This is such a great studio! The prenatal yoga classes are wonderful, and the teachers are so knowledgeable about modifications to practice yoga safely while pregnant.

I just completed a four week introduction to yoga class with Dena, and highly recommend it. I think these fundamentals or introduction classes are proof that sometimes yoga can feel inaccessible to beginners and we have to be so intentional about offerings for them! I recently had a yoga studio close the door in my face. An experience that made no sense to me but I can only assume that I didn’t look like what a”yoga person” could look like. Yoga people look like everyone, as proved to me by the range of ages and ability in my class. Having a coach like Dena proves that some people get it! Every single interaction I had it wild lotus was pleasant. At the first class someone behind the desk greeted me, knowing I was new, let me know everything I needed to know. The classes are run on time and kept a great energy. Overall I really recommend the studio and if you’re thinking about being a beginner somewhere I really recommend a spot.

I’ve been going to Wild Lotus for 10+ years, and it is truly a healing place, and a blessing to our community. They have been instrumental in my journey through grief and my struggle through PTSD/panic disorder. I feel like every teacher I have known there has contributing to my healing so you really can’t go wrong there. I do especially enjoy the Bhakti classes, they have been essential to my emotional healing. A super special thank you / shout out to Sean, AC, Zach, Adrienne, Vera, & Leo - THANK YOU FOR MY HEALING. 🙏

Great yoga classes. The level descriptions match the pace of the class perfectly, but I've always felt comfortable modifying in a spicy class when I wasn't feeling up for it. Teachers have a deep understanding of yoga as a practice not just as a fitness routine. Community of students is diverse, friendly and down to earth. Beautiful studios. Vera and Ac's classes are my favorites!
