around a month ago after seeing an ad on social media! Kelly and Jarden were extremely welcoming and were very educational about the process of hotworx. Hotworx offers a variety of workouts with infrared red saunas and let me tell you guys it’s amazing!! I didn’t expect to love working out in sauna as much as I do, but I LOVE IT!!! Also, I’m a full time grad student so my schedule is very hectic, but hotworx is open 24 hours!! The staff is extremely caring and motivational! Jarden is my favorite staff member, he is extremely kind and helpful. If you are looking for a new place to workout, checkout hotworx!!

I’m not a person that writes reviews often. I’ve been a member for a year and although I’ve loved my experience in the past, my recent visit left me feeling uncomfortable. My door pass app was not working, since I got a new phone, and the day before I spoke on the phone with Kelly, and she tried to help me with my door pass. It seemed like I was bothering her over the phone by asking the simplest questions that would help me to understand and learn how to navigate. So I just tried to figure it out on my own. So when I tried to enter this location the next day the app was still not working, even though I followed her instruction. I tried entering my phone number but the keypad was glitching. I knocked and was stopped and blocked at the door from entering and questioned if I “needed something?”. I explained I had a session scheduled and my Brivo app was not working, she still questioned me as if I was pretending to be a member. The woman spoke to me in a very condescending way and so did Kelly when I was asking questions about the app, to prevent me from having this problem in the future. Love hotworx but this was the most uncomfortable I’d felt since being a member. Very disappointing, felt like I didn’t belong there.

New member of Hotworx here! I signed up for a free workout and fell in love! I ended up joining that same day. The staff is very friendly and informative. Even the other members are so supportive, encouraging, and helpful. Its always clean, and never over crowded. Also the memberships plans they offer are very affordable but be aware you have to purchase the Hotworx’s mat and towel you can’t bring your own. My only complaint is when your trying to follow along with the trainers on the screen some exercise require you to get down on the floor but because the tvs are kind of high up you can’t see the video to follow along adequately. But maybe the more I go, the more I’ll be able to memorize the videos. I 100% believe Hotworx will help me get to my weight goal faster then the average gym.
