This place is right down the street from where I work which makes it more convenient for me to work out before I go home. I am impressed with Sandy and Chris so far. Both are friendly and add to helping the members feel welcome. I like the workout ap very much. I find a lot of those exercises more challenging than what I have been doing the last 17 years.

When I signed up at Anytime Fitness, I was welcomed by the manager, Sandy. She is very friendly and I can tell she really cares for her members everytime I come to this Anytime location. I wish there was more managers like her at the other locations I go to!

I really love this Anytime Fitness location in particular because its always kept really clean, the exercise equipment well maintained and not too crowded (early-late afternoon). I would definitely recommend going to Medway Anytime Fitness!

My wife and I started out at Anytime fitness in Ashland now we were living in Milford before that we were going to planet fitness In Natick, and that Jim was very dirty so we left it. We wanted to get closer so we heard about Medway Anytime fitness We also heard that Sandy the manager was dynamite. Well, we went over there a few times, and we met this woman who manages it, and we fell in love with that gym. Sandy is very friendly to all her members. Also she’ll go out of her way to help them. There’s also a beautiful member there. Her name is Debbie who is more than willing to help my wife and I know when it comes to different exercises. The gym, members are very friendly to each other there. We know that Sandy set the tone. I learned that from being in the army, so I highly recommend this gym to anyone. We wish we had Sandy over in Ashland because the manager there is horrible Because all she does when we’re there, sit in the office. Sandy’s always on the floor talking to her members when she’s not busy this is fantastic. We’re still in touch with Sandy personally because she does care about us and we know that. I was very sick for a little while and when she didn’t see us, she called me up to see what’s going on with my wife and I and we told her. Once we came back to The Gym, she said you better take it easy that’s the kind of person She is. This is a dynamite Place to work out at

I hate this gym. They won't let you leave without paying hundreds of dollars. I'll save you the trouble, this gym is the scam of the century. Just buy a treadmill that's basically all this gym has to offer you for $40 bucks a month.

Great location right off of route 109. Lots of variety in equipment including a deadlift platform, Jacob's ladder, and punching bag. Everything is spaced out well, and there was a large room in the back to workout as well. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. Masks are optional

Anytime Fitness is a great gym. I've been going there several times a week for years and have always had a good experience. The manager, (Sandy) is extremely friendly and helpful, as are the trainers and the gym owner. The place is super clean and the equipment is in great shape. One might be skeptical about going to the gym during a pandemic, but the place is immaculate and the patrons do a very good job of cleaning the equipment after they use it. Highly recommended!

Very happy to be at this location! It’s close to home, great equipment and wonderful staff! My fiancé and I bounce between this location and Uxbridge, and we both agree that this location is more on the quiet side in that when we go, there aren’t a lot of other people there and no waiting to use equipment or worry you cut into someone’s routine by using a machine!

The gym is very clean, overall I would recommend this gym, it's close by and 24 hr access. Also to another reviewer who complained that at 2 am no staff were there to sign him up, it's 24 hour access to members, it doesn't mean it is staffed 24/7. That's standard with 24 hr access gyms.

Great gym, could be a little better with different equipment and fixing some of the broken dumbbells. The staff are great and very helpful, always answering questions when you have them. They are very approachable and friendly, they are the reason why I keep going to that gym. Sometimes it gets a little crowded and some people have to be a little respectful, but other than that, it’s a great place to workout

I've been a member for 4+ years, I'm am shock to read the 1 star reviews, I know some don't make sense/ some don't have common sense.. but this gym is the best in the area for a 24/7...The customer service is top-notch. The place is always clean and organized. The other member are like family. Don't be fooled by the 1 star reviews.. I would give it a 10 star but its only allows me for 5 star

A franchise is only as good as its management and the manager(s) here are excellent.

I never interact with management in person - because I visit during hours when they're not there - but I still benefit from them because they're ultra responsive to the suggestion box they always have out.

Each of my handful of requests - from new equipment to a change in music to new TV stations - has been granted seemingly immediately. It sends me the signal that management cares what its patrons think and that it values my business. That, in turn, encourages me to continue making suggestions and also leaves me with good vibes about this business.

That's no small feat because Anytime Fitness is a global franchise and I prefer to support small local businesses. The big boy businesses need to go above and beyond to secure my loyalty and this franchise does just that.

For those unfamiliar with Anytime Fitness, it's a 24-hour gym. It's beneficial to my wife and I to have such a thing right in our home town because with two young children the only time we have to go is early in the morning or late at night - when most other gyms are closed.

I love the efficiency of the place, especially with regards to electricity (most of the lights turn off when the gym is not in use), because we live in a time when energy efficiency is important. It's great to know the gym I visit is doing its part to not be wasteful.

Though I visit late at night I feel entirely safe here. No one can enter without a key fob and the door is heavy. It's also well-lit and there are plenty of security cameras.

The equipment is new and perfect for my needs, offering a mix of machines and free weights. There are video and in-person classes for those interested in such a thing.

I'm shocked by the poor reviews here. Perhaps there's been new management in the past year or so? First, this is a true 24/7 gym. A key fob is given to members for 24/7 access. This doesn't mean it's staffed 24/7, but that you can go in and workout whenever you want. Second, the staff is awesome. Not pushy whatsoever. I've never been to a gym (well, other than one) where the staff truly cares about your goals - whether you use their personal training or not. Miss a month? Expect an email from the owner, asking if you are OK. Equipment is new, plentiful, and the place is spotless at all times.

I was looking for a gym in the area @ 2AM. The sign says 24/7 but I rang the bell 10 minutes ago and no one came. It doesn't look too great through the window, but being able to be inside would have been helpful. Guess I don't need to see the inside to know I won't be going to a place that advertises 24/7 when it isn't...
