I want to express my gratitude to Sangeeta for the
impact she has had on my health through her yoga teachings over the past three years.

When I first began practicing with her, I struggled to sit without back support for even a few minutes. Today, I can sit comfortably for over an hour without any support at all.

Additionally, the arthritis pain in my hands, which 3 years ago made tasks like pulling up a comforter very painful, has seen an almost a 90% improvement in hand and finger mobility. My quality of life has improved and I thank Sangeeta for it.

Let me first inform that I am Sangeetaโ€™s father 76 years old and having better than average health of people at my age. I brisk walk 8/10 km a day and felt that was end of exercise. Sangeeta and her mother kept on pressing me for YOGA but I used to laugh it away.
Over the years I developed following issues:
1. Inability to hold Urine even for few seconds
2. Getting up in night 2/3 times
3. Sort of stress due to above
As usual I consulted doctors only to be advised that it is ageing problem and should start wearing DIAPERS.
Then came COVID and Sangeeta started FREE YOGA CLASSES for her acquaintances in India to get them out of stress.
As I was also confined to indoors, I started doing breathing practices half-heatedly.
Within a week - I started to have control on my Urine leading to peaceful sleep.
Not only that BREATHING made lot of change in my mental and emotional wellness. Now I am a YOGA BHAKT.

I got the privilege to do a breathing trial class with Sangeeta and it was incredible. After doing her session, I noticed in a day how much we breathe and how important it is. Sangeeta is an amazing teacher, very patient, friendly, loving, and knowledgeable.

My 10 year old son has never taken an actual class. His attention was focused and he wanted to go back. He is in multiple competitive sports and his new found flexibility and mind control really helped balance everything out smoothly. Its exactly whats missing for kids.
