Nothing. How can you own a gym and not respond to your messages? Simply ignore. If you want to use this gym make sure you aren’t getting screwed!!!!!! Schotime has been not just a gym for me. The people there are so much like family. If you need help with anything or if you are unsure how to use something ask the person next to you. Everyone is friendly and we do have some of the best trainers. The manager she is pretty awesome too. Stop by and see us!!

I love that this gym is now 24 hours. They offer several classes (spin, powerlifting, posing) just to name a few. They sell shakes and pre-portioned/cooked meals...(you won't be getting tootsie rolls at the front desk) 😉
I love that you can wear what you want with no judgement. This place is a good atmosphere if you want motivation to push yourself.

This is a real gym that has plenty of equipment, just had my first session today, but the staff is overly friendly and helpful. Despite the parking lot being a little rough the inside of this gym is true to the core.

Legitimate equipment. An amazing environment, not restricted like alot of the Anytime Fitness and Planet Fitnesses in the area.

The gym features free weights. Powerlifting equipment such as monolifts, powerlifting bench press racks, deadlift pads, free weight section, machine sections, cardio equipment, in store supplements, locker rooms and much much more.

I can't stress how good this gym is, it has everything for anyone looking to make a positive change in their life. It's very affordable and I couldn't be happier finding this gem in the heart of shreveport.

I don't usually leave reviews but had to stop to do so, this gym is truly what a gym should be. Take your buisness here with these people!

Be very careful when you set up your account with this company. If you don't come in and fill out "paper work" to cancel, they just put your account on hold for a few months and then start drafting from your personal banking account with out you being notified. When I called to address this issue, the front desk was very rude and had absolutely no customer service skills to right this wrong. I suspect he wouldn't get upset if his personal account was being drafted by a company without him being notified.

Good equipment but the childcare is way below my standard. Only one person for lots of kids. All the kids are in the same small area and the big kids are loud and wild with babies in there. Also, they use FABULOSO which is NOT antibacterial so im sure that place is a breeding ground for staph infection. Step it up PLEX!!

Has an older feel to it. I have heard that they fixed the mold problem in the girls restroom. I did like the circuit machines, but every time I went to pay I got different prices like a negotiation until they kept lowering it to please me. That's great but eventually gave me a car salesman feel and had to leave.

First of all if I could give no stars I would. Went to this gym for 3 years under previous management with a month to month NO CONTRACT agreement. Never had a draft on an account or credit card on file, I paid with a check at the beginning of every month and never NOT ONCE had an issue, true professionals. It was also a 24 hour gym with wifi. In walks new owner, no more 24 hours, no more wifi and staff is totally rude and unprofessional. I stopped going almost immediately. Now starts the harassing phone calls demanding I pay a cancellation fee on a contract I never had. I try to go in and talk to the manager and get surrounded by belligerent, sweaty staff and am told I will be turned in to a collection agency if I don't give him his money. The manager likes to regurgitate how he has been in the fitness business for 25 years but yet... he doesn't know or understand the first rule of business and has absolutely no people skills. You will find this same story from many other reviewers on the internet including at the BBB website where he has been reported numerous times and I am sure will be many more times in the future. Too many other options in this area to put up with this kind of unprofessional behavior.

The only reason I gave this gym one star is because of its convenient locale, in relation to my house, and the fact that people answer the phone when it rings. The facility is disgusting, as in not clean and some of the machines could use some TLC. I'm starting to think NO ONE cleans the machines at night or during the day. It makes me sick to my stomach to imagine all of the germs that must be hanging out on the equipment. For example, I saw the same crumbled up paper towel in a drink holder on the treadmills for several months. People who clean would have seen it...Also, I have not seen any wipes or materials available to clean the equipment. My biggest issue with this facility is that I canceled my membership 2 months ago and 1) I was still "pending cancellation" until a couple of days ago and 2) they have yet to refund my money that they owe me. They keep giving me the runaround. The people are nice, but not nice enough to make up for how TERRIBLY this business is run. My advice: choose another gym.

This is the best option I've found in the area so far, but far from the best gym I've ever visited. Weights are never racked and when they are they are stacked on top of each other out of order. The dumbbells are always out of order making it difficult to find the correct weight. Equipment is decent but not great. Two stars because the place is mostly clean, the staff is friendly, and no one bothers me while lifting.

when i joined plex fitness before christmas it was one reason of them opening 24 hrs and my work schedule to work out anytime. today i had to shorten my workout because they changed the closing time to 11 oclock then closed at 9 for the weekends. its very decietfull to lie to get people to join this club. if i knew this i would have joined elsewhere where its opened 24 hrs. im real disappointed in them.

The people are nice, but it's kind of old, kind of dirty, and kind of poorly set up. There isn't wifi and the TVs are not connected to any means of listening to them. They don't have towels and they don't always have cleaning wipes. It seems like they are trying, but falling short in most categories.

The gym is older, but the people are friendly. It has a mix of older and some newer equipment, but regardless they have all the equipment you will need for a complete workout, plus a racquetball court. As I said, it is older so it is not without it's maintenance issues but I'm not planning on moving in I just want to work out and for that you can't beat the deal. At only $16/month and open 24/7 it's hard to beat.

Please if you need a gym membership, and you are trying to find a affordable one, don't pick this place. They boast that its only
$15.99 a month and no contracts. But when you come in you have to pay a $100 dollar sign up fee and a extra $40 for so called equipment fee. The equipment in this place looked like the building it self, VERY OLD. So I don't know where that money is going too. The roof had leaks in the ceiling and black mold growing. Me and my husband decided to pay a little more per month to go to a better gym with newer equipment. And at the other gym, they only charge $25 sign up fee and that's it! So when we cancelled the membership, we were told we were going to be charged for another month for cancelling. What??? Why are we getting charged for a membership that did not have any contracts. I bit my tongue and went ahead and canceled to just get away from this place. But soon after that I was getting charged another $40 after the one month cancellation fee. This took my bank account in overdraft for this! I could not pay any bills or use my card for over a week now. They said it was a mistake, that for some reason there system was trying to re sign me up for my membership? OMG, I have never had a experience like this with a company. Very Poor customer service. I wrote this review to help someone not make the same bad decision as me and my husband did. The cheap come out expensive is the lesson I learned.
