My treadmill died at the height of Covid March/April 2020. That treadmill was the only thing keeping me sain! Due to Covid it took about a month (totally understandable) for someone to make it out to my home. Unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman’s name but he was the owner and told me the story of how he started his business. He drive over an hour easily, was extremely pleasant and explained what was going on and how he was going to take care of of things. I needed a follow up and that was about a month later. Another gentleman came out, was just as pleasant. I am extremely grateful for the work that was done. My only negative comment would be the price for shipping. Fast forward a year later-I needed to order some treadmill lubricant. The cost for 4 tubes ran about 8 bucks a piece. Shipping was $16.00! Once I received the lubricant in the mail I noted the postage read $4.80. I was very disappointed in seeing this and in the future will order on Amazon as this has to be done quarterly and shipping is free.

On 12/11/2019, Dave from Aatlantic Fitness came to our home for a warranty repair on our new NordicTrack C1270 Pro treadmill. Dave was exceptionally good at his job. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly, explained what he was doing as he did on overall assessment, fixed the problem to our satisfaction, found two problems caused by the installers that we had not noticed, and fixed those as well. We will use Aatlantic Fitness for future work on our treadmill, elliptical trainer, and home gym.

I purchased a ProForm 16.0 MME elliptical from Costco. It had a manufacturing defect, so the company dispatched Aatlantic Fitness technician (David Lund) to install a replacement part. David was a very friendly and helpful person. He expertly assembled the part with great care and in quick time. He also answered several questions about operation and maintenance of the equipment. As a first time owner of a fitness equipment, that meant a lot to me. I would definitely recommend this company, and David in particular.

I bought a dirt cheap treadmill on Amazon. Like most Thrifty customers I spent nearly as much on a warranty to back it. My thought process was simple if something breaks it won't be my cost to bear.

In the first week that I owned the treadmill the walking platform cracked. I am half the weight that it's rated to support. Atlantic Fitness came out on warranty and fixed it right away .

Almost 8 months later I found random bolts and screws falling out. The walking belt was loose. And the machine was squealing for the first few minutes of use. The warranty company was not fun to deal with but when I heard Atlantic Fitness was taking the call I was pleased.

I had a very nice nice young man call ahead to let me know how far out he was and he showed up right on time. He promptly went through the machine replacing all the bolts, tightening all the belts, and lubed the platform. He was careful to show me how I could do it myself and even left me with some to spare. He was very friendly and engaging . I'm typically a private person and don't like people in my space. But it felt like having a friend over to fix my machine.

I've had two fairly significant service warranty calls with Atlantic Fitness and I'm very pleased with both of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I'm sure I'll be seeing them again. The extended warranty I purchased has paid for itself and it hasn't even been a third of the warranty. Knowing I have this service provider makes the extended warranty well worth it.
