This is a unique space. I call it The Movement Market because I want it to reflect a sense of Community, Movement and Fun without the intimidation and annoying membership fees. I've always thought of a “market” place as an atmosphere of community and that “ma and pa” sense of a comfortable and fun atmosphere. I want people to feel that way in this space. What is also pretty cool, is to connect it to the wellness experts that hopefully rent out the office so that health,nutrition and wellness can come full circle. It’s also great to have neighboring businesses such as The Rising Tide Natural Foods and Planted as a great connection to the physical and healthy vibe I’m trying to create.

Jess runs a great program here. She offers kids classes that are fun introduction to choreography and dance. She has strength classes, yoga, and adult “groove” classes. The price is very reasonable and Jess is the kindest soul there is.

Love this place! Super cute studio, classes are great and not too big, instructor/owner is wonderful, prices are extremely reasonable, and it’s in an awesome location! So glad I found it.

Love love LOVE! The Movement Market has a wide variety of classes so there is something for everyone! The owner is so unbelievably kind and fun to be around. I always leave sweating and with a smile on my face!!! I also love that you can pay per class and do not need to sign up for a monthly membership! Such a great addition to the Kittery fitness community 💪
