Yes yoga is the best!! Itβs such a vibe and so calming while also getting a great workout in. You must go to Gabriellaβs classes, she is THE best! She will push you so you get the most out of your class! There are also many other great instructors! They offer so many different class times throughout the day so itβs perfect to work around your schedule. I recommend doing the monthly unlimited pass itβs so worth your money and pretty affordable.

I just want to say a huge THANKS TO GABRIELLA!!!! She is amazing teacher but consider coming for her SOUND HEALING. I was so scared to try it but itβs one of the best experience I had in my life. I was struggling with something personal but sound healing actually HEALED. I will attend more of it. Thank you so much Gabriella for everything that you do for your students and putting us on the best path for us and all the advices. We love you

I recently graduated and had to leave New Orleans. During my last semester, when I was super stressed, joggling a thesis, job hunting, and my waitressing jobs, going to Yes Yoga was my time to unwind and take care of myself. Iβm not much of a gym goer, exercise usually intimidates me, however, Yes Yoga became the exception. The community is welcoming and the instructors care a lot about their students. Thanks to Yes Yoga, Iβm comfortable going to Yoga classes because I know I learned from the best. If youβre able, take Gabriellaβs classes (hand-stand is awesome) and Keniβs, they were my favorite instructors. Thank you Yes Yoga!!

Went to a sound healing for the first time. Iβve never been at this location and heard great things. However, the sound healing was done after a hot yoga session. There was no air circulation and the there was no ac. The class description did not describe that it would be done in a hot environment, and as a woman who goes through perimenopause symptoms, it was very uncomfortable throughout the session. This shouldβve been included on the description.

The team at Yes, Yoga makes the experience at this hot yoga center truly world class. I have practiced hot yoga regularly at several clubs in Los Angeles and San Diego, and rate Yes, Yoga above all of the others I've frequented, on every measure -- class offerings, competence of teachers, the studio and the showers. All the teachers cater to beginners and advanced practitioners, and offer a very safe place for newbies to yoga. NOLA is lucky to have such a great resource!

I never write reviews on Google, but Iβm graduating college and moving away and I owe it to the amazing people of Yes Yoga to leave my honest words of gratitude. I had never done hot yoga or been interested in the practice before coming to this studio, and my practice at Yes Yoga is now a daily one, sometimes even twice a day. This place has enhanced my life so much and the instructors are all amazing for different reasons and have unique styles. The instructors at Yes Yoga genuinely care about their students, which is evident by the fact that instructors know almost all regular students by name and they will correct you in class if you have improper alignment. I have never had instructors at any fitness studio so invested and willing to help me towards my own progress. The most genuine yoga community of passionate, like minded people. Will miss this place and the amazing people here - thank you all!

I've attended 5 classes (hot yoga and handstand) and can say that Yes Yoga has made me finally like yoga. I used to be really bored in yoga classes but here I'm challenged and actually sore the next day (in a good way). I feel like I'm strengthening muscles I haven't been able to through other forms of exercise (weightlifting, crossfit) which is new for me. The instructors are excellent with cues so I'm able to follow along easily. For the first time I'm viewing yoga as exercise which is what I personally need to stay interested and keep coming back. Also, I want to shout out the handstand class specifically because it is awesome! I love handstands and am excited I can improve my form and build a stronger core to eventually be able to handstand from a seated position. I get the sense that all the exercises we do in that class will help me get there so it's incredibly productive. I definitely recommend this place!!

Handstand Conditioning with Gabriella was super fun and informative! I almost did not go because my wrist was sore and thought we would be doing handstands the whole time, but the class was more about doing different drills to set yourself up for doing better inversions and building up the muscles needed in order to hold handstands. Will definitely be going back.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm coming to you live from what can only be described as the Mercedes-Benz Superdome of serenity - Yes Yoga New Orleans. This veteran reporter has seen his share of playing fields, but this one's lighting up the game of romance like the fourth quarter under Friday night lights.
The scene before me is nothing short of spectacular, folks. The studio's bathed in a championship-caliber red lighting scheme that would make the Monday Night Football crew jealous. We're talking state-of-the-art ambiance with mandala-decorated walls that could rival any NFL end zone celebration.
But here's the real playbook scoop: Yes Yoga has emerged as the MVP of third date strategies in the Big Easy. While some rookies are still running the tired dinner-and-movie play, veterans of the dating game are calling audibles straight to these infrared-heated sessions. And let me tell you, sports fans, it's working better than a well-executed two-minute drill.
The scouting report shows diverse class offerings from rookie-friendly Hatha to pro-level Vinyasa, with ClassPass options that won't bust your salary cap. The facility is particularly popular with the Tulane University coeds, who've made this their off-season training facility of choice.
The stats don't lie, folks: with proper locker room facilities, certified coaching staff focusing on injury prevention, and a playing surface that can accommodate a full roster of practitioners, Yes Yoga is batting a thousand. The studio's modern arena features geometric ceiling work that would make Jerry Jones envious, and the atmosphere? Electric, but in a zen sort of way.
Speaking of defense, they've got all the safety protocols covered. Just like we teach our quarterbacks to slide, these pros ensure every participant knows their limits and plays within them.
Back to you in the studio, but this seasoned reporter's final take? For those looking to score big in the dating game, Yes Yoga might just be your championship moment waiting to happen on that mat, and in the locker room.

Absolutely loved this studio. I should say I love Gabriella Pineda. I met her while staying in New Orleans and had a private session with her. I enjoyed her teaching style so much that I asked where else I could find her. She told me Yes Yoga. I came back a few months later and booked her class. And I will continue to do so everytime I'm in town. So now I love Gabriella and the Yes Yoga studio!

I practice weekly here. Community and space shared, the instructors are knowledgeable, kind and supportive.
Yes yoga has roughly 5 classes throughout the day depending. This studio offers hot yoga, and is expanding soon! Having two studios at their one location. Facilities are kept up by staff, Towels and mats are available for purchase/rent along with an assortment of yogi supplies. Complimentary hand towels available in class and bathrooms.
Showers are steel drum and just a couple amenities this studio offers.
Super chill vibes not pretentious

I dropped in for an Easter Sunday evening class because this was actually the only place that I could find open. I had been here once before and I remembered that the studio is really hot. Having said that, I found Gabriella's class to be extremely different than the same old rut that I felt stuck in. I work new muscles and learned new skills. It was definitely much appreciated! **Not for the beginner or faint of resolve**.

Not enough vinyasa classes available and they pack the room to the point where you have two people inches away from you with no room to move off your mat or get into certain poses without touching your neighbor. I would understand if this was a cheaper yoga studio but definitely frustrating when you have to pay $130 a month and feel like they are price gauging you, trying to fit as many people in the room as humanly possible.

I try never to miss Monday night Vinyasa with Kaitlyn. Just a phenomenal every single time. It's my favorite yoga class in the city.
I am not a big fan of traditional Bikram as it's full lights, no music, the same poses each time, and there's lots of back bending involved, which isn't a fit for me due to various back injuries and surgery.
Kaitlyn's Vinyasa class is different every time though, and perfect for rehabbing sore muscles from the week. The lighting is low and there is ambient colorful lighting and soothing music. I just love the atmosphere. I leave feeling absolutely physically spent (it's pretty challenging!) and emotionally renewed. No notes, five stars.

This is my favorite hot yoga studio to choose from! First off let me just say the ambiance is beautiful! Wait until you walk inside of the studio your mind will be blown away. Everything is organized. The shower room has a alchemist feel to it! The body wash smells great. The studio has a diverse student and teacher attendance. The owner provides straps and blocks for students to use during practices! It was a pleasure taking classes from all of the teachers. Every teacher is well trained and there technique is signature on hot yoga approach! My experience was nothing short of amazing. The owner Gabriel is very professional. Her commitment to bikram style hot yoga is very special! Therefore it is a must that you make sure you arrive to class early! There was a homeless man sleeping on the bench outside of class one evening before class. To ensure secured safety measures, one minute late and the doors will be locked once class start. It may seem harsh but I promise you itβs with great reasoning. With this philosophy it teaches one to be courteous of others time and safety.
While attending this studio I was thankful to be aligned again with Gina S, my very first teacher, who ever taught me hot yoga! I highly recommend hot yoga newbies and intermediate students to take her class. She is informative, funny, gracefully pleasant, and always encourages her students throughout the practice. She would walk you through any posture you are having trouble with to make sure you get the best out of your practice. When I took a class again from Gina S, it was a great feeling. The best way I could describe the nostalgic feeling would be a parent teaching a child how to ride a bicycle step by step. I hope the very best for Gina S and the owners at Yes Yoga! I definitely would recommend this studio.

While the yoga practice itself is great, please keep in mind even after pre-paying for class, they can and will refuse entry to you. This happened to me this morning after being unable to find parking in their lot off of Cambronne and I am currently sitting outside on a bench as the door is locked and no one is available in the lobby.

My son and I have been attending hot yoga classes at Yes Yoga for about a year now. I must say that we have thoroughly enjoyed each and every class that I have attended here so far.
The studio is very warm, inviting and comfortable. The two owners of the studio, Nikki and Marquela are very professional , customer friendly and offer such great classes that my son and I always look forward to coming here several times each week.
All the other teachers ,Chelsea, Mary, Jordan, Tara, Keni and Kaitlyn are equally competent and they all ensure that all yogis have a phenomenal experience in every single class.
I am truly very pleased that my son and I have found the amazing Yes Yoga studio.
I wish this studio much success and I happily say YES!! to Yes Yoga.

I had mixed feelings about this studio. I was visiting NOLA from New Mexico, where I have a hot 26x2 practice. I wanted to continue that practice on my trip, and Yes, Yoga looked like the ticket. The facilities are lovely, with full showers and the yoga room itself is great, carpeted and heated up, and with a good feeling to it.
Things I wasn't happy about were the way the pricing is set up and the instruction that I got that day. The class is $20 for a drop in, and everything additional (yoga mat, yoga towel, towel to shower) is an additional $2. It starts to feel like you're getting nickled and dimed for every little thing when you are paying a premium price. I'd rather just have paid $25 flat and had everything included. (They do have a traveler's package for $50 for up to 5 days that includes a mat, but I could only do the one drop in class this trip.)
Secondly, the instructor really rubbed me the wrong way. Because I know my practice and my body, I knew I needed a block for a particular pose. When I asked for one, she told me that I wouldn't need one unless I was working with an injury. I was firm and got the block I needed for my practice. Throughout the class, hardly any modifications were offered. I was glad I had my own practice and was able to modify myself to work with my body. Finally, at the end of class, she offered that there was a yin class upcoming, but went on to say that she barely considered it to be yoga? I found this strange -- I have always felt that a yin practice complimented my hot practice by increasing my flexibility in my joints, and it seemed odd to me that she would be sarcastic or flippant about the upcoming class in the studio.
I did get a good workout and that's probably what matters at the end of the day, but when I think about taking a yoga class and paying a premium, I want to have a safe and loving container to practice in and felt like I didn't get that.

Recently I visited New Orleans and got a chance to take classes at Yes Yoga. I'll say one word: Yes. Okay, I'll elaborate a bit...
Everyone there was extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in! And my instructors really knew their stuff, which eased my transition into a new type of yoga practice. They tweak and explain and show and guide and suggest all in an exploratory, reach-for-it, challenging way. In other words they maintained the intensity I was looking for while remaining accessible to a newbie; I saw clear improvements in my balance and flexibility in the four classes I took, and in each next class was able to explore and accept new suggestions for "leveling up" my movements, which Yes was always there to provide. In two words: perfect pace.
Doing a 1-week pass and deciding to practice throughout my trip made my New Orleans experience outside the studio a happier, more present one. So I appreciate Yes Yoga's openness to travelers. Cleanly kept studio & lockers + towel & mat provided + cold water filter to fill up before class = definite perks :)
Thanks to the quality of their class I'll be looking for Bikram studios in my area when I return to Philadelphia. I just hope I can find one as good as Yes!

The best yoga experience I've had in New Orleans. Each instructor here offers something a little different, which I love. Together they've helped me grow my practice in a way that makes me feel stronger, healthier and more centered every day. I usually go for the morning hot quickie or find time for the noon class. I really can't say enough about Yes, Yoga :)

Without a doubt, the BEST Bikram Yoga in New Orleans. Was from out of town, walked in, big smile and welcome, class was great, instructor very knowledgeable, excellent dialogue. After class, the owner walks in, says hello, shows me how to use these round back stretchers, thanks me for stopping in. Studio clean and uniquely laid out to accommodate the various styles they offer. Sorry I didn't go there sooner. If you live in the area, GO!
