I would like to say if you like to look fit in a short amount of time, 3f-fitness is the way to go! I joined in May 2023 and by July 2023 I started seeing MAJOR results! Looked great for my cruise in August. The trainer, Cher, is the best! She’s very personable and works you out based on your capabilities. You will DEFINITELY see results! She gives you a nutrition plan on what to eat as well which helped me cut down my weight. There is also a workout plan that is given when you are not physically working out with the trainer so you can maintain your health. The workout area is very clean and the equipment is sturdy for the workouts performed. There is always a different workout to do as you come in. You will never get bored due to a different workout routine. All areas of the body WILL be worked. Overall, if you want a great workout with a great trainer AND see results, you will not lose joining 3f-fitness!!

The owner, Cher is simply amazing! In just under 3 months she helped transform my body and health beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. I've lost 25 pounds and have a new lease on life. Not only did Cher teach me how to exercise properly, she also taught me how to eat properly. Including uncovering that I have a serious gluten allergy that has plagued my life for years. When I tell you she can change your life, I mean it! Her knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm, consistency and amazing personality can't be matched. Similar to most people, I lost all motivation to workout during the pandemic. Over several months I had settled into a sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits. Wanting to get out of this rut and get my motivation back, I contacted Cher and signed up for 2x a week personal training sessions for 2 months. In that timeframe I lost 4.5 inches around my lower stomach, 4 inches around my hips and 4.8 lbs! This experience was the jumpstart that I needed to get moving, eat healthy, and I'm excited to keep up this lifestyle change. Before I started training with Cher, I was never someone who ever thought I would be athletic or even physically fit. I was insecure at the gym, had a hard time committing to a clean diet and was clinically overweight. I wanted to be fitter and physically stronger, but the road getting there was overwhelming and intimidating. I remember when I first called Cher for a consult, I was relieved to get to voice-mail, secretly hoping that maybe she would be too busy and I would be lost on the wayside.

She called me back within the day!! And every day I’m grateful for that!

Cher is an amazing personal trainer that constantly pushes me to be my best and work my hardest without ever making me feel discouraged. Having her there to keep me accountable made adjusting my diet to exclude my unhealthy comfort foods, something that was very hard for me previously, into something fulfilling and natural!

With Cher I lost 11 inches around my waistline and went from being classified as overweight/high risk to athletic! And not only that, I gained so much confidence and energy, at the gym and in general. When I’m out with my friends, I’m running around like a kid again, and even picked up hobbies I’d never thought I could handle, like longboarding and hiking. I even changed up my entire wardrobe and dyed my hair! Cher really opened all kinds of new doors for me!!

Additionally, I’ve worked with Cher through the transition to digital sessions and the quality does not dip! She’ll get you sweating, whether at the gym or in the basement of your own house!

I definitely recommend Cher for individual training. In less than five months, I lost 12% body fat (from the high Acceptable range to
the Athletic range) and I lost a combined 10 inches around my lower belly, belly button, and hips. At this point, working out five days
per week and eating high protein-low carb are just habits, which would not have happened without being accountable to her. I took off one
star only because, initially, my partner and I were supposed to work out with her together. He was at a different fitness level and had
different goals than I did, which we shared in our initial consultation, but there wasn't really much adjustment to her training
approach based upon that. I don't think juggling two different sets of needs at the same time is her strong suit. That being said,
once we all realized it wasn't working, she was great about reworking the contract, which I very much appreciated. Overall, a very
good experience.

As a result of my pregnancy, I gained quite a few pounds and I also lost my strength. I felt tired most of the time and had the choice of either changing my wardrobe or getting back in shape. That’s when I met Cher to whom I’ll forever be grateful for changing my life. She showed me a healthier way to live, tools to take care of myself, but more importantly, she gave me a framework that I could follow even after I stopped training with her. In four months I lost 8 pounds and my body fat dropped from high average to athletic. I can now easily fit into all my jeans and dresses that I regularly used before my pregnancy. Cher also regularly monitored my diet pointing out items that needed to be removed or replaced with a better option. After training with Cher, I regained my strength and have much more stamina than I had before. Needless to say, I am very happy with the results! She’s the best trainer I’ve ever met!

Cher is the best fitness trainer I ever had. I work in IT and I am sitting most of the day at work and after a hectic day having the enthusiasm to workout was very difficult. But then I met Cher and she changed my whole lifestyle. She kept me focused, very motivated and her energy level helped me follow a healthier lifestyle which changed my life. She gave me an amazing fitness/workout/nutrition plan that specifically suits my need. Her energy level is amazing and she always keeps me motivated. Even when I was on vacation she frequently use to check on me to keep me motivated and focused on making right choices to eat healthy which is something that I really need during vacation or holiday season. :) When I started with Cher 6 months ago my BMI was “High Risk” but now I fall under the “Athletic” category, all thanks to Cher! Simply stated, Cher is the best trainer I've ever worked with. At first I was hesitant to begin training as I was out of shape and struggled with medical conditions; however after my consultation with Cher I felt at ease and highly motivated to begin my journey. Her workouts are a great combination of cardio and strength conditioning and they are never the same. Though challenging I was able to complete entire workouts and felt energetic and stronger fast, just after the first month of training. I've worked with her since November 2017 and to date I'm losing inches and weight and feel great! I think it's important to add that she is much more than a trainer. In between sessions she sends positive phrases, checks in and makes sure you are aware of eating habits (she provides a nutritional plan). I must say, Cher is awesome!!

I’m not going to lie I was very resistant at first to get a personal trainer because I was scared of how intense it was going to be and I would be held accountable for everything I ate and did, but my sister purchased sessions as a gift for me to get back in shape. I am a diabetic with an insulin pump and along with that I have PCOS. In order to help my body to increase its chances of getting pregnant it was suggested that I lose some body weight. The beginning was hard because I was used to eating whatever I wanted, and my body wasn’t used to the conditioning process, but as the the sessions went on I noticed that I was slowly losing weight the healthy way and the workouts weren’t as tough as they were. I lost about 10 pounds and at the end of my second month with Cher I found out I was pregnant. Cher had adjusted my workouts to my doctors orders and has been really supportive and motivating during my journey. I don’t know if I wouldn’t have gotten to this point without Cher. I would highly recommend her personal training sessions to anyone.

Cher is amazing! She created a custom training plan for me which alternated between different types of workouts. She also gradually increased level of difficulty so it wasn’t too overwhelming or strenuous from the beginning. She monitored my diet every week and provided great tips for healthy eating especially during the holiday season! These efforts helped me lose inches, drop body fat and develop a healthy lifestyle. 5 STARS!!! I first started to work with Cher after being cleared of injuries sustained from a major car accident. She's wonderful!! In just a matter of a couple of months, she was able to get me back to doing things I hadn't been able to do in a year!!! She's so much more than your standard trainer, she's a tough little powerhouse and her workouts are challenging but never boring. I wish I could give Cher 10 stars! I've been training with Cher about 8 months. Prior to that I hadn't exercised in almost five years, since my twins were born. I had gained weight and was weak and flabby. I am now the strongest I've ever been in my life and my body is more toned than I thought possible after kids! Cher uses a whole health approach. She has great nutrition advice and does a great balance of strengthening and cardio. She magically knows exactly how much I can handle. She pushes me beyond what I thought I could do. The best thing about Cher is her positive energy. She is encouraging, motivating, and a lot of fun! She also walks the walk. Anything she tells you to do, she's done 10x more intensely. Her diet is extremely nutritious, she trains hard, and her amazingly fit body is an inspiration. She also mixes up workouts so there is always something new, and everything involves using multiple muscles at the same time.

At first I was hesitant to spend money on a personal trainer. I now realize this was the best gift I could have given myself. I have more energy and my confidence has grown tremendously. Having that mental health time, and knowing you're taking care of yourself when you are busy with kids or busy with work is huge. And I would have never gotten my results on my own or in a class. The personalized workouts made all the difference. Although I'm doing this for myself I must say my husband likes the results also! :)
