What an excellent place for a party! We had Maddie as our party attendant, and she was so kind and helpful. This place stayed clean because both employees there were always on top of picking up after. They were also readily available to show us where things were and continued to keep the rules implemented in an easily understandable way for children and adults. They also did it in a caring way that was not condescending.

I would highly recommend having a party here, and if you could request anyone it would be Maddie!

Fantastic place for kids to play and burn some energy! We initially visited on a hot day to use their indoor playground and ended up signing up for classes(great value as classes include open play). Excellent instructors who I've watched work with a wide variety of ages and personalities(even getting the shiest to interact and play). The classes are always very creative and fun for the kids. This is my kids favorite activity of the week. We also frequently use them for camps when school is out and date night(kids night out). Our kid has made friends with the "regulars" and ask to go all the time.

We've attended and hosted a birthday party here as well. The staff was very helpful from set up, ensuring the kids had a blast, to clean up.

It's also always immaculately clean for having kids play all day and definitely my preferred playground as a mom.

One of THE best indoor playground / gymnastics centers in the BR area! Since the very 1st day that we came to checkout open play the owner was in the front desk and he was SUPER attentive and friendly and professional. The staff like-wise is like him and their facilities are top notch and amazing. Twice now my 4 yr. old daughter has come to open play and there's no kids around to play with and the coaches are nice enough to let her join in for a little while in the activities the other kids enrolled in classes are doing. Instead of just shunning or ostracizing her and saying she is NOT part of the class because we have to enroll and what not. I will enroll her and my other 6 yr. old just because of that! They really do care about the kids well-being and making sure they are having a great day while learning social skills and doing physical activity. If I could rate them 6 starts I would.

My boys absolutely love Tumbles! The camps and birthday parties are always a hit, and it's the perfect spot to drop by when you need to get some work done while keeping the kids entertained. The owners are fantastic and always on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The entire staff is wonderful, with special kudos to Matt and Eric for going above and beyond. We experienced one of the most stellar times for our little's 3rd birthday party this past weekend. From beginning to end, the team was top notch. You all really mean it when you say "help setup and take down". We are a neurodivergent family and although the party was for our neurotypical little, everyone was including all the time, ALWAYS. We are very thankful to have Tumbles, and specifically the owners and staff that they employ. Our son’s life has been greatly impacted in a positive way by the classes that he has enjoyed for about two years now. The social, physical, and educational impact has been immeasurable.

It is continuously obvious that the owners take pride in treating people with respect and fairness, and that has been our experience with no exceptions. There are great people at all levels within their business. We enjoy supporting Tumbles, and the rewards that we have received in return are much greater than any compensation we have offered.

This was the worst place. I will never suggest this to any friends. We paid $50 for membership and another $120 for 4 classes. The staff told me we can use the play zone for one year with the membership. After one month, we decided to camcel the class because my kid did not learn anything. It was boring. We just want to play at the play zone. After one month, We came back to the play zone. The staff told us we could not use it because we canceled the class. We told him we still have the one year membership. He asked us to pay for $10 for one time play. ROBBERY. We even counld not get refund for the membership. The staff could not show me any document that said members could not use the play zone if they canceled the class. Worst place!!

We had our daughters’ joint 2nd and 6th birthday party today and loved everything about it! The staff was engaging, welcoming, and extremely helpful. All the kids (and adults) had a blast and we couldn’t be more thankful for such a positive and fun experience. Thank you so much for a great party!

I have nothing but great things to say about this business. I booked a party for my 6 year old and it was a blast. The workers helped from unloading, to setting up, to running the party smoothly! They were also so very kind and paid great attention to little details. All of the kids had a great time and I was told by multiple guests that the party was fun. It is the perfect place and set up for a party! Very happy with my choice!

Wonderful place for a birthday party for young children. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all of them. They were attentive to the parents' needs with setup and cleanup. The routine that the staff followed seemed well-practiced and very thorough to prevent any mishaps, injuries, or unnecessary stress. The kids only cried when they had to leave.

I am so happy we found Tumbles! We have been attending their classes for a couple of years now. When we first started, my child was so shy. Thanks to the wonderful staff, my daughter has really come out of her shell and made so many great friends. We began with the parent-child classes and have recently moved to the bigger kid classes. We love how there are a variety of classes to choose from that are well designed to keep the kids moving and having fun. I could not be happier with my experience!

My daughter has been going to the gymnastics classes here for a couple of years now and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The instructors are friendly and helpful and great with the kids! I would give zero stars if that option was available. They need to update their website accordingly to not misrepresent class schedules and capacities. I booked a "trial class" as that was the times they had listed. They send an email later to be put on a waitlist ... for a "trial class." Not really a way to drum in business; especially for parents with four kids and we participate in tons of mommy & me groups. Word of mouth delivers quicker than that of google reviews. You will not be in business long with poor customer service and feedback.

We came for a friend’s birthday. When you come in the facility there is a giant play structure with slides near the entrance. We were not informed that this wasn’t open to the birthday party guests. If we had been, of course we would have made a b line for the area that was for our 3 year old to play on and kept him distracted because obviously we want to be polite customers and party guests. After our kid got super excited over one trip the slide we were told we “could not” use this facility. Tough luck. That’s life. I explained to my very upset child that sometimes life isn’t fair and we moved towards the area where the party was.

Took him a while to calm down and because he is stubborn he was totally distracted from playing with his friends. That went on for quite a while and I asked once if we would be able to utilize the large play area later in the party. The same kind of strange manager typed just kept telling us no. Later my kid wandered out there on his own. Then we were told we could pay $15 for open play. Had this been offered earlier I would have paid the 15 and let him get his fixation on the larger toy out of his system so that he could focus on the birthday party. By this time he had missed out on the cake, presents, and organized play.

As I told my kid life isn’t fair. Sometimes we have to get over and move on. This isn’t a “real” problem. However, I was never once asked if my kid has sensory processing issues, autism or even invited to disclose that. My older child who wasn’t with us, does. And this same incident would have been INCREDIBLY difficult for us to overcome without leaving the party altogether.

Set clear instructions at entry. Don’t pull a football away from kids like Lucy to Charlie Brown and then suggest the way to doc or is to first, lie to us, then charge us $15. Since I started writing this review the same clueless manager has asked me repeatedly how it’s going. Mostly, I’m ready to leave. And I can’t because there is no one at the front desk to take the coercive payment.

And THEN, I go to pay. I hand my card to strange manager guy who keeps looking over my shoulder and asking strange questions. And he informs me that in order to pay I have to provide an email. First he says it’s because it’s the only way to get a receipt. Then when I say I don’t need a receipt he tells me that he cannot process my card without an email. I told him I don’t have cash and I am not giving him an email. Y’all. This place is BIZARRE!

I do not recommend this place for free play or a party. The games they were trying to play with three year olds were not developmentally appropriate and the staff seemed shocked that the kids weren’t participating in them. You could not hear the staff giving instructions to the kids. And the main play equipment was not accessible, then it was, then it wasn’t. Then it was for a fee.

We had my daughters 6th bday party here and it was amazing! The staff is so nice and great with the kiddos. We had ages ranging from 1 to 7 and they were great with all of them! The games were so fun and the kids had a blast. The set up and clean up was also really helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better party!

I don’t doubt the rules regarding age restrictions and were not disappointed that he could not join the class or partake in the free trial. What I do take issue with is the way that this was communicated to us. The way that we were spoken to was rude. Instead of explaining the situation in a professional manner, the gentleman at the front chose to be dismissive and insulting.

Tumbles South Baton Rouge is a great place to have your child’s party! We were greeted with smiling faces right when we walked in. Helped us unload the car, set up, and even helped us load the car once the party was over. The facility is well taken care of and SO clean! Tumbles South is AWESOME! We celebrated our daughters’ 4th birthday here and she and her friends loved every part about it. Mr. Brody and his staff is amazing from the time you put the inquiry in until the time the party is over. Just unbelievable service. Excellent customer service from beginning to end! I hosted my daughters 4th birthday party here on 4/23/22. Tumbles is absolutely amazing from beginning to end of the birthday party process. I booked this party during the grand opening. Mr Brody and Katie were very patient and eager to help with any questions that may come up. The staff runs the party from beginning to end. This place is fantastic. I have two kids, 3-6yo and we go to the ninja warrior class every week. They have grown so much since we started. They are more physically confident in their play and they really enjoy every class. The owners and coaches are fun, intuitive to each child, and work very hard to present a great learning environment. Also, the giant play area really makes the full membership worth it. This weekend we celebrated my little girl’s birthday party at Tumbles. As a mom of two and one on the way, I wanted to book a place that was reasonably priced and kids of different ages can enjoy. I had never heard of Tumbles before, but after talking with the owners, Brody and his wife, I knew this was going to be a great place to celebrate her birthday! To say she and the rest of the party crew had a blast is an understatement. I was highly impressed how clean and friendly the staff were. If we were missing something (cake knife, napkins, plates, etc) they were there to the rescue! I loved being able to have our own private party room so that we could enjoy cake and presents. I highly recommend booking your party there. It’s a great place for all ages! I can definitely say it’s a place we will frequently visit to let our kids burn some energy!

We recently had my son’s 3rd birthday at Tumbles and had the best experience. The entire staff was so professional, helpful, and great at keeping the kids entertained. My son asks if we can go back weekly to participate in “open play” and we happily agree!
