Best gym in Bossier. Real gym, real weights, nice community. It's got an old school feeling that makes it stand out from the rest. Staff is super friendly. Low price compared to most gyms.

I had a good time here. There was a great variety of weights and machines. I also liked that the gym was a little gritty. I felt comfortable lifting heavy. I want to make this my new go to gym whenever I'm in Bossier!

12/28 Update: It’s been a month & nothing has changed. Of course, there’s plenty of talk of change coming (& increased membership prices), but the only noticeable difference is the increasingly lack of functional cardio equipment. Don’t be fooled, they may have 6 treadmills, but only 2 work which are constantly occupied because no other cardio equipment is useful.
That along with the meatheads not removing their weights is a constant battle. Though how can you expect patrons to be courteous when there are broken/dirty equipment & leaky roofs.

Having just recently returned from a deployment and hearing this was under new management, I had high hopes. Old school feel. However, after a month, multiple good pieces of equipment disappear while many remaining (really) old equipment is subpar or broken. Pros: Hack Squat, HS Machines, and DBs up to 150s.

If you like old school gyms, this is for you. It's a gym - not a fitness center. There's treadmills and some eleptical, but it's all about weight lifting. There is tons of equipment. I see comments about equipment being broken. From time to time, there is, but there is usually duplicate equipment, so you can still get your sets in. The gym is old and a little musky, but it is a gym. I prefer this. I feel good about coming in, getting a good workout in, sweating, and letting go. This is not for some - my wife didn't like the feel. She is more included to fitness centers that are new and well maintained. Overall, a great gym, great guys and ladies that work out here and a fun place.

After 3 years they have finally replaced their broken treadmills. Only gym besides plex in Shreveport that has an awesome free weight sections. Dumbbells up to 150lbs. Hard to find. The base gym has this but is too packed. If you can make it past the New Years resolution tards, your doing good.

Musty gym. Ceiling always leaking. Old equipment that's always broken. If you have payment issues they bill through an outside company (ABC Financial) and when you have a payment issue they bounce you back and forth and say "call the gym" and the gym says "call ABC".. and ABC says "call the gym".. lastly when you cancel an account they will continue to charge you and when you ask for a refund you get a text from them saying.."i cannot help you" Don't waste your time or money.. get a membership at a better gym.
