Perfect spot to watch indoor tennis lessons or jump in for a match yourself! The bathrooms have been recently remodeled, and they look awesome! Plus, there's a new balcony that gives you a great view of the courts on the left.

I go for the gym. While some of the equipment is dated it has quite a variety. If you want to get strong then you can. If you want to improve cardio then you can. More expensive than planet fitness but I have it to myself. So ignore my review that way it stays quite

Good facility, kind people. Classes are fun and once you’re set up in their online system it’s very easy to book classes or schedule court/golf times.

What a gem. Reasonable rates, open doors, and friendly staff. Have started playing more and more tennis in part because of their excellent courts nearby, and the availability of clinics and friendly/competitive match play. Apex has been gradually updating things in the last couple years, and has been such a great spot for our whole family to stay active during Maine winters. They have nice a fitness center too.

Dr. Kim Nappi is the most excellent physical therapist I have ever had. She is trained in multiple techniques and methods, has the latest technology tools, and seems super intuitive. I had been to multiple doctors for my issue and was really in pain and stressed. She listened to me and without having a definitive diagnosis developed a multi pronged program to treat me. Honestly go see her, she is amazing at her profession.

Kim is a very intuitive PT. She can find the irritated spot quickly and helps you get up and back to normal quickly; all with a sense of humor.

As a USTA player, I get to play at many different clubs. It has only reiterated my appreciation for APEX. For starters, the lighting alone makes the difference. Add to that a clean facility, great staff, and experienced tennis pros. All three of my kids are competitive players thanks to that quality instruction. APEX is the place!

Great way to meet other tennis enthusiasts and a good array of class options for all levels. Enjoyed every instructor I’ve had the pleasure of working with! Bar upstairs is a bonus for after tennis beers. Restroom is dated but always clean and has lockers (that don’t lock, bring your own).

I play wallyball at this business. The courts and equipment are in pretty good shape. Often the air conditioning in the courts doesn't quite work properly which is not too big a deal, but if you're playing later, especially after other groups, the humidity accumulates and starts to condense on the walls and floors making a slippery condition. There are many (8?) Racquetball/wallyball courts, tennis courts, ample locker rooms with showers and a sauna, a small gym, and a small bar.
