The Daily Sweat is a yoga and barre studio located in Kennebunk, ME focused on helping individuals and families find health, wellness and community. Our team ensures that every person that walks through our doors feels welcomed, safe and inspired. we offer packages for locals + visitors from drop ins to a year unlimited (and everything in between). classes are offered in-studio, livestream + outside. in 2023, we added a home video library, full of over 300 classes you can take from home on your own time. mat + towel rentals are available for all classes. our retail boutique is stocked with your favorite apparel, yoga equipment, home studio essentials + athleisure to take you from studio to street.

I just finished my first class, and I am feeling absolutely thrilled! The workouts were exhilarating and pushed me to my limits, but every moment was incredibly rewarding. Enjoyed my 1-week experience at this studio while I was visiting the area. Love that they offer a 1-week unlimited option which includes mat rental for folks travelling through town. Instructors are highly knowledgable, warm, and spirited at 5:45AM. Was moved by the sense of community well established here. Would love to return next summer when visiting.
One item for the suggestion box is to include the requirement of grippy socks in the “bounce” sessions in the online class description. Extending the welcoming vibe into the class descriptions would ensure visitors and those new to the community have the information expected for a smooth class experience.

I am opening a business in Kennebunk this month and was so very happy to have found this studio. The teacher Carolyn was fantastic, the front staff help was friendly and informative. I can not wait to go back and spend my summer sweating it out here! If you are in the area do not hesitate to stop here and get a great sweaty workout!

I recently attended a few classes at The Daily Sweat, and was more than pleasantly impressed with the physical and restorative benefits of yoga. I, of course, had already expected (and was duly fulfilled) by the spirituality and mindfulness of yoga.
For the past decade, I have been (and am currently) a Crossfitter.
Integrating yoga with my CrossFit routine is a smart approach, especially considering how yoga can help with flexibility, recovery, and mental focus—complementing the intensity of weightlifting and high-intensity workouts. The blood flow and muscle lengthening that yoga encourages can help mitigate the tightness and soreness that often accompany heavy lifting, which can improve mobility and reduce injury risk in the long term.
Paul Lachance’s teaching style was effective and calming. This made yoga feel accessible and beneficial. I was already aware of how the mind-body connection plays a role in my CrossFit performance and the mindfulness aspect of yoga will help me stay centered and focused, both in the gym and outside of it.
Whether you are an athlete or not, it is worth exploring the welcoming environment at The Daily Sweat.

The Yoga Sweat in Kennebunk is an incredibly fun experience!
If you find yourself in Moody Beach or Kennebunk, check out The Yoga Sweat studio. I paid $99 for the 1st month trial. I did several classes, including Sweat & Flow, Sweat & Sculpt, Advanced Bounce, Sweat & Shake, and Sweat & Hot. While I typically seek more advanced options, these classes seemed to be designed to be accessible for all levels. The Advanced Bounce was especially fun!
One standout feature is the personal touch: every instructor provides an adjustment to each student in every class, which is a cool touch. The studio may be small, but it’s vibrant and welcoming. Classes do filling up quickly. By the end of the week, every staff member knew my name, showcasing their exceptional customer service. I started my journey a year and a half ago to heal physically from injury and work posture but found so much more. I learnt how to breathe properly and couldn’t imagine my life without hot vinyasa flow all thank to this amazing community that’s open and accepting of everyone no matter age shape or skill level. All instructors are the most amazing human beings I’ve encountered, their readings and mantras have spoken to me so deeply so many times and helped me heal emotionally. I also love to switch it up and try all other classes they offer. It always fills me with most amazing energy. More Buti on weekends please!! 🙏 namaste

I just moved to the area, and was looking to get back into yoga. I used to do it every day, but it had been a while. I am SO happy I found this studio, and that it's so close to my house. From the moment I signed up for my first class online, I felt so welcomed with a "hello" phone call. When I arrived for my first class I was again welcomed in, given a short tour and just made to feel so comfortable there! I have taken many classes since, with their amazing new member monthly promo, and have enjoyed trying out all the classes and meeting other instructors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it has made moving here that much better!

Everything about my experience was a textbook example of what I would hope for walking into a new (to me) yoga studio for the first time. Tiffany greeted me as soon as I walked in, assisted me in signing up for my membership, showed me around the studio, and helped me find a good spot to place my mat. As soon as I sat down, the girl next to me introduced herself and we chatted until class started. She was so kind to even check in after class. Not to mention how Paul’s class was exactly what my body needed, without it even knowing. It’s always a little nerve racking entering a new space, so thank you for creating one that is so welcoming! I can’t wait to come back this week :)

We arrived right as class began for mom and me, and we're greeted warmly and asked how they could assist us getting into class. The greeter took mine and my son's mats and placed them in the studio with all the right props. It was such a sweet gesture and so helpful! My boys (18 months and 5 years) loved meeting other kids and quietly playing or joining in the yoga flow. This studio and staff are welcoming, warm and caring. They go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and you enjoy yourself while taking class. By far the best experience I've had at a mom and me class!

After months reading thoughtful emails written by Tiffany Lathrop at the yoga studio, I finally decided to participate in a Yoga Nidra class yesterday afternoon. It was lovely and I left refreshed and like I’d taken a nap, even. Mind you, I took a midterm exam after class, so I was also quite level-headed. Better still, I got a check-in call today, just to see how I was doing after my first class. Impressive. I’ll be back :)

The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere and I felt accepted from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff is so friendly, kind, and accommodating. I didn't catch the name of the lady working at the front desk, but she had a cute, short, blonde haircut and made sure all of my needs were met. I took a barre class and felt properly challenged while still having fun. I will definitely recommend to all my friends who are in town visiting!

My daughter and are here on vacation for the week, and wanted to sneak in a class. We signed up ahead of time the MindBody app. Studio called this AM just to check in, and make sure we knew where we were going, that the class was heated and 90 min long (there are a variety of classes). Very welcoming vibe. Tiffany, the instructor, wonderful.

The owner obviously is very detail oriented because everything is perfect. The studio is immaculate and picturesque. The yoga gear consumer selection is to die for. The staff is extremely friendly, fun, encouraging and inviting.

For so many reasons!! The staff welcomes you every time you walk through the door. They are happy to see you! The facility is clean and the environment is calming. Everyone is welcome here and it shows!! Instructors correct your form during class ensuring you are getting the most out of your workout. Tiffany does so many things for her clients...hot cocoa bar, coffee, tea, boutique sales, member appreciation night, mimosas, cake and macaroons!! And I have only been a member for two months. To keep you motivated, she creates challenges to take just one hour for yourself. I appreciate how the instructors change the choreography for each class. As if this isn't enough, they also offer special workshops, date night and popup classes. No room for boredom here!
