Jazzercise Pasadena Fitness Center in Pasadena, MD offers group fitness classes for all levels. Our classes combine cardio dance with strength training for a full body workout to help you meet your fitness goals.
We offer 22 classes each week at our Pasadena studio. Classes are led by a certified Jazzercise instructor and incorporate dance, strength training, and stretching.
Memberships include access to classes at our partner satellite studio at the Severna Park Community Center (classes M/W at 8:30 AM).

I was part of Jazzercise in the eaarly 2010's then covid an other things happend. I was so happy to find the Pasadena studio! They all welcomed me and the work outs are amazing. I love my new Jazzer community!

A few years ago, I walked past a Jazzercise center and thought, "Wow, I didn't know Jazzercise was still around." Then I tried it and I have been going ever since. It is a very good program where you get a thorough workout (cardio, weights, core) and it's FUN! The Pasadena Center has excellent instructors.

I started Jazzercise in May and found not only a place to go for a cardio workout, but the workout included strength building which was an added bonus. Not only am I having fun while I’m losing weight, but I’m getting stronger and much more flexible at the same time. 💪😊
They also have many classes to choose from and offer a couple 6:00AM classes so I can work out before I head to work!
The instructors are absolutely amazing. They are so welcoming and supportive of all levels. If you love music and like to dance, I highly recommend you check out Pasadena/Severna Park Jazzercise.

I've been a member for about eight years and love this program, the instructors and the facility. The ever-changing music and routines keep me interested and the community of supportive friends there is simply wonderful. Weight training is mixed in with cardio so all aspects of fitness are incorporated into the program. Highly recommend! I credit Jazzercise with increasing my stamina and fitness levels to the point I feel far more fit than I was fifteen years ago!

I have been attending classes since June and have loved every minute. I love that there are different classes at varying times and have had the opportunity to workout with different instructors. All have been very welcoming. Not only is it fun, but it has made me stronger, happier, and healthier. The routines are easy to learn/follow and modifications are provided to support all levels.
