Answer is Fitness truly sets the standard for what a gym community should be. The staff here are incredible — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Kerry at the front desk is outstanding; she always greets you with kindness and makes you feel valued the moment you walk in. Brittany, Laurie, and Alba are equally amazing, consistently going above and beyond to ensure members feel supported and comfortable.
My boyfriend and I often find ourselves staying longer just to chat with the staff because they’re such great people. The members are also friendly, which creates a positive and motivating atmosphere every time we visit.
Another huge plus is that the gym is never overcrowded. I can always access the machines I need without waiting, which makes my workouts efficient and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a gym with top-notch facilities, a welcoming environment, and staff who truly care, Answer is Fitness is the place to be. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

This gym is great! I do wish they would offer more group exercise class options/times. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful except for one person, Alba or Alma (not sure exactly, but one of those names). This woman is always talking and ignoring other people who need assistance for 5-15 mins at a time. Even when it is clear that someone else is waiting. This never happens with anyone else who works there. She is also rude and picks and chooses who she is nice to. This is extremely unprofessional and off-putting. She is also always irritated. I’ve see this happen with many people, including myself. This should be handled. Other than that- this gym is convenient and gets the job done.

Gave me a free trial, but I never went. When I tried to cancel it they yelled at me over the phone and told me “I signed a contract” to pay them $180. After I refused they sent debt collectors after me, for a service I never used. Scum.

I just recently moved to Foxboro and signed up 2 months ago. Today was my intake with Jeff. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail as expected and made sure that any and all my concerns were addressed. I love that all members are greeted with a good morning and most if not all were greeted by their name. That to me means that they're not just running a business and we're not just members. I cannot wait to see where this relationship takes me and I am so happy to finally have the assistance to get me in the right direction on how to become the best me!. Oh, and his Mom is a wonderful woman. I could talk to her all day!.

good for the most part everyone is nice and all the equipment is good. But I'm paying 30 dollars a month to be able to bring friend just to come in and them deny my friend because he is under 18. I have seen many people with guests under 18 come in. and no where on the site does it say the guest has to be 18 all it says is "bring a friend for free." very mad about it because my friend cannot afford it and he wanted to work out with me. please let people know that guests must be 18+ before they buy a membership.

The 24 hour access is great. The sauna and shower areas are well-maintained and clean. Even during peak hours, it is not too difficult to use the machines you want.

I love the gym. I went twice a day. I payed for the membership that you can bring a guest . I am a late night user. All of the sudden there is a note on the door no guests after 8pm. Police will be notified and your membership will be terminated. That's not bring a guest every time and didn't work for me.

I just recently started my membership here. For full gym access and unlimited classes the price is great. I also really love the classes and would recommend them to anyone who prefers some direction and fun when working out! So far I have taken classes with Deb and Christine, both who have proven to be very knowledgeable and engaging. I’m really happy to feel motivated to workout again :)

Someone had stolen my card information to open a membership here. When I called them months ago to let them know it was not me and that I'd like them to reimburse me (I obviously reported the card stolen) the woman on the phone was very rude and dismissive and said that I must be confused. She said I either forgot about opening the membership or I had the wrong phone number. I assured her this was not the case, I never in my life have opened a gym membership, and that I don't even have any information on what this membership even entailed. I asked if there was a manager or literally anyone else who would even try to help and she kept brushing it off as if I was a complete idiot and accidentally opened a gym membership-I work full time and at the time this was "opened" I was a full time student as well so I would have LOVED to have the free time to go to a gym but that is not the case unfortunately. I realized I was getting absolutely nowhere with this woman and hung up. I was able to dispute it with my credit card company earlier this spring and essentially forgot about it.
Fast forward to today, almost 6 months later, I received a letter from my credit card company that Answer is Fitness said the charge was valid despite me never having a gym membership in my life. Their "proof" was the membership for the man who stole my card information. I am now and have always been a woman, and my name is noticeably different than that of the man who used my card information, if that was even his real name. The phone number and email for this membership were also not mine, so how this establishes proof is beyond me.
Not sure if they're just strapped for cash that they can't let 2 months of an invalid membership go, but it's pretty shady their proof of my membership was clearly not myself. If you allow people to sign up for memberships online, you open the door for people to use compromised credit cards. I'm not sure why that was so difficult for the team here to get, but apparently they live in a world where credit card fraud does not exist. Must be nice.

Worst gym experience ever. I went to the Answers is Fitness location in Foxboro, MA, to sign up for a membership. The website asked me to make an appointment, so I did, and when I arrived, I was excited to get started. Unfortunately, that excitement was quickly ruined. The woman at the front desk was absolutely rude and completely unhelpful when I asked about the membership options. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. If this is how they treat potential members, I can only imagine how they treat those who are already signed up. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

No one wipes down equipment every day I see people get off equipment all sweaty and leave it how it is it doesn’t take much to wipe down your equipment with the provided paper towels and spray. They should have signs that say wipe down equipment. Sweaty or not it’s common courtesy to keep people happy and healthy.

In the last 2 years I have lost a considerable amount of weight and one of the life altering changes I made to obtain good health and a strong physical and mental state was a commitment to eat right and exercise, which includes strength training, regularly. Updated Review: this gym is really the best in the area. There are at least several newer gyms in the area, yet this is the only one I know of that has it all. It’s the little gym that could and DOES!

I have found that when I discover new and innovative ways to lift from YouTube or my peers at this gym; I can do it all. That’s the magic of AIF Foxboro, I am telling you!

If you want to get creative with your workouts on Push Pull Leg days or Bro Splits: go nuts you can absolutely do it here whereas other gyms are limited.

Also, even when this gym is crowded it’s small size actually helps to alleviate that. So the close proximity of equipment brought over from AIF N. Attleboro closing down was still well thought out in such a way where you are not banging elbows with the person next you you AND you can quickly and easily move on or skip to the next exercise instead of waiting or cutting in.

I take my time with the treadmill and sauna after each workout, yet if I wanted to I could get in three sets here at AIF Foxboro in and out in 45 minutes.

This club has a long standing clientele who are very friendly once you earn their respect. Train here long enough and you WILL make some friends. Skip a day or two and they WILL ask you where the heck you’ve been. We don’t come to the gym for this purpose yet it’s an added bonus.

The owners at this club are two brothers. I forget their names. They come by from time to time and are super friendly. Just good dudes who genuinely care about the gym and it’s members. Seems to be the best way to run a business. (They didn’t pay or influence me to write this review in any way shape or form mind you).

Since joining this gym I have lost about 25lbs and have doubled my strength in most of my training days (Push-Pull-Legs).

Only drawback is: if there’s a concert or the pats are playing- you are NOT getting in here…unless you go at 4am that morning.

I would say join this gym. Show up. Keep showing up and do not quit. You will be rewarded with camaraderie AND most importantly; RESULTS!

The new facility is great - the other gym-goers, not so much. I would go early in the morning and even with only 3 people in the weight section, all the machines would be "taken" by people doing circuit training. Unsurprisingly, they were also rude and not amenable to working in... There's no staff on until 8AM so it makes sense why they act so entitled.

Attleboro closes. My membership is force transferred to Foxboro location 40 min from my house. I call to cancel and I’m told I have to come into the location to cancel and there would be no cancellation fee. I finally work in time to get there to cancel, all the while getting charged for a gun I don’t use. I still get charged for the next month even after I cancel and I get charged a cancellation fee. Bad business. Anyone else experience this?

Been a member of AIF for years now, and it's always been clean and well maintained. The staff at all locations have always been really welcoming and friendly. After the recent renovations, Foxboro is better than ever. The new Turf and decor are super sleek, with new machines and the cardio deck is fantastic. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Update: As a member of North Attleboro, when moving to the new Foxboro location I was worried. Not only did I have nothing to worry about, but the new location absolutely blew me away! You get the best of both worlds as you get a nice clean gym as well as the community of a gym, while also being a great place to train with top equipment in order to meet your goals!

This gym is just awful! It is completely run down the machines are from the early 90’s, the steam room doesn’t work, even the dumb bells are falling apart. I left Planet Fitness for this place WHAT a mistake! Now I’m stuck in a rigid contract with this place for 7 more months. And let’s not mention that now this place stinks of mold. It should be condemned!

Unfortunately, I could not sign up with Answer is Fitness Foxboro. My pet peeve is when companies will say do anything to get you into the door and they do the old bait & switch on you... I contacted them about specials going on, they sent me an email that stated 6 months free with their $30 VIP membership, with a 1-year commitment. That sounded great! So, I went in to redeem this offer, I was told they only have 3 months free now and asked to see my email they sent me. I showed them and that followed with "It's the first 50 people to sign up, and we have already signed up 50 people". I mean you guys literally just sent this to me. did you really get that many people to sign up... (NO) Mind you my inbox is not the only place I've seen this deal. All the community pages have the owners or employees commenting the same deal plus the bring in another gyms key card etc...(You know the pages where your community asks and posts the same things over and over like "What’s a good gym in the Area?" or " Getting sick of PF what are my options?"). So now we have this review where I’m disappointing in the actions taken place. If they had real business sense they would sign customers up no matter what, the money is always going to be there in the long run HELLOO. I don’t like when people try and pull the wool over my eyes, I take offense. So, the picture attached to this review is one of Fit Factory, this is where I signed up because of this scam. If I can urge one other person to do the same. I will feel better about trying to get taken for a ride.
The only reason this Post is not on Facebook, is because they have reviews turned off. Yes they will not let people review their gym… I wonder why.

I've been going to this gym for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. The staff if very friendly and the gym is kept pretty clean and tidy. I looked at both this location and the Attleboro location when I signed up and I'm so glad I chose this one. The monthly rate is cheaper than any other gym I've been to and they have all the cardio, trx, and strength training equipment I need for my workout. The locker rooms have a steam room and a sauna along with showers and lockers available for daily use. This gym has a smoothie bar and options to sign up with personal trainers. I'm also very excited to try out the new massage therapist who runs her business right in the gym on the second floor. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Foxboro area!

not a bad gym at all. cute little warmup/yoga area with some pull up bars, cables, kettlebells and a full blown weight room. squat racks, dumbbells 80+, etc...

decent barbells. knurling is better than what you will find at LA fitness but nothing to write home about. plenty of accessories for use by those who wish (dip belt, etc...)

can get a little bit crowded during peak hours but overall its decent
