David is amazing - he is professional, knowledgeable and very caring.
I have been training with him for more than a year now, especially during my pregnancy, and I can clearly see improvements in my fitness and energy level. I don’t feel tired and don’t have back pain in my third trimester, all thanks to David’s help. He knows what I should or should not do and when to push me, and he is genuinely happy to see my improvement.
I highly recommend David if you are looking for a personal trainer!

I have been a massage therapist for 17 years. Throughout the years I have had several wear and tear injuries as a result of my active lifestyle and job. I sought out personal training out of a need to strengthen my body, to improve my health, and prevent future overuse injuries (especially as I am aging). I highly recommend David because he knows how to take someone safely and slowly towards their fitness goals. He has made fitness approachable and manageable for my needs (and job) which has helped me to stick with it. His approach is to help me function better and to help me find a way to maintain a fitness program. My energy levels have improved significantly, my job is becoming easier, my posture is way better, and I am fitting better into my clothes. I trust sending anyone to David.

Dave is a top notch professional! I used to dread working out and was the one in the gym who had no idea what they were doing. Dave has taught me so much and made working out enjoyable. Dave is an excellent trainer! He makes sure you complete a thorough full body workout during your appointment with him. He’s also very good at making sure you have correct form for each exercise so you are gaining the full benefit and not hurting yourself. He pushes you without over doing it and you always feel awesome after a workout with Dave!

I’ve been training with David throughout my pregnancy and it’s been a great experience. I’m almost at the end of my pregnancy now and I feel stronger and healthier than when I started months ago. I can’t wait to continue post baby. Each workout is challenging but enjoyable and I would recommend training with David to anyone.

I have went to many personal trainers over the years over a wide variety of body sizes. When I contacted Dave I was fresh off a year long illness and was at my largest weight ever. He never made me feel anything other than strong, capable and a total badass. He pushes you in a gentle way that still manages to totally kick your a$$. He is not a drill sergeant (thank goodness) but you will feel your workouts the next day. His amazing programming with progressive overload means not only am I constantly reaching for heavier weights but I’m never bored with our workout. He has worked with me to modify workouts when I had an unrelated injury, and helps me stay accountable when I travel for work. The gym is never crowded and he makes sure you know the correct form for each movement. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He is one of the best out there for sure!!!

I have been training with David for a few months now and I would recommend him to anyone. I have had a goal of becoming a better runner. Since starting, I am stronger and have run 2 half marathons. During sessions, I am pushed further than I would without this help and support. Forever Fitness was one of the best decisions I made for my fitness.

I absolutely love Forever Fitness and would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape. Dave is super nice and really takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. He gives you tips and tools for a successful workout and for someone who was previously not interested in exercising, I can honestly say I am always eager to walk through those doors because I know how strong and empowered I will feel when I leave. I have seen such a big change in my energy levels and body since my first session with Dave 6 months ago and I owe all of it to him and Forever Fitness!

David is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with! He's kind and calming and caring but also motivating and encouraging. I've been seeing him for a couple of months to get stronger during Covid and feel totally comfortable and safe at the facility, which is huge with lots of equipment and room to spread out and we both wear masks the whole time. He is so knowledgeable about not only fitness, but also muscle imbalance and overall health. Can't recommend Forever Fitness enough.

David is the best! I was seeing him for training at a gym early 2020 pre COVID and really enjoyed our sessions together. After he left the gym, I had to finish out my contract but joined him at Forever Fitness once I was able to. I'm now 24 weeks pregnant and have been seeing him at Forever Fitness for about 8 weeks. He pushes me to stay active and healthy in a safe way. The sessions are customized to your ability and are different every time making them fun but also challenging.
The facility is a giant warehouse with very few people and everyone in masks. I feel very safe going there. Can't recommend David enough!

Highly recommend Dave. I was looking for a covid safe way to get back to working out after a hiatus from the gym and was recommended to give this a try by another mom. Dave has a great gym space that is very open/spacious and limited in terms of how many people are there. In terms of the workouts, they are awesome and challenging. He designs a new workout each session, specifically works to accomplish my personal goals, all the while pushing me to get to the ‘next’ level. He has also helped design some workouts that I do on my own at home. Very happy to have found forever fitness.

Getting started with Forever Fitness is easily one of the best things we did in 2020. We both were looking for a way to safely get back into working out. David has made it not only safe but really fun and challenging! I always leave our sessions feeling exhausted yet awesome. Its been a great way to bond as a couple (since date nights aren’t really a thing right now 🤪) and David has been great at playing to both our strengths and interests. Really can’t recommend David and Forever Fitness enough!!

Highly recommend working with David if you are considering hiring a personal trainer! I have had several over the years and he is by far, the best I have had. I started training with David about a month ago after not really strength training for a year and I already see results and feel stronger. I was in a workout slump and contacted Dave at the suggestion of a friend. From our first session, I knew that he was exactly who I was looking for to get active again and meet my workout goals. Every session with Dave is new and interesting and I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten a full body workout.
