Beth and her Pilates classes have been such a ray of sunshine in my life! Not only has it physically healed my body from child birth, but continuous to improves my mental health (which you don’t expect when signing up for the first class!). In addition, the tribe that Beth has attracted to her class is a tribute to the amazing instructor and human being that she is ! She loves her craft and it’s obvious- she is caring, hands on and very attentive but also kind and allows her classes to be professional and inviting. You won’t be disappointed ! And this comes from a girl that started at 40lbs heavier postpartum and needed to heal internally just as much as externally- I am forever grateful

I’ve been taking a Pilates class once a week with Beth for a little over a year now and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself! I wish I had the time to go more than once a week. From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Pilates was completely new to me. It is challenging, but with Beth’s direction you will get through. I love my Pilates family!!

I look forward to attending PIlates with Beth three times a week! Beth has a wonderful way of communicating and demonstrating Pilates principles and techniques. She is a hands-on instructor who is consistently providing us with feedback on our form. The friendships I have made within the class are just icing on the cake!

I started Pilates before I was pregnant and then I got pregnant and was worried. Did Pilates my entire pregnancy… must say definitely worth it and I had a smooth and easy labor!!! It's the workout I've needed for years! I wanted to do something out my comfort zone. The class is the perfect amount of women. It's the perfect balance of challenging yet relaxing, as weird as that may sound! You come out feeling great and all stretched but also got a workout in! I highly recommend & Beth is awesome as well! And she’s amazing at what she does!!!

Beth is a great Pilates instructor! She is always looking for new ways to challenge us and watches to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly. The classes are small which makes for a personable experience. I am very thankful that I found Pilates with Beth.

Love doing Pilates with Beth! I have been going to regular classes for about a year and I have gotten stronger for sure! Also everyone is very welcoming and Beth is a great instructor. Prior to this I had never done Pilates but Beth gave me the extra attention I needed to feel comfortable. Definitely recommend checking it out!

“Pilates with Beth” is the best thing that happened to me in my life. . After years of knee pain, I finally decided to have a knee replacement. While the knee replacement greatly improved my general overall activity level, it wasn’t until I committed to a regiment of Pilates group sessions that I realized how much greater improvement I was able to achieve. Both my knees feel like they did when I was younger. I am able to walk , hike and bike just about any distance I want to again. My overall strength and flexibility have improved more than I could have ever imagine. Thank you Beth for all that you have done to improve my quality of life!

I’m so glad I decided to book a private session with Beth. I had never taken a Pilates class before and Beth has been amazing! I normally hate working out, but now I’m addicted. Beth takes her time with you and communicates each move to ensure you are using the right technique. You will definitely feel it working within the first 24 hours. Don’t waste your time thinking about it, just do it because it’s so worth it.

Deciding to join Beth’s studio being 6 months postpartum after 2 kids back to back was THe BEST decision I ever made! Not only am I so much stronger mentally and physically, but I lost 30lbs in 3 months ! I keep saying to all I know how Pilates and Beth have changed my life for the best - plus it helps that the most encouraging and caring patrons attend her studio to make the experience that much more enjoyable and fun! Total game-changer. I desperately needed to get back in shape. I’m still working on it. I love Pilates with Beth. I’m a total beginner, but Beth gives me the guidance I need to get a good workout that is challenging but doesn’t totally kill me. It is easy to book sessions and the location is super convenient. Pilates is great and the people are so nice. I’m hooked!
