Yesterday 3:26/25 I had a 2:00 appointment I arrived at 2:00 I was told that my masseuse Tammy was with a client and would be with me as soon as she finished. I understand things go over so I'm giving a 5 to 10 minute grace period. That grace period turned into 32 minutes sitting in the relaxation room where I was instructed to wait. I had another appointment I needed to get to by 3:20 so I could no longer wait. Therefore I went to the reception desk to let them know I would be leaving and needed to reschedule. When I got there the place was closed down and there was no one at the desk. I had not been informed anyone was leaving or would that I would be the last one there. I therefore called to leave a message for them to either reschedule me or refund my money so far it is 10:24 on 3-27-25 and I have yet to receive a call back. I have in the past used this company and have been satisfied. I am totally not satisfied this time, and will be requesting a refund at this point. Last thing I had to actually unlock the door to let myself out, and the two cars that were in the lot were the masseuse and I would assume the client's cars. The two stars were given because at least it relaxation room was okay I was able to get the TV operating for a bit.

I had an incredible massage experience here with Tammy. It was my first ever massage, and I was nervous (and, frankly, riddled with body insecurity as a plus-size person).
Not once did Tammy make me feel ashamed or embarrassed, and in fact took extra time and care to explain the process and check in with me throughout. She used a number of different techniques that were particular to my aches and injuries. And she was both proactive and responsive to any pain or discomfort I was experiencing. Her welcoming demeanor made the whole massage experience all the more soothing, too.
The room was inviting, tidy, and warmly atmospheric. I appreciated & enjoyed everything about my experience with Tammy and I can't wait to book with her again. Thanks Tammy & Ridgely Retreat!

My sister and I recently did aerial yoga at Ridgely Retreat, and had the time of our lives! It was my first time doing this type of yoga and the instructor was very encouraging and helpful, suggesting modifications if any of the poses were too difficult to accomplish.
I loved the feeling of being supported by the swing and be able to stretch some muscles that canβt be reached in regular yoga poses. Also, if you are one who canβt (yet) do a shoulder stand or bridge poses, the swing will help you by supporting you in those poses.
You donβt need to bring anything with you if you donβt own a yoga mat/blanket. You just need to show up! There is everything you need at the studio (mats, blankets, blocks, etc.) plus some tea and treats, and even some cute merchandise from local artisans. Itβs such a cute and cozy space. Iβll be back there again next time Iβm in the Annapolis area!

I love Ridgley Retreat. It is my favorite yoga studio. The yoga room is beautiful and they offer lots of other services as well such as massage. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the vibe there is so loving and peaceful. Through yoga at Ridgley Iβve learned to let go of anxiety and worry and be in the moment.

I love this place. It is truly a sacred space for yoga and similar healing and restorative arts. Classes vary by teacher so if one doesn't meet your needs try another. The space is unique, I have spent much time on that bamboo floor in what feels like a tree house setting, being cared for by teachers who are skilled and intent to get you out of your world and strengthen you to face challenges you are bound to encounter in life when you leave.

I miss this place so much, I went here for 2 years while I lived in Annapolis and they have the best yoga classes and the most diversity of them I've ever seen in a studio.

I had a facial right before Christmas and it was the best facial I ever had. The aesthetician was very professional. The front desk staff was very polite and friendly
and offered me tea upon arriving and lead me into a beautiful relaxing room before
my appointment. I had a great experience and left feeling happy. I will return! I will recommend Ridgely Retreat to all my friends.

Ridgley Retreat is not the place to go for a professional facial. I have tried it twice and have not been satisfied with either facialist. One girl left the light on a very bright setting the entire time. She did not do any type of massage on the face and left the room for about 15 minutes while the mask was on. Why not spend that time with your client doing a calming hand massage? The facial room was cluttered looking and did not look very clean.

Waste of money! I bought a groupon here for a facial. I called before I purchased to specifically ask if extractions were included, was told they were. Went in and had the facial.... No extractions. Called the following Monday, this lady named Lolly wasn't apologetic and didn't really care. I never received a call from the owner to rectify the situation, so I will be taking my money elsewhere.

This place doesn't welcome you. I stopped by to take the blis class. I said that when I came in and the person at the desk made me feel so unwelcome. She just left me standing there ignoring me like I was inconveniencing her. She paid attention to the other two women there who could care less that she was there. She was rude and she should never be there to greet clients or potential clients in any way. Don't bother with this place--unless you enjoy rude reception.
