There has been someone throwing up right next to the front door and staff just lets it sit there for weeks. Having to pass by puke on the ground every time you walk in is kind of nasty. Legit biohazard that no one seems to care about.

Very clean gym. The cleaning kid Alex does an incredibly job. He's also a great person to talk to. The kid knows a little bit of everything, and he keeps the gym cleaner than my own house. Leo is super good too. Always helps him out.

Upset because Alex is going to college soon. Not looking forward to how this place will be. Hope they let him come back during his winter vacation from college.

Super tight community between members. Place is great. Machines great. Staff is great. The guy in the office is super friendly and the cleaning kid in the morning does his job amazingly. Always see them both interacting with members.

Only wondering why we've had new owners for about a year and haven't seen much changes other than turf section. No new machines in at least a year. What did the club enhancement fee in April go to? The small bands are constantly snapping and not bring replaced. Attachments for cable machines are outdated. Miss when there was a television in the free weight section.

I want the quality of my workout to improve. Sure, the TVs above the treadmills are nice and all but we, as members, want to see genuine changes.

Overall great gym. Highly recommend. 24/7 access is great. Staff are super great. Just want more transparency to what our money is going to. Especially the club enhancement fee.

The gym is fairly small, but all the equipment of a competing style. My problem, and the reason I won't be going back to this location is the overwhelming smell of urine. For the love of Buff Jesus, steam the carpets and deep clean the bathrooms.

Love Anytime Fitness! Staff is professional, approachable and friendly. I am challenged but my workouts are interesting and even fun. I look forward to working out with my coach as my guide. The facility is always clean with wipes and hand sanitizer available for use. My membership here is the best investment I have made for my overall health and well being.

great place to workout, amazing equipment, awesome staff, and a great community, as someone who’s struggled with being consistent in the gym i’ve had many people let me know that i can work out with them anytime (no pun intended). The 24/7 service makes it an awesome place for after work, before school, or to get a late night pump in. Highly recommend getting a membership here over any other place!

The showers are unfathomably disgusting. They legitimately look like they haven't been cleaned in YEARS. Mold, soap scum, calcium buildup, stains, you name it. Truly gross. I just avoid this AF now and go to one of the neighboring AFs like Northboro or Sutton.

Have been a member for 9 years. Last management as well current management are excellent. They have continued to employ quality staff and exercise pragmatic business practices ( extended my prepaid membership when injured). Overall, I think all gyms are too expensive, but at least here it is a clean , comfortable, and safe environment.

It's a decent small town gym but I can't give it full stars due to how messy it always is. Weights and equipment are never put away and it's hard to find where stuff is. Sometimes a barbell will be loaded up and no one uses it for a half hour.

I responded to an offer for free 6 week training program which included use of a trainer. At the time of my initial appointment I found the facility appeared clean, less busy than I would have expected (a plus), and a congenial staff. My complaint is that this was not a no strings attached offer. While speaking with the manager (he was both professional and polite) I inquired if this offer was attached to any mandatory subscription. I was told that you commit to a one-year annual membership ($499 or $699 based upon plan). I politely declined. The manager apologized for any miscommunication. This was not a miscommunication as no where in the offer did it mention the mandatory subscription. I mention this to save others the time of responding to such an offer. Aside from this, I have nothing negative to say about the facility or the staff.

Came to this gym for 5 weeks while working abroad (I'm from the UK). Staff were friendly and very welcoming, felt comfortable being there straight away. It's the most hygienic gym I've been in, everyone wipes down equipment after use and it's clean/tidy. It's quiet, rarely have to wait for equipment and everyone is friendly. So far so good! No issues with waiting on any equipment or dealing with disrespectful members. The restrooms are singles, one for each gender, but I haven't had an issue with waiting on those either. It's not the cheapest gym membership in the market, but not the most expensive by any means either. This is also to consider that there's full twenty-four hour access with an electronic key card provided! The equipment is maintained well, and for a smaller sized gym, they have all the members need to get in shape the way they want to. I'm still a fairly new member, along with my girlfriend, if my thoughts change I will definitely provide an update!

I used to belong to another gym and didn't go as often as I should have gone. I joined Anytime Fitness in Grafton a couple years ago and I'm glad I made the switch. The convenience, cleanliness, staff, and the members are all great qualities. It has a nice balance of treadmills, elliptical machines, nautilus and free weights along with a separate room for classes that you can use to jump rope, stretch, etc. The owners are great and I would recommend Anytime Fitness in Grafton to anyone!

Was hesitant about joining a new gym during covid times but really wanted to get back into the swing of things so I checked this place out. The owner happened to be there when I popped in and he gave me a tour. I've been a member for a couple of months and am very satisfied! The gym is always clean and everyone wears their masks. 😷 There are cleaning supplies as soon as you walk in the door and i always see people cleaning their equipment after using it. I have found times to go when it's less busy but even when it is busy, people are still spread out. Glad I joined!!

Best AF in the area. AMTs for cardio, plenty of functional weight equipment including slamballs and kettlebells. Nice free weight area in the back. No problem getting exactly the workout I am looking for regardless of what I'm trying to do that day.

Love my little gym , various weight lifting machines and free weights as wells. Gym is very well kept, clean and organised , and most importantly it is not overcrowded. I never had to wait for any equipment to do my workout, you can always find alternative machines. And the owners are the best couple , friendly and caring , always there and actually listening .

Was new to the area. When I walked in obviously new and awkward, 2 trainers looked at me from their office and proceeded to ignore me. I found my own was around the gym. No interaction at all, even when I stood by the office.
The equipment is cramped together and older. By far not the best Anytime I have been too. Very disappointed. I moved my membership to one that was much friendlier and had a better atmosphere even though it is out of my way on my commute.

One of the best gyms i've ever been to in my whole life. It may seem a bit small if someone came from planet but you have all of the necessary equipment, it doesn't break, and there is access for member twenty-four hours a day which means that you can workout anytime. The membership staff and their owners are very nice and you can pay monthly as there isn't a contract. It may be a bit on the expensive side but it's worth what you get. Overall, I would recommend to all Grafton and surrounding area residents.

One of the best around with one caviot....no toilet in the shower room so if you need both not sure if you pop in the shower or shower in the toilet. Other than that the place is perfect! Lots to choose from ans there is plenty of cardio equipment. It would be nice if the two rear rooms were connected, but that might not be possible due to what may be in the wall. Don't worry, I'll be back....ANYTIME!

Awesome! Very clean, tons of room and not a lot of patrons so whatever you want is usually open. A little pricey comparatively to other places (about $40 A month) but 24 hours with a key fob and super safe as well, even when I went at 1-2am after working second shift. Highly recommend

Pros: 24 hour access, and it has gym equipment

Cons: feels a little dirty, treadmills have grim on tracks, weights on pulleys are dusty which is why they probably don't pull smooth. The gym is like an infomercial, trying to sell something or have gimmicky adds that try to encourage weight loss ( its everywhere!)

In general this gym is not cheap (ie. Planet Fitness) I expect more. Personally I use the anytime fitness in Holliston when ever I am close to that location.
