The gym itself and the equipment was thoroughly enjoyed by all of the kids! However, the attitude that the teenagers who “run” the party bear is astronomical. That in itself was just a joke. You are also expected to drop your decorations off the night before and are not allowed to decorate how you’d like. For example: we had a high chair banner and they hung it on the wall. When we asked that it be taken down and put on the high chair, we were met with nothing but an attitude as if we were inconveniencing someone. You are also not allowed to eat the food that YOU purchased when you’d like. You are allowed a 30 minute time frame of which you can be in the room with food. The kids are then not allowed to eat, you are forced to sing happy birthday before they can even have pizza. My last issue was that you are expected to not wear any shoes in the play area which is completely understandable. However, to not allow you to wear into a BATHROOM is out right disgusting. Overall, our experience was so pleasant in the gym itself, but we did not have an enjoyable experience when it came to anything else.

The gym and equipment were excellent and provided a great experience for the kids. The staff members were friendly, kind, and attentive, and the children truly enjoyed themselves during our visit.

Our only concerns are related to a few of the rules in place. For example, shoes are not allowed in certain areas, including the bathroom. While having a no-shoes policy in the play area is understandable, requiring children to enter the bathroom without shoes is less ideal.

Additionally, the level of staff control over small details—such as when the children were permitted to eat their pizza—felt a bit excessive. We were informed that the kids could not eat until after singing happy birthday, which felt unnecessarily strict.

Aside from these concerns, our overall experience was positive.

We just celebrated our twins’ first birthday at My Gym a few hours ago, and people are still raving about how much fun they had! Our guests ranged in age from 4 months to 12 years old, and EVERYONE had an amazing time. The party was so well-organized, fun, and stress-free. It’s also super affordable, which is a huge plus!

The two hosts (I wish I knew their names!) were absolutely fantastic—so energetic, engaging, and great with the kids. They made the experience even more special.

After such a great experience, I’m now looking into the classes they offer. This place is truly awesome, and I highly recommend it for parties and more!

Miss Pamela and her staff at mygym are wonderful. Very attentive to the kids and parents needs. My kids always have a blast during their classes ( waddlers, terrific tots, and homeschool gymnastics) and practice and play. We love it! The prices are very agreeable too! We’ve been attending classes and events at My Gym since 2020, and it has been such a positive experience for our family! The classes are excellent for early childhood development, offering activities that truly engage children to develop of love of learning through play. Recently, we got the time mixed up for an event, and Ms. Pam was so understanding—she credited us for another event the following week, even though it was our mistake. That level of kindness and customer care is rare and so appreciated. My daughter especially looks forward to the Parents' Night Out events and loves to invite a friend to share the fun. I love that they offer holiday parties and even photo ops with Santa! My Gym truly brings joy to my daughters life and is a safe place for parents to get a break while their children have fun. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their child’s growth and happiness!

We started our son here when he was 6 months and I can’t even begin what this class has done for him! He’s almost 8 months and crawling and taking steps now!! This class has done wonders for him and is the best decision we could make for our little one. We are so happy we choose to do this with him! We come 3x a week and I think I look forward to it as much as he does! He’s grown so strong and his motor skills have improved dramatically! I highly recommend this class to anyone who’s thinking about it! You won’t regret it

We love My Gym. I've been bringing my 5 year old here since she was almost 2. She has grown up in this gym. We've done playtime, mommy and me classes, gymsters, terrific tots, mighty mights, pre school prep, gymnastics, countless birthday parties. And she has learned so many physical skills along the way - but the special part about this gym is the social/emotional skills I never expected her to learn. My daughter entered public school with confidence, great teamwork skills, and the ability to listen and pay attention to her teacher. She is a thoughtful and good friend, cultivated from years of positive reinforcement and cheering on friends in relays.
She was ready for school because of My Gym.
I have so much love and respect for the owner, Pamela - a mom who spends so much time and energy growing this space. She has filled this gym with teachers who love our kids. I know when I drop my kid off that she is having fun, and being cared for like one of their own.

Ive been bringing my youngest to my gym since right before she turned 2. She is almost 4! I love that there are different age appropriate levels of classes. They are structured in a way to physically stimulate while keeping the kids safe and active and challenging them to do their best. I can not say enough about our my gym!. My kiddo gets to socialize and I get to socialize. The owner and her staff are beyond amazing! Their patience and creativity for the kids are amazing. Plus its so much more affordable then most options which is a big bonus for a tight budget!

Our daughter has been coming to MyGym since she was about a year old, and she absolutely loves it. She has moved through multiple classes and has developed & learned so much through all of the amazing teachers over the years. We have been members of MyGym since our first child was 6 months old. The progression of activities to coincide with developmental milestones is great for helping physically and mentally stimulate your little one. As they age the classes get more age appropriately challenging for the child.
Taking advantage of the unlimited class offerings makes this one of the best activities we pay for and will regularly attend 10+ classes per week between our two kids.
I also really enjoy the beyond tots class which is a mini preschool program to allow children to get used to short durations of time without a parent, following instructions, and overall preparing for school.
We love Ms. Pamela and the staff so much. They always make our kids feel special.

I’ve been bringing my kids to My Gym for about 5 months now. The owner is extremely frustrating and disrespectful. There always seems to be some kind of drama and tension between employees. This makes it very uncomfortable for the parents and kids in class. I was not comfortable bringing my children there anymore. It seems that recently the owner is loosing more and more employees and it is not good for the kids to have new teachers all the time. I promise you, this is not a place you want to bring your children. The owner overworks her employees and it is clear that she values people that can work over quality employees who want the best for our children. Please, as a concerned parent, take your kids to the playground or something instead.

We have been here with the grands for their birthday parties, and I have to say the staff does an awesome job playing with the kids and making the birthday child the center of attention… even the youngest worker there, still in braces, is right there with the kids helping them out and making sure everyone is having fun… lots of fun packed into 2 hours… best part is - no cleanup on your part!… I would definitely recommend My Gym in Bel Air for birthday parties and playtime…

Went to a party there today and it was not pleasant. The kids had fun, but the younger host who had braces so I am assuming a teenager was not at all pleasant. My 7 year old had a balloon that had a stick on it and she came up so rude to my kid and made him give her the balloon so she could take the stick off. Than they brought out all these ride on toys (this party was full of 2 year olds mind you) and after, not even kidding, 10 minutes this same girl goes up to a 2 year old and tells him to get off so she can put it away. Theres no real tables to eat at. Just a bench pulled up to a counter that is a wall so the kids couldnt put their legs under and 2 year olds were falling like dominoes. There was no room to walk past either. Maybe with less adults it would be ok, but the hosts should be a lot more cheerful. It was very obvious we were being rushed out so they could leave right at 5. The amazing mom of the bday kid brought tons of food and we couldn't enjoy it because we had to make sure our kids werent falling or dropping food everywhere. I texted all my mom friends after like do not have a party there.

We chose to book a birthday party at My Gym because we attended a birthday party a few weeks ago and liked the schedule of activities, with a break in the middle to eat. Our party was 5:45pm-7:45pm, and by 7pm everyone was starving, so we decided to eat. At that time we were told food was served 30 minutes before the end of the party. On the website it says to make sure food is brought 30 minutes into the party, which we did. But by 7pm the food was cold. I asked the employee what was going on and that we were all hungry, and she told me the change was in the Google doc. She went on to explain it was a new change to My Gym because kids were going back to play and getting sick. That they were tired of cleaning up after sick kids. At this point, I didn’t wish to discuss it any further with her. At 7:20pm she told us that the party ended at 7:30pm and we could open gifts for the last 10 minutes. I’m still puzzled because the party ended at 7:45pm. I will not book another party here in the future! Despite the timing with eating and the end of the party, both employees were very fun and energetic towards the kids.

We love My Gym! With an infant who became very physically advanced very quickly, I needed something that gave her the chance to crawl around, pull up, and play that was safe. I want to give this place five stars because my daughter loves it so much and it's a really great time for the kiddos--the length of the "class" is just right for short attention spans and they have good equipment that is as clean as you can expect a children's place to be. I have to remove a star because communication with the company is non-existent. If you call, you will not get an answer, period. No one will answer the phone, and if you leave a message, no one will call you back. You pretty much have to just show up. Speaking of showing up, I've been there several times when not many people who registered online actually showed up, so instead of doing the class with two or three kids, they just let the kids have "free play." While that isn't ideal for me, at least it's a fun place for the kids to play, and if you ask them to bring out any special equipment (swings, for example) they are always quick to do so. I've never met an unfriendly staff member, they are all very sweet and love working with the kids.
