These bootcamps are the best in New Orleans! They are no joke. Nolan pushes you hard and keeps you focused over the hour. Working out in the beautiful City Park is an added bonus.

Salire's boot camp sessions are fun! Nolan and Lori do a fantastic job leading the classes and keep them from feeling monotonous. Boot Camp attendees are people from all age groups and fitness levels. The instructors ensure to provide you with modifications if you are not able to do certain exercises; whether it's due to injury or simply not being strong enough in that area. It is all around a great group of people!
