Travis has been a great trainer. I started with the 6 week challenge, sure that I was in it just for the free workouts to jumpstart my fitness again. But I saw great results in that short time period so I dropped my old gym and signed on with him! His non judgmental and flexible approach really works for me.

My 2 daughters and I have been workign out with Travis and I couldn't ask for a better experience. He created tailored workout plans for my daughters based on their respective sports and fitness goals that builds them up until tryouts for their high school teams. He is always available in the gym to answer questions and provide guidance on proper form and technique. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking improve their physical health.

I am not one to take lightly poor online reviews. I feel everyone should be careful when booking training with Rockwell fitness and WWF. I had good results with Travis when I did the 6 week challenge. So much so that I commited to try to keep pushing the effort into a more long term workout program. I did NOT want to sign a contract and was assured I could continue at a reduced rate. I asked specifically if I was going to need to sign a contract and was told I did not. Well forward months later. I had not heard from Rockwell for months and months regarding any effort to try to get me back into the program. I am very disappointed because I tend to trust people when they give me their word. This training program, while very knowledgeable became what I despise in gym contracts. They pushed very hard to get you to commit but then when I was no longer able to prioritize the time I was told too bad keep paying.

Mr. Clay is a talented, spirited trainer and it’s a pleasure to be part of his Boot Camp.
He is observant and experienced and teaches/coaches the members Boot Camp both as a group and individually.

The Weekend Warrior Boot Camp was recommended by a friend and my wife and I have been in the 6 AM class since December. It has been an awesome learning experience for my fitness journey. Workouts are challenging but reasonable and Travis is happy to modify movements to meet your specific capabilities. A friend recommended Travis's bootcamp to me. I really enjoy his workout, well thought out, fun and challenging. The group of people participating make the workouts even more fun and exciting at 6:30 am. I'm not a morning person but love to "just show up" and get a great workout in. Weekend Warrior Fitness has been great experience for me. I started with Travis coming off an injury and could barely carry a gallon of milk. Travis worked with me individually to build my strength, and improve my nutrition. After a few months I was able to move to small group and then joined his boot camp. Each stage helped me with recovering from my injury and building my confidence.
I've always been one to start various exercise programs, go for a few weeks/months and then get bored or hurt and stop. This is the first time I've stuck with it for over a year, haven't gotten hurt and still love it. I'm even working out on my own on our off days, which I never did before.
I've met a great group of very supportive friends in boot camp that help to keep the motivation going. Looking forward to continuing for years to come!

Being a former D1 athlete I have spent many a days in a gym and with a trainer. Travis does a very good job of creating a well balanced high intensity work out that strategically works specific muscles throughout the entire body. You can tell he puts a lot of thought into his workouts as a whole. Building on each other w/one targeted movement, workout, and appropriate stretch after another. What I appreciate most is the fun environment he creates and his knowledge of the body to make tweaks as we go for, as he calls it, cranky muscles and joints at times. I would definitely recommend Weekend Warrior Fitness!!

I am absolutely NOT a morning person, so it speaks volumes that I have committed to going to Travis’s Boot Camp 5 days a week at 630 am. Not only that, we are working outside in the cold - so far we have had some days in the 20’s.
I started with a 3 day commitment and was having such a great experience that I decided to go all in for 5 days. I have lost fat, gained muscle and increased my strength and flexibility. Travis knows what he is doing and is an excellent coach and motivator. He takes a holistic approach including nutrition, lifestyle and personal accountability.
Along with developing a results-driven program, Travis cultivates a supportive and fun group dynamic. It’s challenging, but this group led by Travis makes you want to show up and work hard - EVERY DAY. I know that not only will I have Travis encouraging me, but so will the rest of the group. We want the best for one another and we all celebrate each other’s successes.
Travis is in phenomenal shape, but he wasn’t always that way. He has shared his personal journey and how he achieved his own goals and he has the ability and track record of helping his clients achieve theirs.

Weekend Warrior Fitness and Travis Clay have changed my life. My health journey started a little over a year ago with an injury that required many months of PT and patience. I was nervous to get back into motion and strength and Travis provided a one-on-one plan that worked with protecting my injury and eventually progressing into 3-5 day bootcamps.
