Itβs been great. I was very nervous to start and the first time I had a class I felt welcome and supported. I can already see a difference in my endurance and strength. Even on days when I'm not βfeeling it, β once I get going I can feel the shift in my attitude. Now I know all these things sound cliche, I am being sincere. The coaches are nice and make you feel accomplished and the other members are also helpful and genuine people. And bonus, Iβve lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks.

Best Gym Evah! I felt extremely welcomed the minute I walked through the door by the staff and gym members. I was embraced by my class members and quickly became part of their gym family. They are motivating, helpful and fun. Working out is so much better with laughter, hard work and folks that are on the same fitness journey as yourself. My Personal Trainer is the π£.com. Silas is informative, extremely patient and supportive. He easily suggests exercises that are tailored to you, if the general workout needs to be tweaked to fit your fitness level. He takes time showing you how to do them effectively and safely. Even if he has to repeat it several times until you grasp the concept. He wants you to succeed! Oh did I mention he is FUN? Hybrid Fitness is a Non-Judgement Zone and the comfort level is a solid 10. What are you waiting for? Do It!

This is my first gym experience in 5 decades and I wouldn't do it any other way. My classes are never more than a handful of people. The trainers have generously modified or given me options when I couldn't do the particular scheduled exercise. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Hybrid fitness excels at their mission. The trainers and staff are talented and have diverse backgrounds that really add to a well rounded experience. The interface and system for scheduling sessions is very flexible and forgiving if you need a last minute change. As I began to workout with hybrid, I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and build strength, confidence and healthier routines. My goals were not only to grow in strength physically but also support myself mentally. I was surrounded by coaches who were super positive, encouraging and pushed me in the right ways. I saw a significant improvement in my goal areas. I work in the restaurant industry, my job is physically and mentally demanding and seasonal. I was able to work out a winter training session, break in the summer and back in the fall. It is totally customized and they worked with me to find a plan that truly works for me in this stage of my life. They are amazing communicators and when I began to feel stressed about my intense work schedule, they were able to help me financially and encourage me to keep going for as long as I could. And let me tell you, being coached by Travis, a young whippersnapper is like having a personal cheerleader in my corner. He's got this magical way of making me feel like I could bench press a bus if I wanted to!
The Torture Sessions... I mean workouts are just what the doctor ordered. It's a love-hate relationship with the gym - I despise the pain during, but love the results after! These past 4 weeks have been a game changer. I canβt speak to the length that others can about how hybrid has changed their life- but I canβt wait to expand on this statement in the future.
Workouts:
I have received support from coaches and members- itβs just the push I need! I have had the opportunity to work with Brandon and Travis through sessions and they are wonderful! They are knowledgeable, understanding, and adaptable to all needs. They have expertise to help you get to your goals without getting overwhelmed. Just show up, ready to put in effort and I promise you wonβt regret it.
Nutrition:
I have been working with both Dusty and Hunter with the nutrition side of things. They have provided a system that is easy to complete with weekly accountability sessions to discuss problems, successes, and changes that can be made for better results. I was intimidated by this portion when I began but I am learning so much. I am seeing the results by being mindful and aware. Knowledge is power and they are providing me with just that!
I highly recommend hybrid. The only regret I have is waiting this long to start!

I became a member of Hybrid Fitness 17 months ago and it has been the best decision I have made for myself. I was extremely nervous on my first day. I met coach Brandon and made it through most of the workout. A bit embarrassed of my physical fitness, I came back over and over again. The positive, nonjudgmental atmosphere, combined with the friendly members and coaches who genuinely want to see you succeed is the reason I hardly miss a workout. I have accomplished more than I thought I was capable of these last 17 months and found a passion for strength training. Approaching my 80th year I began to notice a decline in agility, stamina and upper body strength. I felt less comfortable in my body, affecting the way I walk and present myself to the world. After a few less than positive experiences with gym membership in the past, I began, reluctantly, to shop for a fitness instructor to get me started on the right path, finally settling on Hybrid Fitness in Warren. Iβm not disappointed. Starting with a comprehensive intake to assess my abilities to pairing with a personal trainer, the process has been thoroughly professional and extremely positive. The facility is friendly, clean, safe, and full of people of all ages. After just two months, it feels good to be back in my body again, to walk with more confidence, garden with ease, and to hopefully be back paddling and on my bike again come spring.

Hybrid Fitness (WARREN, ME) is an amazing fitness center for adults of all fitness levels and goals.
Unlike any other gym or fitness center Iβve been a part of, Hybrid Fitness has scheduled classes in which you reserve a spot, this really encourages commitment. This has worked out perfectly for myself in establishing a routine; after all, health and fitness should ultimately become your lifestyle instead of just a short term challenge.
Classes offered include Pilates, Fit for Life, Ultimate Results and Boxing.
Pilates is excellent for improving strength and flexibility and itβs calming for the mind.
Fit for Life is a class that uses lighter weights and consists of different exercises, ideal for those maybe less familiar with workouts.
Ultimate Results is a class that utilizes a variety of gym equipment. This one may be more suitable for those with a considerable amount of fitness experience, strength and ability.
Boxing classes consist of 10 stations. Each station has either a punching bag or exercise and members rotate from one station to the next in a timed fashion. Great for fat burn, strength, stamina, and cardiovascular health. And of course, you will learn some self defense! π₯
I have attended the Boxing classes for 8 weeks now and not only have I achieved strides in my fitness journey but Iβve had a blast doing so. The coaches and members are all super supportive, motivating and friendly. Thereβs a great energy going on in this place and I could not recommend it more to anyone with motivation to become the healthiest version of themselves!

At first I was tentative because with an athletics background I didnβt feel I really needed the watchful eye of a trainer and I know my body best. Well, the trainer I work with, Brandon, has broken through that barrier and together we have been keeping me injury free. I have joined a few gyms in my time and ended up never going!! With Hybrid Fitness you sign up and sign in for classes. The coaches know your name and your "story." The focus at Hybrid Fitness is on the whole person - fitness, nutrition, emotional/mental fitness. The coaches are knowledgeable. Classes are geared toward all fitness levels - from beginner to advanced. I feel successful and my successes are celebrated each class by the coaches and the others in the class. Best decision I have made in a long time in order to get my health and fitness back on track - body, mind & soul!!

Smart Move! This has been the best thing I have done in years! I started with the 21 day jump start. I met with Hunter at 11 am and was back at 4 for my first class. I have been sitting for nearly 18 years. I joined the Y but just felt unwelcome and it was not a good fit. My first day at HF i was welcomed by everyone in class and it continues with every class. It feels like going home to the best family ever! Everyone is encouraging I have never heard anyone say a negative thing about anyone. This is a non judgement place we come in all sizes I am one of the largest but I can see improvement and I can feel comfortable no one is saying I am fat except me.
I can tell you how wonderful Hybrid Fitness is, you need to come and try for yourself!

Joining Hybrid Fitness has been the most amazing experience for me. Edit: Six months later I am still coming to Hybrid Fitness and am loving every minute of it! I no longer have back, Knee and hip pain. I am stronger and feeling better in so many ways!! Hybrid Fitness is just what I needed to add to my fitness routine. Hunter Grindle is an amazing trainer and his group classes are geared for women of all ages and fitness levels. You get personal training for a group price. Not only have I gained strength and fitness. I have gained insights into why I come to the classes and I have made many new friends. I started going to Hybrid Fitness I. December 24, 2016. This is my first, attending cardio and strength classes. Hunter and Susan are excellent trainers. I joined Hybrid Fitness over the summer for a 4 day a week aerobic boot camp experience. I am 62 and I had to do something to catapult me into taking better care of my muscles and bones. It was great, so I joined for another month. Then I started going afternoons when the school year began, and the workouts expanded to weight training as well. Now I go 4 days a week and love every minute of it. Hunter is a wonderful, enthusiastic and knowledgable coach. The other folks who go are fun and encouraging and are working on their own personal fitness goals. Some are just starting their journey and are nervous and self conscious like I was 5 months ago. Others have years of experience and are strong and confident. Hunter believes iin each one of us and our goals, so we work really hard to live up to his expectations. You can't ask for a better environment to build your strength and health.

I have been going to HFS for a few months now but have been working out with Hunter for about three years. He truly cares about your personal goals. But most importantly he is kind, professional, and motivating. We always have fun when we work out and work we hard while we are at it. Our class is at 5:30 am and he always shows up perky and ready to go and sometimes brings his dance moves. He is a hard worker with a great mind-set. If you want to get fit and healthy without over working yourself and the next day pain, Hunter is the right person to go to! He will work with you to find out what your limits are, to strengthen and improve yourself without the hard and heavy over-workouts you would experience from leading competitors.
Personally, before I began training with Hunter I had little to no muscle mass. I couldn't even flex my arms. After a few simple, weightless, workouts I started to notice a huge difference. Heck, I even felt a whole lot better!! When it comes down to it you don't have to over push yourself to get that "beach body" you always desired. Simple to moderate workouts, focusing on eating right and healthier, while as, keeping your persistence with Hybrid Fitness System workout classes, will get you to where you want to be (physically and emotionally) and Hunter can help you with all of that!
And lets not forget the awesome fitness studio Hybrid Fitness Systems has!
