The kids had fun, but the staff rushed us to be done with the birthday party because they were on a schedule. The upstairs was pretty empty, so I don’t know exactly what they were rushing for, but whatever! It’s a little overpriced in my opinion, but the kids had fun and that’s really all that matters.

Horrible management. I had a birthday for my kid yesterday and they charged $16 to inflate about 5 to 6 baloons and these baloons not even stood up for 12 hrs. Helium balloons at least last a couple of days if not weeks and these were on the ground even before 12 hrs.
I called and requested them to re inflate them or give a partial refund or something....but the manager JR flatly refused. They just want to be paid for and paid fir nothing. These people will take your money but won't provide any good service let alone any customer service / support like for this example!

Great for toddlers! My husband and I love it. The staff are wonderful and very sweet young people and the kids especially the older ones jumping are very polite and mindful of little ones which is great! We love this trampoline park! It's also very clean (including the styrofoam pit)!!!

A friend had a 8th birthday party here and it was amazing! The kids had a blast! They have a host who sets up the table in the mezzanine area plus they serve the pizza and the cake. The kids had jump time and then went up to celebrate afterwards. They also have an arcade and some activities around the place as well. Plus Dipping Dots ice cream!
P.S. We filled out the waivers online which makes it so much faster and easier. They email you the barcode so when you arrive the staff just scan that and give you a bracelet.

Came for a birthday party with my toddler. While he enjoyed it as well as other kids around, there aren’t a whole lot for parents to do but stand around waiting/watching their kid. Maybe more seats? Birthday upstairs seemed functional with staff member help with pizza and cake. There isn’t a ramp or lift to get upstairs to the party area for individuals with disabilities or elders who can’t walk up the stairs to join.

They have 1 handicap parking space, and they have a lift inside to get to the trampoline area. The birthday area is up a long staircase, and there is no lift to this area, I had to have my son help me up the stairs while my wife carried my walker, soon I'll be using a motorized wheelchair, I will not be able to join my granddaughters for their birthday celebrations, I have 4 granddaughters age 9 to 10 months, this is their go to place. I will miss a lot of birthday celebrations over the next decade or more. Altitude Trampoline Park needs to address these problems as I believe there are laws against these problems.

It’s a bit small and not much to offer for kids over 7; mine are 10 & 15. For comparison, we love Apex in Marlborough. However, I would recommend this place as I felt it was safer for the kids to be independent due its smaller size. I could see both at the same time from my vantage point. Less crowding made for always available trampolines and games, no food court so have to bring your own snacks. A few vending machines. Easy to locate and parking is a breeze; friendly staff.

We have attended Birthday parties @ Altitude, which is why we decided to have one here! They set it all up, made an excellent sign and festive balloons. The kids arrive and jump for an hour. Then they serve pizza and cake. It's great for me because my house is too small to have a party indoors and one cannot plan for an outdoor event with the unpredictable New England weather. Then you can just leave when it's over! No clean up! I would highly recommend Altitude for kids parties!

My kids had the best time playing dodge ball with approx 15 other kids with a staff referee. It was very exciting to watch. Great place to burn of energy with family and friends.

I would like to send out a very special thank you to a couple of amazing staff members Lena and Julian for helping my 11yr old find his eyeglass lens that popped out of his glasses in the big sponge pool. I had my daughters 2nd birthday party at Altitude this weekend. About 20 people showed up that were jumping. They were super accommodating our party host was there if we needed anything but also gave us our space! We had an absolute blast. They allowed me to come early but up some balloons and set up one of the tables to match our theme. The colors they picked they matched perfectly. Overall 10/10 recommend for parties of any size or just for a day of fun of all ages. Might have her party there again next year. With a bunch of two year old's time management can be difficult they were so patient with us and wouldn't allow us to help clean up. They did everything! I will absolutely be returning with my daughter on a regular weekend.

A HUGE shout-out and thank you to the young man working at Altitude Trampoline Park in Avon today who gave my young son his jacket. We were in the middle of our jump time when the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. My instinct was to just get us outside and not grab shoes and coats from the cubbies, but I didn't know the fire department would fail to come and we would be outside for 20 minutes in short sleeves!! This wonderful young employee came over, asked my son if he was cold, and proceeded to put his own jacket over his shoulders. The boys were a little shaken, and his small act of kindness really warmed my heart. The employees here are fabulous and I always feel like they are actually watching the kids!

Good activity for kids of all ages to get out their energy, with a lot of different stations to try: dueling over block pit; big trampolines for high jumps and tricks; trampoline grid; jumping over a moving obstacle; dodge ball. But supervision on a Sunday afternoon was minimal (1-2 employees on the floor with ~60 kids), so obnoxious kids aren't reigned in; and there's not much effort to separate kids by size, so larger ones may end up bouncing on same trampoline as smaller child, causing smaller ones to fall off be knocked off balance.
