Cannot say enough about Baby Booty! The classes and community here are wonderful. As a new mom, I was able to start working out when I felt ready, and the classes met me where I was at. I’ve been able to feed, wear, and entertain my baby while I workout, and there is such a sense of flexibility (sometimes you’re late, you know?).
It’s owned and run by parents who get it, and the feeling is incredible. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a place to work out and to meet incredible people.

I have had the best time in these classes. Not only are they a good workout, but there is such a sense of welcome and flexibility at Baby Booty. I have been going with my two month old and have been able to feed her, change her, and wear her throughout the course of a class. Both the staff and the community they have built is deeply supportive and empathetic!

i’m so happy i found baby booty during my maternity leave. it’s a great workout every time, but also a lot more than that. being able to bring the kiddos makes it super accessible, the instructors are all really welcoming, and it’s so nice to have a community of other parents to connect with. highly recommend!

I’ve been a member since March, and I still remember the moment I discovered Baby Booty through their Instagram page. I instantly thought, “This is exactly what I need to get moving again.”
On my first day, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. But those worries quickly disappeared. Molly was my first instructor, and she made both me and my baby feel incredibly welcomed from the start. When my baby started crying mid-workout, Molly didn’t hesitate—she scooped her up and held her so I could focus on myself. That small act meant so much and showed me I had found something special.
Since then, I’ve continued attending classes and have met the most amazing, caring, and inspiring instructors. Each one brings something unique and uplifting:
• Alyssa’s high-energy, baby-booty-classic moves
• Taylor’s heart-pumping cardio
• Nicole’s calming but body-focused flow
• Natalie’s upbeat and fun routines
• And of course, Molly’s fast-paced, sweat-filled sessions that always leave me feeling strong
Every class gives me a chance to reconnect with myself while my baby plays nearby. What I love most is the community—moms who are real, supportive, and unafraid to share the hilarious, emotional, and raw stories of motherhood. It’s a space where we can laugh, cry, and lift each other up without judgment.
If you’re looking for a place to move your body, connect with other moms, and be part of something truly empowering, come to Baby Booty. You won’t regret it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Baby Booty! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and completely at ease. This place is more than just a business—it’s a community. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your growing family, or even a caregiver, Baby Booty creates a warm, inclusive, and empowering environment that makes you feel like you’re exactly where you need to be.
The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure every parent and baby feels cared for, seen, and celebrated. Their classes are thoughtful, fun, and deeply intentional—every moment feels like it’s designed to build confidence and connection, both with your baby and with yourself.
If you’re looking for a place that will lift you up during the highs and hold space for you during the tougher days, Baby Booty is it. I’m so grateful to have found them—this experience has been an absolute gift.

Do yourself a favor and give this a try! This community is warm, welcoming and accommodating to ALL caregivers regardless of where you are in your journey (pregnant, postpartum, TTC, adopting, 1 kid, 2+ kids, babies, toddlers, etc.) your lifestyle (stay-at-home, working, married, divorced, fit, athletic, working out for the first time, shy, friendly, etc.). The owner Molly and all of the instructors are genuine and inspiring women. This open and accepting attitude is infectious and creates a unique environment to exercise and share. There is a wide range of weights and modifications to customize your workout to be harder or easier. To top it off, my 3 year old loves to play with the toys, "work out" beside me and make friends. You are getting so so much with this company!

I cannot say enough great things about Baby Booty! The workout classes are super fun with wonderful instructors. I always leave class feeling stronger, lighter, and energized.
One of the standout aspects of Baby Booty is the social circle post workout. Connecting with other caregivers has been incredibly impactful. It’s helped me feel less alone in navigating the ups and downs of parenthood.
On top of that, the ability to have my toddler play in a
safe environment with other children during class is such a gift. Knowing that my little one is having fun allows me to focus on myself for a moment—a rare and precious opportunity for anyone with young children.
Baby Booty has truly created something special—a space where caregivers can prioritize themselves, connect with others, and feel a sense of belonging. I’m so grateful to be part of this amazing community!

SO happy to have found babybooty- not only is it a great class that leaves me feeling stronger and more confident, the social circle at the end is amazing. The whole idea behind having a class where your babies are welcome and with meaningful discussions at the end is such a game changer. It’s not just a class it’s a community and one I’m thankful to be part of!

Just took my first class today and will definitely be back! I felt so embraced by Molly the owner, and all of the fellow moms, from the moment I walked through the door. It is very difficult to find ways to care for myself when I often don’t have reliable childcare, and today I was able to at the Baby Booty studio. My 2 year-old took it upon herself the supervise the studio dog throughout the entire session, while I was able to get in a great workout and be served a delicious latte afterward. I felt not only able to do something to care for myself, but also cared FOR. It meant a lot to me when motherhood can feel isolating at times. I can’t wait for the next class! 😊

Baby booty is such an important resource for pregnant people and new parents. The class was fun, friendly, and really inviting. My muscles shook, but the environment was really approachable. It felt important, holding this space for this community, and I felt glad to be a part ofit.

Awesome instructors, upbeat music and beautiful studio. So grateful to have found a place where I can workout with my baby and be a part of a community of mothers in Portland. Half hour workout followed by half hour of social time with moms and babies - the perfect setup! 100% recommend to all moms with little ones!!!

Every mom, pregnant through toddler years, needs to give themself this opportunity to workout and be with other mothers. My 19 month old and I had so much fun!! Great workout, amazing teachers and a beautiful kid safe space with music and coffee!!!!! I love that I get to work out while my daughter played safely nearby and even joined in to do some squats and dance! She gets the opportunity to socialize and learn healthy life skills, while I get exercise and support from other moms. This is the kind of community us moms need!
