All the shower knobs in the men’s bathroom are broken. They really need to get someone in there and scrub the showers. Replace the shower curtains. They don’t last forever. Also get the water pressure and temperature fixed. Locker rooms need to checked on frequently. Employees spend too much time behind the desk for my liking. Then I found out the manager only works Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Told me everything I need to know about this location.

Absolutely love having a black card membership. With a black card you could stop in at any planet fitness in any state. Variety of workout equipment not to mention massage chairs, Hydro massages, and tanning booths when you’re done on the go you can also stop in and take a shower

It wasn't surprising to have another great experience at Planet Fitness. A month ago, I was getting dizzy during and after my workout, and I couldn't figure out why. As I was leaving the gym, Ashley at the Bossier location noticed my struggle and asked if I was okay. I explained my dizziness, and she suggested I sit down for a few minutes and have some Tootsie Rolls to boost my sugar levels. After eating a few, I started feeling better and was able to head home. I've lost 62 pounds since March 18th and have been feeling great, but this experience reminded me to pace myself. Thanks to Ashley's kindness and quick thinking, I'm grateful for her care. Who knows what might have happened if I'd pushed through my workout while feeling dizzy?

He showed me around and show me the Hydromassage chairs. I fell in love it felt so relaxing. He was so kind hearted to let me try it out. So, I am going to join in my home town. I wanted to give a review on the workers in the morning at Planet Fitness in Bossier. Ashlea Townsend, Cameron Garrick, Solomon, Alyah Leubo. They are always polite and smiling. The atmosphere is a blessing when they are working. Great customer service. I have delt with rude people before so it's a breath of fresh air to have kind people in customer service. I wanted to give a shout out to Danae in the evening shift. She was a blessing to me one evening. So grateful. God says to give honor when it's due. So that's what I'm doing. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

There are not a lot of large gyms in the bossier area so this is my go to place.. not many complains other than there are machines that are down right now. The stairmaster is my favorite and im not normally one to compain but how are they all four down... Its pretty clean and the staff is nice.. just ready for more and new/fixed equipment. Oh and new tanning bulbs.. I think an emplyee told me that they don't get changed out often or at all but im not sure..

I have been a member at Planet Fitness for a few years and have enjoyed most of them, BUT, the Bossier location has gone downhill for most of the last year. This review points out a few issues that have been brought to the attention of the staff on NUMEROUS occasions by MANY members, myself included. To name a few…at least 3 out of 5 stationary bikes have been down for over a year, all 4 stairclimbers are down, AT LEAST 5 machines need work and could be potentially dangerous, management controls the a/c from somewhere else in the city so it is freezing in some sections and sweltering in others, RARELY is a manager seen to address concerns, typically only one staff member is working. The gym needs attention desperately and it seems the problems fall on deaf ears of management. I have been told that the Bossier location is to get new machines in December but there are many months between now and then and that is certainly time enough to lose members and to deter others from joining. I hope this review is seen as a plea for a better gym experience. I hope these problems are soon resolved as I would like to continue my journey for well being at Planet Fitness.

Planet Fitness is my happy place, I usually go in the evening I got one of my friends to join now she's like me addicted. Two of the staff members have gone out of their way to help us get started with routines big thanks to Danae & Josh also, the other evening staff are so supportive. Beware of your Black card, your only allowed to use it 10 times if your away from your home town planet fitness. So you go on Vacation for 2 weeks you can only use the gym 10 times, how about your other 4 days??? Planet Fitness should be paying these gyms extra money, their the ones rolling in Millions of Dollars per year. I pay closer to $35.00 including the gym membership fees per year, I pay $25.00 per month for the Black card and what I can't shower because it's over 10 visits?

Reason to give 2 ⭐️ recently had bad experience.

It’s about june 1st week 2023. Some one broke my Lock at Lockers room.

I was in shock so did nt remember to take picture of broken lock. 🙈🤨. On the other hands was so concern about my bank 💳 .

So right always went to front dest and explain the situation. “ I’ve been told that my concern will be forwarded to the manager or concern person” in between if i experience any data breach let them know.

Any ways I did blocked/canceled my card… but since then quite cold response from management.

So last week again someone steal my Resistance Bands from the floor. Which is so sad. I feel bad for the people or other individuals. I’ve seen and met nice people at gym. I mean good people.

I’ve no issue with the management or service staff, or people. N off course I do recommend people to go “ but Be Cautious and aware with some Stupid-A. 🤨

I use this location when I visit family in Bossier. If you have been around a few PFs, you realize which ones have state of the art cardio equipment and which ones don't. This location has some of the older ones that a few clubs have replaced. They all seem to work very well so they obviously are maintained. Second, this location is open 24/7 throughout the week. That is very convenient for weekend early morning workouts. I am not one of those late or early people so it isn't something I can attest to. Finally, and this is a real sticking point but they play the worst music. I look around and the vast majority of their patrons are all over 50. The music selection is simply horrible. And they have a really good sound system that has exception bass. When some of those horrible songs and playing, you can't even hear anything over the earphones you are wearing. The vibration is simply horrible. It can really ruin your workout.

I really enjoy my personal trainer Alex that works at planet fitness at Bossier City. He is a joy to work out with and he is very motivational , polite , kind , resourceful and understanding. He has enhanced my work out routine and now I feel like I am getting a good workout in vs just going in and not knowing what I am doing . He has been a light to this facility and everyone enjoys him , I have been able to socialize more because he brings a positive environment to his workout classes and makes it fun for each of us. He pushes everyone to do and be better and now I want to go to the gym everyday and now have some new friends to socialize with. He is also a certified nutritionist and he has given me helpful tips with my diet and I already feel better and have more energy . I would truly recommend him to any and everyone . The facility is spacious enough where you don’t feel the machines are suffocating upon each other and among other guest members. The facility was clean both on the gym floor and locker rooms.
The only thing that is a downfall is that the showers have no shower caddies and hair/body wash. So if you plan to shower, remember to bring your own shower essentials.

There's not enough benches at this place for the amount of traffic it gets during the busy hours. Why are there so many treadmills. Replace a few with a couple more benches and cable machines. Overall you'll have to wait for machines to open up especially during busy hours. I'd recommend the ones in Shreveport if you don't wanna deal with a crowded gym. This location floor plan needs to be redone. And it's definitely the most intimidating planet fitness. I felt bad for the small people trying to lift descretly. They don't really care if you throw weights around. Might be afraid to say anything to the big guys grunting and making a scene. It's not a roid gym guys. Hope you guys can do better. And I hope you guys changed the sign on the front that said 22 bucks a month. I asked for it when I signed up and the worker told me he told management (Cameron if I remember correctly) a long time ago. I'll start coming here again if they get more equipment and manage the layout better.

I always have a good experience inside of the gym. BUT I do not feel safe walking to my car afterward. There are always creepers in the parking lot. My sister and I had a man chase after us while we were getting in the car then proceeded to pull on my door handle. The same experience happened to a friend. I think they should pay a cop to sit outside or have a worker walk young girls out.

Normally I really enjoy myself here, but lately it hasn't been clean. These are the photos I took of the female locker room floor and toilets. We let a staff member know Monday morning and he said it would be taken care of. We returned Tuesday morning and everything was the same. He said he'd talk to his manager when they arrived at 8am (about 1.5 hrs later). We submitted a request in the app and about 45 minutes later, that same male staff member was cleaning the room.
I understand staff shortages, I understand it being difficult for a male attendant to clean female locker rooms, I understand some gyms don't have a weekend cleaning staff, but this was disgusting and I wonder if anything would have been cleaned if we hadn't made the request in the app.

I'll be leaving this low star review up til the locker room stays maintained for at least a month.
