I have been working out at LIFT Haughton for a couple of weeks now and it is AMAZING! I love the flow of the workout, it’s never boring and that keeps me coming back. Coach Mike takes in to account your personal health and doesn’t push you beyond your limits. I am excited to see the transformation in my strength in the months to come. I was a U.S. Army Ranger, and even with that background, I’ve never been stronger than I was training with Mike. He knows exactly how to push you—never for ego, always for growth. His “do less, better” approach taught me how to train smart, stay healthy, and stay consistent.

Today was my 4th workout with Coach Mike! He is always so encouraging while pushing me to keep going. He stresses the importance of stretching before & after working out which makes a big difference in muscle recovery and overall well being. He makes a 1 hour gym session go by quick !! So excited to have him as a trainer right here in HAUGHTON!! GO SEE HIM !!

LIFT was the first strength training gym I walked into to start my fitness journey in 2019. I did a strength training fundamentals one on one class with Coach Mike prior to going to any group classes. The one on one was HUGE FOR ME! Learning the fundamentals of all the strength training movements before jumping into it was so important for me. It really set a foundation for my coming years. I always have had that frame work to fall back on.
Coach Mike made strength training approachable. It can be intimidating to start something new but with his help and encouragement he made it fun. I loved the closeness of the gym and the programming he did. I really liked how he and the coaches he had on his team directed and led the classes. It was always a positive experience. I felt like I left there each time feeling better about the work we completed.
Moreover, I contacted Coach Mike when a couple months after having my first child. He heard me out and we formulated an online based strength training plan that would work for me. Coach Mike listened to my goals and made a workout that fit me, my equipment, and schedule.
I would highly recommend training with Coach Mike at LIFT to anyone. But especially those who has fitness goals they can't quite meet on their own or someone that needs help with programing because they aren't good at coming up with workouts or the person that is just getting started in their strength training journey!
