As someone who has literally never worked out IN MY LIFE, I cannot recommend Vital Mvmnt enough! My trainer, Shaye, takes the time, every time, to teach me, push me, and encourage me. She explains each exercise, answers any questions I have, and makes an effort to celebrate wins big and small.
I always leave feeling stronger physically and motivated mentally.
The environment is consistently positive and I have never felt intimidated or out of place.
You can feel how much Lauren (the owner) has a passion for helping people find themselves in fitness.

The best gym to be apart of! I train with Lauren and could not recommend her enough! She pushes me to reach my full potential and holds me accountable! The atmosphere of the gym is the best! Truly a judgement free zone. You join as a stranger and end up training as a friend! Thankful for Lauren and her gym!!
