James Academy of gymnastics will provide a safe, fun and healthy environment for every child to learn, grow and achieve. Gymnasts will establish confidence and character, as well as gain coordination, flexibility and strength for the body. Children will establish lifelong relationships with other gymnast and coaches that will leave them with a solid foundation.

Работать с детьми всегда тяжело. А заниматься гимнастикой -- учить детей пластике и силовым упражнениям особенно сложно. Не секрет, дома дети могут и переедать, а гимнастика не любит обжоров и неподвижных детей. Они сразу говорят, что готовят детей для Олимпийских игр - это высокие требования к ученикам. В общем, отличное место для физического развития и отдыха на батуте (вне уроков).

I was taught nothing when I was there. They only taught the kids who were on the competition team. I remember getting a sprained ankle there too and them marking me still do the stuff I had to do making the pain worse. Till this day it still hurts when I run at track meets and dance. So I would not recommend this place a place for you kids to go to for Gymnastics, Cheernastics, and Cheerleading!

Wish I could give them a five star rating because we love JAG but we have been having our parties here for years and every party the foam pit is getting worse and it seems like they’re never going to get new foam. It’s all broken up and gets everywhere. Sticks to clothes and gets in peoples eyes. Once they fix this problem I’d definitely up the stars!!
