If you travel in a motorhome, the best advice I can give you is to join PF. We travel around the US and have a black card membership. Two people for $25/ month, not only do we get to workout, but access to showers when you are living on the road is a wonderful thing.

Beware of this location: I have had nothing but problems with this location. They are dishonest, no Kaleb the manager is dishonest. I asked him to cancel my membership because he refuse to correct a situation. I called today to let them know I was still being charged. The young lady informed me not only did Kaleb not cancel my account there was no notes at all. This man stood there like he was typing notes. He doesn't deserve the position that he has been given.

I love the gym it is very clean. I personally think y’all could use 4 more recumbent bikes . There’s too many elliptical machines. Lot of elderly people use recumbent bike and have to wait an hr to get one. I think this would help. Thanks

With the exception of one or two occasional joker, everyone plays by the rules (which loosely interpreted to s work out,,don’t make noise, head down, keep to the stairwells). I love the anonymity of the place the most. Unlike the boutique places where the hourly toity socialize and keep up with each other’s joneses. In other words fewer pretenses and only a random knucklehead to mess up the to each his/her/their own. Now, the music, a few clunkers in there, but I find I can get in the groove more often than not, just takes a mind tweak, and I’m settled in the vibe.

Cancelled my membership a year ago but they kept charging me. When I finally got the manager on the phone he told me they'd refund my yearly membership fee but 2 weeks later had to call again. When I did finally get my money back it was 3 weeks afterwards and the wrong amount.
I filed a complaint with the FCC and found that Planet fitness is one of the worst companies with customer service. The FCC is investigating the company for the very same issues I'm having. Not cancelling accounts when requested by customers and failing to process refunds to millions of people. I'm hoping they'll add me to their suit! Still waiting for the payments they illegal took over the course of they year.

All I can say is run. After attempting to cancel my membership numerous times, I am still receiving charges on my account. I have gone as far as to place a stop payment on my account and they charged a higher amount from a different name. It is impossible to cancel your membership. I brought up to the staff the other day about how the showers have black mold in them and the grout had shower scum leaking out of it all over the showers. They still haven’t cleaned them since then. I now have sores on my feet from this nasty place. Go somewhere else. Planet Fitness, get your act together, get a manager that will clean that place up, this one’s not cutting it.

Ever since Kaleb took the General Manager position, things changed for the better ten fold, a complete 180 difference from when I first became a member there a year ago. Planet fitness recently installed Rockbot so the customers can play music from an approved playlist. But the morning staff plays their music and continues to dislike the customers songs. I find this very rude. The staff should be working and cleaning the gym as needed and not playing on their phones. Looks like I will be moving to another gym with a friendlier staff.

I've been going to PF regularly for a few months now and I'm very grateful for the place. I do miss the 24 hour availability but, for the price for a membership, I can't complain. Planet Fitness has everything you would need to get yourself in shape. For the kids' free summer memberships, I will admit it was frustrating at first (kids mean mugging, equipment full) but now, I give PF kudos for giving teens a healthy place to hang out. When I visit my family here, I go to this gym. I've been there when they had 3 staff, and I've been there when they had 1 staff. This facility is in need of cleaning. It is dirty. I have never seen anyone cleaning, but I have seen the staff sitting behind the counter doing nothing, or on their cell phones. The planet fitness at home in Tennessee is spotless! Someone is always cleaning. If you don't want to spread germs, you met to clean this place. There is no need in this place being so dirty. Rant over!
