Justin is intelligent, knowledgeable , and smart regarding workouts. He is also extremely patient . He knows how to calibrate workouts so that your body is challenged but you do not risk an injury and not many people are trained to do this . I highly recommend

I have been going to the Perfect Workout sessions since May 2024. While initially a bit reluctant, I have become an enthusiastic supporter of the approach and concept behind it and have benefited tremendously. Supported by excellent guidance, encouragement and expertise, I have not only gained physically but also as a person from my bi-weekly training. The sessions are fun and challenging at the same time. The trainers/coaches are excellent, always motivating and encouraging and mindful to keep challenging. Cecilia DiPasquale in particular is a great coach whose guidance has been fantastic, not only in terms of facilitating and guiding the sessions, but also stressing the mind and body aspects of staying active and healthy as I have just reached retirement. This is exactly the kind of regular workout that I needed. Thank you for all you are doing in this training!

Justin is a great trainer. I’ve trained with him for two years and feel stronger in every part of my body. You work out there one on one, which is much better than using a trainer in a commercial gym. He is able to customize a work out for any body type and he trains people of all ages.

I started training with Justin because the Army came out with new PT standards called the ACFT (deadlifts, sprint drag carry, hand release triceps push ups, power throws, and more) and not surprisingly, I had trouble passing some of these events as a petite, non-athletic female. In less than 4 months after training weekly with Justin, I went from being able to do zero triceps push ups to now being able to do 10 (minimum for passing), and from being able to throw only 3.5 meters to now over 4.5 meters. I’m glad to report that the last diagnostic ACFT I took, I passed! If you need results, Justin is the one. He is very knowledgeable but approachable and he will work with you toward your goals, whatever they may be. He is also very flexible with his schedule. There were several occasions I had to reschedule last minute because of my busy work schedule as a fellow (physician), and Justin was very accommodating. Well worth your time and money!!

I started to train at the Rockville Person Training about 3 months ago. Because of the pandemic and working from home all the time I went out of shape very quickly and gained some extra pounds. I have been attending Rockville Personal Training for almost a year. I have improved so much. I've always exercised but I wanted to start focusing more on my balance and toning. I'm getting good! I have known Justin Walls personally for many years as a good friend. I have trained with him for at least two or three years at least once or twice a week. Suffice it to say, he knows his business and how to get the best performance with a tailored exercise routine for each client. Each person's training needs are always different and I've seen him not only work with me, but also with others to find the best exercise routine to meet that client's individual training needs regardless of the client's age, physical ability, or other limitations. His gym's equipment and facilities are excellent and top notch. There are two showers each for both men and women in the locker room that are constantly kept clean and plenty of clean gym towels. But rather than rely solely on heavy equipment, he will often rely on strength training and endurance training efforts using plyometric and isometric and balance exercises that emphasize multiple muscle groups, especially the core muscle group and work on not only strength and endurance, but also balance. He often will use the least amount of equipment necessary, the kind of equipment anyone might be able to have at home or a nearby gym -- but to the best and most knowledgable uses -- such as rubber bands and dumb bells or kettle bells and medicine balls and Bosu or balance balls, and mats, and finally and most especially the TRX suspension band that use one's own body weight. He is a superb coach and will get one to do his or her best each time leaving most to feel a lot better and more confident after the workout. Do consider hiring him as your exercise trainer.

Justin is very friendly, and very pleasant to interact with him. He will work with you to reschedule your session to accommodate your availability.
Justin is more than personal trainer, he cares about your wellbeing. He is very knowledgeable about different aspects of general health, providing you with valuable information, and refers you to useful resources when you need that. For example, I had to have an invasive procedure on my shoulder.Thanks to Justin, he referred me to an excellent physiotherapist who identified the issues and treated me address the problem. This eliminated going through an unnecessary procedure.
I highly recommend Justin as one of the best personal trainer.
I've been working with Justin for a long time and really appreciate his attention to my fitness goals.
